Absolutely terrible experience. We spoke to both Tyler and Lew prior to coming from Louisville (2.5 hour drive) regarding a specific car and made an appointment to see and test drive a car with the understanding it would not be sold until we arrived the following morning (we spoke to them near closing). We called while we were en route the following morning to confirm everything was still on schedule and were assured it was. When we arrived, we met Lew who was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. We test drove the vehicle and were ready to make a deal. However, Lew came out after the test drive and informed us that the vehicle had already been sold. My wife and I were beyond upset. Lew informed us that Tyler had sold the car without his knowledge. I cannot convey enough how poor a job this company did with us and we obviously feel very misled. Furthermore, we received an email from them today asking us if there was anything they could do to help us with our inquiry. Here's what you can do, how bout attempting to be honest and have integrity. My advice from anyone that may be traveling from out of town, DON'T GO TO CARSMART!

Found the car of my dreams online and these awesome people helped me drive home in it! Starting with Lew Meriweather, everyone was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I feel like they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. They've gained a forever customer.

I have a friend that is a manager at another dealer & he could not match the great price I got here. The car looked brand new when I picked it up & performs great! I really like the full servicing facility to meet my service needs when I will need them

What an awesome experience it was to buy a car here. The employees here were so nice, friendly and helpful. I've never had a quicker, more seamless experience purchasing a car. The vehicles are top quality at a great price. Will definitely return here for my next car purchase.

Very nice guys, we already knew what we wanTed when we walked in there. We were kind of put off that they didn't negotiate with the price of their vehicles however, we didn't need to negotiate really because the price was very reasonable. Theyou did work with us over a warranty plan though which was nice. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase

I came in looking for a great quality used car, I found it at Car Smart! Lew, my sales agent was a gentleman and went above and beyond to help make it happen! Andrew, the finance manager he was great to work with as well, he generates a lot of energy and a great customer service to the business! I would definitely recommend anybody looking for a great quality used car, they will meet your needs!

The ONE THING for which we asked was a van that seated our whole family (eight people) Then they lied about it in two ways, even after it was in writing. This was specifically Brian Hampton, and the owner Guy Alfieri was also unresponsive to my calls. (1) Supposedly, they had such a van, but Brian would order the bucket seat that clips between the captain chairs. Then they realized it was the wrong model that doesn't use the bucket seat (2) Then Brian said would find a comparable replacement We visited a few times to follow-up, and Brian was "working on it". But I could only follow-up so many times and waste my time before I got so angry that I had to walk away

Over the past 3 years our family has purchased 7 different cars, trucks & suv's from CarSmart. All are have been great with no issues. The team at CarSmart has what most dealerships don't, integrity! They sell a quality product at a fair price. We recommend all of our friends to at least vist CarSmart and give the team a chance. Most have in fact purchased from CarSmart! Thanks Guy & The Team!
