I emailed these folks with the simple question; "Is this car still available" and got no reply. I tried from several different angles including the dealers own website but got no response. I finally called them up and wasn't very impressed by their people skills either. I am still interested in the car but they are no longer at the top of my list.

VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!I was very interested in one of their vehicles and was on way today to make the purchase when I decide to call to make sure it was still available and I find out that they only do financing and DO NOT do any cash sales. I was literally half way and turn around with the money on my pocketAlso two day before I called and a lady pick up my call and was not very helpful and was rude didn't feel confident to ask her more questions since she sound bother as I ask her a question regarding the vehicle I was planning to buy.I'll guess I will take my money somewhere else.

This place is absolutely amazing i must say, I spoke to a female on the phone by the name of melisssa i believe she was very nice pulled up my credit app for me and had it processed same day.I then came in and sat with a gentle man who closed the deal out for me. I only had 2200 and they helped me get a car and drive off the same day. LOVE THEM 5 STARS FROM ME !!

I called this evening to find out if a car was still available and the young lady is rude. I asked her how was she doing 3 times and every time I asked her she was very cold. I don't really care for the attitude because she will not be my salesman. I like the cars here reasonable and I'm still coming in to buy 2 cars one for my son and one for me. Cars buck is amazing. I called in spoke to a girl, told her I filled out a credit app and was checking the status. She asked me for my name t have It processed. Within the next hour she gave me my down payment interest rate and monthly payments. I Came in the following day and purchased this car everything remind the same from me speaking to this lady on the phone. I was in and out within a reasonable time with my new car. I give them 5 stars. THANK U CAR BUCKS I LOVE U GUYS. Such a lovely staff

i got a lexus is from here. This place hands down the best car experience I ever had..Just when I thought I was down on my luck and had no place to go to for a car.. I gave it a shot and left same day with Lexus IS .. the girl on the phone was the rudest person i ever met. she was so gettho and when i asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager , when i asked to speak to a sales person she said she was the sales person she cursed at me over the phone and hung up on me 4 times i would never buy a car from this place. she also said stop being broke and cheap how rude is that..

I have nothing but good things to say about carsbuck. I went in thinking that I was going to go through a hard time getting a car being that my credit was bad & boy was I wrong.Moe my sales guy was nice and got me into the car I wanted. The Girl who answers Melissa let me know exactly what I needed before I drove down. I tried other dealerships & they were trying to get me to pay 3000 to 5000 down with 400 a month payments. Cars bucks works with you and my monthly payment is as low as 250.They actually wanted me to be able to afford it rather than getting a sale. They have my loyalty!! I got my dream car jeep wrangler 07 from carsbuck. GO THERE GUYS THEIR AMAZING

Car bucks is a great used car dealership filled with lovely stuff. They have over 60 cars and work with anyone bad credit no credit. I actually have bad credit went in for a car and although it wasn't the year i wanted they worked with me to find another car suitable for me and my budget. Great Customer Service !

Simply I called and I asked them about a car that I sow online ,they told me it was available ,I told them that I had no credit, so they asked me to fill out a credit application on there website, so I did ,after an hour I got a call back saying I was pre approved, and they gave me an appointment to go , when I got there everything was ready, I went on a test drive, I liked the car ,and we made the deal , it was a good experience I had after I went to several places .

Just recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry 32k The purchase of my new car was the best decision I have ever made. I loved the fact that each employer was well knowledged and educated on each car that I inquired about, which lead me to make the decision and provide this company my business. I did not have the best credit score and I was approved right on the spot and I was very satisfied with my monthly payments. I am also covered for 2 years if anything was to occur. I got exactly what I was looking for ... I definitely recommend this company if you want to be treated good.

First of all I call and call and call for days and get no response, all I get is voicemail box is full. What kind of business can't answer the phone during their hours of operation. Wait let me guess your short staffed, not an excuse. Then when I finally get through I ask can I come in and test drive the car I am looking into and get sure come in we'll be open. I show up 1 hour after they are open and lo and behold they are closed. If this is the kind of service I get before I see the vehicle I wonder how bad it is during the buying process. Loss a customer for LIFE.

I've been trying to contact this dealership for weeks, and a few days ago I get an e-mail saying that some one will contact me soon...it's now a week later and I've heard from no one. I've dialed ever number I could find for them. E-mailed every e-mail with no response (except for the automated one). If this is how they treat their customers I will not be giving them any of my hard earned money. These guys are the worst.

I am extremely interested in one of the cars that they have for sale so if anyone could lead me in a direction to get in contact with someone at the dealership without driving hours to find out its no longer open i would greatly appreciate it.

I wrote the past review stating Carsbuck was not willing to help me after purchasing 2000 jeep wrangler which happen to break down on me within 2 days with a bad transmission. Today I get a phone call from the owner stating he is willing to help...I'm very happy and pleased with Carsbuck and their willingness to help fix the jeep. I guess they're not so bad after all.

When I called back to let the owner know the Jeep's condition, he said there isn't anything he can do to help me. He fooled me into believing the Jeep was in good condition. I warn you! They have no time to deal with costumers. You get there n they never havr the car you want. Cars were all dirty, don't even have time to make the cars that they do have presentable. Came all the way from Delaware and they didn't even have time to run a credit app. I waited 45 minutes just to c if someone would help me, then waited 30m my app was still sitting in the same spot with my license, so I kindly picked it up and left. Noone ever got to do a credit report

Buyers be aware of this dealer. I am member of US ARMY and when I show off to this place asking for a car offer in car.com immediate they told me is only to be finance throw them and they need a previous deposit of $ 3000.00 extra in top of the price, when I question them about the offer they say that people dont read the entire offer wish by the way is only explain in the web site. Now when I told them that I was a member of the US ARMY and member of the Military Police they immediate change they attitude, and they try to offer me to buy me a car in an option. Bottom line is all a scan to lure people, and all the good reviews you see here are fictitious.

Tricks people by advertising fake prices on cars.com. All advertised prices are actually the prices AFTER putting $3,000 down and obtaining financing through them. Wouldn't even sell the car for $3,000 over the advertised price for cash because he said they wouldn't be making any money that way. Will probably change their name again in 6 months or so to erase the bad reviews. Clearly the first three reviews were done by this bottom feeder himself.

I called this place up to purchase a car and the sales man seems very nice he asked me did I submit a credit application and I did so he is said that he was looking up my credit application and he took another phone call I heard his entire phone conversation and it was inappropriate and disrespectful he never got back to me the phone hung up I called back two days later during business hours and he never returned my call I will never shop at this dealership again
