I found my experience at "cars 4 less" very positive. The owner himself attended to me and after choosing the car I was interested in, made all effort to secure me the funding. Even though I couldn't secure the loan due to my own credit problems, I was happy and felt very satisfied with their customer service. The owner assured me I'm welcomed any time to get it another shot since I'm vigorously repairing my credit. I'll recommend this dealership to anyone who's seeking a good car for less price.

Car stopped running after 100 miles do not go to this Dealar not worth it Wv Passat 2006 engine stopped working warranty is also not good please do not consider ..

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership that was supposed to come with a 3rd party warranty. The vehicle broke down on the same day I purchased it less than 25 miles from dealership because it has a bad transmission. The 3rd party company denied the warranty application so it isn't covered by a warranty after all, and Cars4Less refuses to replace the bad transmission they sold me or refund me for the vehicle and non-existent warranty they sold me. Unbelievably, they want me to pay for half of a replacement transmission! Don't shop here unless you want a huge headache and a bigger repair bill immediately after you buy your car.

I just bought a 2006 Ford Explorer, It was such an easy buying and financing process. Farid, the sales and finance manager helped me chose the car and got me approved for financing in no longer than an hour. He let me use his computer to fill out the loan application, then he submitted my application to their bank and then he got me approved with a great rate. I was fearing that I might not get approved because of my credit history , but as assured by Farid, I did get approved. I am very happy with my car and my payment plan. I would definitely recommend buying a used car from Cars 4 Less especially if you do not have such a good credit score.

Cars 4 Less is one of the best Used Car Dealership in the area. When I was looking to buy a car I checked almost all the dealerships in the area, when I ended up at Cars 4 Less I found both great cars with reasonable prices and a the most helpful staff. Farid and Fredy not only helped me get a car that I dreamed for but also helped me throughout the credit approval process with full patience. I demanded a new battery and new tires, and they willfully provided me with both. I am very happy with my car that I have had for almost two month now. I would definitely go there again if I ever have to buy a car for family or friends.

I had a great experience with the "Cars For Less" sales team they were very friendly and I purchase a really great truck (The Ford Escape). They guaranteed me that it was a good reliable vehicle and that it would definitely pass Maryland Inspection or I could return the vehicle in three days. I was skeptical about their confidence because the Maryland Inspection Process is anything but guaranteed it is a nightmare, they "always" find something wrong with your car even if its a light bulb! But the vehicle had a Car Fax review and very reliable service records. I passed the Virginia Inspection before I bought my pre-owned truck home to Maryland and the very next day I took it to a Maryland Inspection Station and the vehicle passed with flying colors my vehicle did not need a single repair. Also the mechanic performing the inspection even stated that the car was well maintained in every way. I was relieved and they gave me the vehicle for the price I asked for which made the drive out to Rte.66 really worth the trip because going out there and coming back the traffic was awful. Cars.com really worked for me.

I bought a honda civic from cars4less. First of all the customer service is excellent. The sales person "Fredy" was very nice and respectful. I got a great deal on my car. I had searched many places but this price was unbelievable. I love my car it is very neat and clean for a used car. Moreover, I got a three month warranty for free. They call it a dealer complementary. I recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a cheap and nice car.
