Amy was very helpful, welcoming and professional. She answered all the questions we had about the car. She took care of all the paperwork. The car was showroom quality, looking like new. It was just missing the trunk privacy tablet and Amy ordered one replacement right away. The car also comes with a 6 months warranty which is a bonus. Amy made buying a used car with CarShop a great experience.

this is a real great place to shop for cars. i was able to buy my first car and the staff there was really patient and they helped me out a lot with me understanding how everything works. didn’t expect to buy my first car so soon but they made it so easy. thank you 😊

Everyone was courteous and professional. Clean office without a lot of distractions and plenty of spaced out seating. The only reason for 4 stars is the amount of time i was waiting after signing final papers to get the car. They are a high volume dealer and I'm certain it was due to all of the other cars going out. Over all i would definitely come back for future vehicles.

Setting up a test drive appointment was super easy. The conformation was followed up with an email that connected us with a sales person. Sales rep was ready at appointment time with several models to test drive. Great buying experience with no pressure knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thanks, Charles Great job!
