John at Cars of Kentucky made my car buying process so easy. I have bought pre-owned vehicles in the past and have always hated the process! He made me feel like a priority as a customer and he really took the time to make sure my 16 year old daughter was going home in a safe reliable car. I will be visiting Cars of Kentucky again in the future! Highly recommend!!

Awesome people super honest and helpful. I bought a car got home the ac wasnt working called them then they paid for it to get fixed. If you need a car go to Cars Of Kentucky they are the best

This was the first time I have done business with Cars of Kentucky and I have to say it was very respectful and Tim worked with me on an online purchase that turned out to be totally honest and friendly! I highly recommend doing business with them.

Potential ripoff! Beware!!!! I called about a vehicle they featured on their wed page. The Check Engine light is obviously on in one of the photos. I asked about this major concern (if they could fix it, etc.) and was blown off with a promise to check with the manager. Was never contacted! My advice-don't be afraid to ask questions and look these vehicles over through and through! I would also advise getting an independent mechanic to inspect any of these vehicles for undisclosed and important needed repairs!!!!!

Test drove a car. Negotiated a price several days later. Talked with operations manager John Brook three times on day of purchase. Purchased car insurance for this car. Took time off work. Showed up with nephew so we could drive both cars back. Arrived as car was in process of being sold to another person. Was told to wait around because that deal was not done. Waited until it was, indeed, done. Left in time to see woman drive off in car I was there to purchase. Cars of Kentucky - family business that will treat you right.... unless they get a better offer.

I found a Mercedes 2004 S430 at Cars of Kentucky at a great price. It was worth the drive from Mississippi. Great and helpful salesman. The car was in immaculate condition and the price was just right. I asked to get it inspected at and off sight facility and they did and the report was faxed to me before making the 7 hour drive. Thanks cars of Kentucky. You made my wife very happy.
