Jared in sales was so very informative and helpful and exerted no pressure. He made sure all my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. I'd highly recommend him and Car Sense. I'd also like to thank the whole team for delivering a beautiful car that was just perfect and looked brand new!! Thank you service department!! And the business office for walking me through all the paperwork and then helping me to understand some of the functions of my car. Thanks, all!!

This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car shopping experience I have ever had. For starters I was greeted by friendly faces upon arrival. There was a huge selection of cars and Brandon was happy to transfer cars of interest from other locations overnight so that I could test drive them the next day. I also appreciated being able to test drive the cars alone, as many times as I wanted. (Brandon and Robbie were VERY patient while I carefully made my decision). I got top dollar for my trade in and the no haggle policy made buying my new car a breeze. The paperwork process was organized, quick, and painless (thank you Lisa). I have had several interactions with Brian in the service department and he was pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend CarShop!

Very pleasant to deal with. No high pressure tactics. The offer made on my car was more than fair and my purchasing Rep Brandon was always courteous and professional. A far as used car dealerships go, these guys are top notch and very fair. Overall a very good experience and I ended up selling my vehicle to them.

Buying from these guys was perfect! Car was spot on and the one thing missing, the owners manuals, they bought and sent them. Car was clean and free of any damage as described. Sales guys were great and answered all texts. Had car delivered to Ohio sight unseen and would do it again! Great experience!

This review is for CarShop SERVICE at Glen Mills. We have not purchased a vehicle from CarShop yet, though it seems they will service your car even if you did not buy it there. We have had good experience here for inspections and minor maintenance on our vehicles when my primary shop was backed up or unavailable.. It is a clean, well-lit, friendly atmosphere. Drive-up, drive-in, and the counter is right there. The receptionist and service advisors are welcoming and do not rush you through the service consult. On our most recent visit, we had a miscommunication between the service write-up and the work that was actually performed. When I called later about this and asked for Service Manager, I spoke with 'Stew' directly. He made it right and the vehicle was serviced again gratis. He also made a follow-up call to confirm everything was done as asked. Service centers cannot be perfect the first time every time (especially on intermittent issues), but making it right without a battle counts for me. Would definitely visit again.
