Yesterday I began the daunting task of purchasing a new car. I started out down by Johnson Creek and worked my way north. It was quite the experience at some of the used car lots. I was trying to find an SUV with decent miles for around twelve thousand dollars. One dealership at the begining of my day took my license so I could go on a test drive, and would not return it. The vehicle they had felt like the transmission was bad so Iobviously didnt want to buy it. They kept my drivers license hostage, trying to force me to buy this car. I finally had to get on my cell phone and threaten to call the police!!! After couple similar experiences I finally puled into Cars To Go. The salesmen was pleasant, and actually showed me vehicles that were similar to what I told him I wanted! After a couple test drives in different suv's, and a little haggling on the price I bought a real nice Cadillac Escalade. They got me a loan through Oregon Community Credti Union at 2.49% Interest!!! I would recomend this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle!!!

I recently began my search for a used SUV. I looked at several dealerships, and a lot of the vehicles were in pretty ruff shape. I noticed on cars.com that Cars to Go had a lot of SUVs so I went to the lot and checked them out. I ended up finding an SUV there that was in great condition.

I live in a small town in eastern Washington and am car shopping. I have been looking for a great buy on a specific vehicle. I found one car in Portland for a good price. I looked for another to make the trip worth my time. I talked to a salesman about a similar vehicle to find out if they would drop their price to compete with the other dealership, he said yes. I drove 4 hours one way ams took the day off to learn the salesman I spoke with was not even working that day and they would not come down on their price even though the vehicles I was looking at were over market value. I was a little disappointed to say the least. I will say the salesman I did end up working with was nice and did not make my experience awful. I guess I learned the hard way a salesman will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to come see a car.

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP, DO NOT BUY HERE!!! We bought the car and 5 hours later the check engine light came on. The manager said that they don't reset the codes, BTW they had the vehicle for 3 weeks (so they say) so I beg to differ. It turned out to be front/rear catalytic converters needing to be replaced. DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. They are not trustworthy whatsoever. No matter what deal they are giving buy your vehicle somewhere else.

Tried to buy a car from cars to go and they were rude and sketchy about the price. Would recommend buying somewhere else.

After being a long time Jeep owner and enjoying many road trips, the rapid rise in gas made me realize it was time to purchase a more economical vehicle for my excursions. But the painful memories of high pressure salesmen and overall feeling of getting raked over the coals kept me from actually going to a dealership. My best friend purchased an Infinity SUV from Cars to Go. After hearing how completely satisfied and what an amazing experience she had, I decided to stop by.I had my reservations in the beginning but soon figured out why she was so elated with this particular dealership. The Sales Rep was polite and courteous as well as extremely knowledgeable. The Finance Manager was straight forward in working with and bent whatever he could bend to make the deal end up where I wanted it to be. Hats off to the owner of Cars to Go for hiring such a phenomenal team. They went above and beyond to make me happy with my car purchase. The overall experience exceeded my expectations as it was more of an interaction vs. a transaction. I personally now own 2 cars from Cars to Go on 82nd and Burnside and my daughters car is from there as well. I absolutely recommend this dealership to all of my friends, family and co-workers.

I just thought I would update the masses to how professional and well run I thought cars to go was. They had a good inventory at fair prices and they stand behind their cars. In an envirounment of buyer beware cars to go is a breath of fresh air...
