All I can say is don’t waste your time. Unprofessional, shady, rude. So glad I didn’t do business with them. The inside looks like someone trashed it and they just left it, they have no pride in running their business. Employees just laying on the desks, dogs everywhere. Even the owners response to all these reviews is unprofessional. They want you to finance with them or you will not hear the end of it. They like to do everything as cheap as possible. Tried selling a car with bald/mismatched tires and offered to get new ones-just to be told they couldn’t do it because they couldn’t get used ones. Useless dealership.

Called them to ask about test driving a vehicle I am interested in and let them know that I wouldn't' be financing anything today as I am just starting my research. They told me they would need to run a credit check on me in order to even take the vehicle for a drive, to which I told them that would be a waste of time since i know my husband would be the one financing the vehicle and he wasn't able to join me today. They were extremely rude and told me in fact, they would not allow me to test drive if I didn't start the credit check process. I will definitely not be doing business with them.

Good customer service. They were nice and friendly. Everything went smoothly when buying the car but don't let them fool you into buying a piece of junk. We have barely had the car for about 2 1/2 months and we have already had to change and fix things up in the car and now it does not run. The reason we bought the car was because we were already having car troubles with our old car so we decided we needed another but come to find out later that it to has been having lots of car trouble. Don't let the friendlyness and smiles fool you like they did us. Would differently not recommended wasting your time here.

Let me just say yes the customer service is amazing by certain employees but however after buying the car and taking it home after a couple weeks of driving it something will happen your going to have to put a couple hundred dollars into almost any car you but from there...there are quit a few problems with it I had to fix .... I wish I would have to waited to look somewhere else .

This dealership was a rocky start. We traded in a vehicle and was given another late Friday night and my husband and I had to make a quick decision that night because they we closing and my daughter was with me and she was getting exhausted. So we drove the SUV and found out some problems but went in the following day and told them about our concerns and spoke with other people in the business but wanted to speak with Tony Oushan instead because he seemed real genuine and understanding within the first process. I highly recommend seeing Tony O. if you are looking for a car salesman. He will listen to your needs and help you out with anything you may need. Of course you may have to meet him half way ;).

In my previous review, my intentions weren't to hurt this business in anyway. Nor hurt anyone in the process ,this is business not personal. During our first experience, there were many factors that contributed to the emotions that was displayed during the initial interaction. I failed to give them that opportunity simply because of the exhaustion and stress. Nonetheless, our second experience was better. A lot better! Despite the stigma attached to this company (with my regretful contribution to it), they went the extra mile to take care of my family and I where most places around the immediate area failed to do in the past. Tony Oushan is the epitome of an outstanding car dealer, salesman who possess the humanistic, conceptual and technical aptitude and skills needed with the potential to move higher in position. Not only has he listened to our needs, he empathized with us making this process as smooth and comfortable as possible. Should any future customers feel the need to speak with someone at this lot, I highly recommend Tony Oushan and endorse his skills, very exceptional. In addition, this lot is under new management and I can already tell an immediate difference in terms of customer service. I understand that it will take a few months, maybe a few years for the dust to settle however I am certain that if they keep up the great work, they will thrive. Although it took almost about 2 weeks, this establishment redeemed themselves.

This company is a prime example of a company that finds a mediocre solution to a problem; hence "100% approved." The strategy is designed as a way to help those who are distressed because of a situation they simply cannot get out of. A company such as this creates an opportunity for both parties in the exchanging of values. Unfortunately like most Americans, my family and I are a part of that demographic. The underlying problem with the given power they have is that they can abuse it; they take full advantage of the desperate consumer which is why this company has so many bad reviews. They exhaust and deprive consumers of time, emotions, options and most of all sanity as a way for a consumer to easily submit to a contract that they will later regret the following morning. I don't, blame the sales person however business practices should adhere to ethical responsibility with the utmost integrity to create not only loyalty for existing customers but more so the survivability of the business alike.They know that they're working within the limitations of the law and can get away with selling "lemons" to a consumer. They also know that pressure, whether psychologically or physically or both can make a consumer break. Think of it as a wrestling match or an MMA fight; apply the pressure with a strict game plan and the opponent will either get knocked out, submitted or exhausted to lose (which takes more time). It should take an experienced consumer with thick skin to recognize a problem while approaching a situation with their own game plan and to apply pressure or push back when it is needed. The sales associates are just as human as the consumer where they too have needs and wants as a way to make a living. I get that. However, if this company expects to survive I highly suggest that upper management reevaluates sales strategy, operations and especially themselves because the frontline employees are a direct reflection of management. Customer needs should be taken care of before meeting a quota. they do not hold a basic aptitude of auto mechanics and they appear to be indolent during down time acknowledging work needs to get done whether its cleaning the sales floor or spending the extra time to clean the dirty vehicles that I have been presented with.Under the personal circumstances that I am currently experiencing at the present moment, I chose to do business with this company simply because of the great offer for my trade in. The surrounding businesses offered mostly insulting offers to a vehicle that I knew had potential, high market/book value. However, with my current situation, I was only able to find one vehicle to cater to my needs that had a multitude of mechanical issues; a mediocre option. In addition, the type of vehicle that I traded in was unique; that presents a more appealing look as opposed to the antiquated, quintessential overly used vehicles in their lot - I knew they wanted it. Nonetheless, my overall experience was bad to say the least. I don't intend on bad mouthing this company based on only this one experience. However, that is all it took. In spite of Tony's effective salesmanship, I can honestly say that I will not return nor do business with this company in the future if my problem isn't fixed. I cannot be stuck in a vehicle that may perhaps pose a risk on me and my passengers (my kids); in a vehicle that may break down in the middle of the freeway. Are their intentions unethical? That's for you to decide. Moreover, seeing other customers going through the same experience (online and in person) tells me they will continue this behavior until legal action is taken, something that I may consider. The only positive attribute is they try only within the limits of the company's vision and position. Furthermore, I sense they fear upper management which explains the reluctance of taking care of the customer.Word of mouth with the help of social media is like a virus, a bad reputation will spread quickly.

I emailed the facility to let them know that I was interested in a car and requested they email me and not call me but they kept calling me anyways for 2 days and continuously left me messages and I felt they were pushy with their phone calls and I requested an email and I never received one so I decided to shop somewhere else and found a great car from sales people who did not pressure me so in a way they really did help me I guess to find my perfect car from someone else.
