I had a fantastic experience with Pat Alley at Cars Plus. He was patient with us asking questions about the vehicle, taking it for a ride, never pressuring us to buy a car. Very laid back about us test driving the vehicle as well. Once I told him I wanted to buy it, he went on and got all the paperwork ready to sign. Quick and easy process. They even offered extended warranty that I've never been offered at a used car lot before. Awesome customer service! Definitely recommend them to all my family and friends to get a car from.

I had to put my car in the shop and even though my warranty didn't cover a rental car for the particular issue, they still provided me with a rental until my car is fixed! Thank you so much. This was the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had. I literally bought a car with two text messages and a phone call followed up by a quick test drive and 15 min signing the paperwork. I dealt with Jack Taylor and he was very responsive and made the experience as easy as it could be. Cars Plus has an excellent selection of vehicles and the prices are spot on. You can search online and try to find better deals but it’s nearly impossible. Most people hate the car buying experience and having to negotiate, sit in a dealership for 3 hours etc. This was different and just a great experience all around and what the car buying experience should be. Thank you very much to the Cars Plus team!

Bought a Lexus RX450H from them at an auction and had it shipped to Knoxville,Tn. The shipping company ran late on delivering it and put us in a bind, because we had scheduled to drive it to Florida. It arrived about an hour before we were scheduled to leave and normally auction cars require service and cleaning when they arrive. This cars didn't need anything. We performed a quick check and ran it through the car wash to knock off the dust and drove it to Florida. It's good to see people taking pride in their business like this.

I was looking for a Dodge Dakota and drove 4 hours to look at the one they had. I met Eric and was impressed with how he treated me. There was no stress, no pressure. He is a fair man. I took a drive and a few minutes later we decided on a price that worked for both of us. There was a noise I was concerned about; they had a mechanic look at it for me to ensure there was no problem. The process of going through the paperwork was painless and very fast. When I got home I had my local dealer who was fixing a recall look at the truck; he could find no problems. I must also say that every car they had on their lot was a quality car. There was nothing they offered that I wouldn't drive. So, if you are looking for quality, this is the place. I would recommend them and will probably use them again.

Let me say this used car dealer is the real deal. Eric H helped me from start to finish and took videos of the corvette stingray so my drive from Louisiana wouldn't be for nothing. They gave me a good price for my trade and stayed true to that price once I got to dealership. Not telling me the car wasn't worth the money they offered me unlike some places do once they get you there. Thanks for staying true to your word. The corvette stingray was in excellent shape like Eric H said it was and it was a dream to drive back home to Louisiana..... got many compliments on the car on the drive home. Stopped at the corvette plant and museum and enjoyed showing the corvette stingray off! These guys also turned us on to some really good food not far from the dealership.... thanks to all that helped with getting us back on the road and thanks for the two t-shirts you gave us. We loved them too. Thanks

Eric and his staff made buying a car from them a no stress no hassle experience. By far the best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. Every request I asked for, they had no problem agreeing to it. From the beginning to the end everybody was very nice and professional. They had a car available for sale through their website. I sent a Vehicle Availability Request three times and still no reply. It was a nice car and probably would have purchased if we could have agreed on the terms. Guess we'll never know now.

Eric at Cars Plus helped me buy my car. I drove down from Virginia and he stayed in contact with me throughout the weekend until I was able to arrive in Lenoir. The staff at Cars Plus were so nice and easy to work with. Eric did not pressure me and worked with me to get me the best deal. The drive to Lenoir is worth it. I was looking for a 2013 or newer low mileage used Toyota Avolon Limited Hybrid with the technology package. Very hard to find and especially hard with tech package and low mileage. I live out side DC and looked for 6 weeks and couldn't find anything. Increased my search area to 500 miles and found two, one at Cars Plus. It was $4,000 less than anything close to comparable. Spoke to the salesman, seemed very straightforward and honest over the phone. They held the car for me without deposit for four days. I spent the $280 for a plane ticket and flew down to see the car. They had a driver drive me the 1 hr trip to their dealership. The car was everything they said it was, great condition. Signed all the papers in about 5 minutes they didn't try to sell me extended coverage, etc. Best deal I ever got on a great car, well worth the flight to NC. They had great selection and prices on other vehicles. I'm looking there first for my next car.

The overall experience and service I received from Cars Plus surpassed all my previous experiences with any other car dealer. Most of my contact was done via email due to my busy schedule, and Bud was quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. I drove an hour and a half to look at a vehicle and was impressed my their no-pressure sales technique. We were asked if we needed assistance upon arriving and then left alone to browse their lot! No sales person following you around and harassing you to purchase a vehicle, no hidden fees, excellent service, and a freshly detailed vehicle. What more could you ask for? We had an issue after purchasing the vehicle but Bud and Cars Plus went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Most dealers would leave you high and dry but Cars Plus stood by their vehicle! Trust me when I say they definitely care about their customers. We met several customers who had previously purchased cars from them and one customer who drove 4 hours from Kentucky just to purchase a vehicle. I am recommending Cars Plus to everyone I know and plan to use them for my future car buying needs!

Great Experience!!! I have bought many cars in my life and never did so sight unseen until now. I found the car I was looking for online at Cars Plus, Lenoir, NC. at the right price. I emailed on a Saturday evening and on Monday morning I was contacted by Josh. I asked many questions and he was gracious enough to put up with me and even gave me his cell phone number. I called several times and he answered every time. After looking over their reviews I decided to take a leap of faith and buy the car. I wired over a $500 deposit even though I was hesitant. I was planning on flying down (600 miles away) to pick up the car and drive it back. After speaking to Josh a few more hundred times (lol) I decided to just have the car shipped back and took his word on condition. I had him take some extra pics which he immediately did and sent them over to me. Well, I just received the car and it's absolutely beautiful and better than I expected. Josh is the most honest car salesman I've ever dealt with and so is the dealership. I also told him to use me as a reference if any of his clients were on the fence. We drove 72 miles to Cars Plus in Lenoir, NC. We saw the pictures online and spoke with Josh on the phone. We had his assurance that the Scion XB that we were interested in was in excellent condition. When we arrived at their lot we were greeted with friendly faces and great customer services. We asked to drive the car and they quickly gathered the key and tag. The car was everything Josh promised it would be. We were given a great deal and everyone was very helpful and professional. I am so pleased with my purchase of the 2012 Mercedes Benz E350 (25K miles). In the past (7 years ago), I was so conditioned to only purchase from the dealership, but the higher car prices drove me to the internet searching for lower prices. Carsplus allowed me to drive the car to Charlotte (1.5 hours away) to the Mercedes Benz dealership to have a pre purchase review of the car. I was able to keep the car a few days to complete the much needed evaluation because I don't trust Carfax due a past experience. Overall, I rec'd top price for my trade-in and excellent customer service. I made a total of 3 trips from Charlotte and it was worth the drive! Go see Milton for a positive, easy, no pressure buying experience.

Our combined family has purchased 5 vehicles at Cars Plus within the last 2 years dealing with both Rhonda and Bud. Very easy to work with. Honest salesmen. My brother even called back advising that some headphones were missing. They went and purchased him a brand new pair. The great thing is that they will not sell a car that they themselves would not drive. All cars are nothing but first class and free of defects.

I have never bought a used vehicle and was apprehensive about the process. Mitch at Cars Plus Lenoir was the best. I looked elsewhere and was very disappointed with lack of professionalism at those dealers. Cars Plus was great and very helpful from the first phone call to signing all the papers and taking delivery of my new (to me) Jeep.

Drove 2 hours to dealer. The 4Runner was exactly as described; there was not any pressure involved & dealt with Josh through the entire process except for the final paperwork. It was a pleasant experience without all the games & bouncing around between "managers". All cars on their lot were above average. No doubt I would go back.

In the last 5 yes, I have traded 6 times with Carsplus. The service and prices are superior to any other dealership I have ever done business with. Never high pressure, never a DOC fee. On 1 occasion, I noticed some paint cracking on a truck I had purchased from them 6 mos earlier. The dealership paid to have the fender repainted. Honest guys!
