I have been very happy with all of the services I have received from Car Time. My best experience with them was when they told me that a suspension part on my Honda was okay after the Honda dealer told me it neededd to be replaced. I really dislike paying for auto services that are not needed and Car Time saved me some money when the Honda dealer was trying to sell me something I didn't need.

They are just money hungry dealership they are not flexible with price not even by a couple hundred dollars. A week later the vehicle i was interested in went up by $1000 . Their customers service is terrible i had the guy on the phone mansplaining things to me stay away from them.!!!!

At Car-Time, inside the service department, most staff and customers are not wearing masks or improperly wearing face coverings (wearing a thin bandana with nose sticking out). When there, I asked two times for people to wear masks. They appear to be miffed at me for asking and they are not asking customers to wear masks. Customers are walking in maskless and sitting at the chairs maskless and not social distancing, and not once did the manager ask people to put on masks. In fact, the manager wasn't wearing a mask. I was stuck there for 1.5 hours as they worked on my car: Had I known in advance that they were not following the law of MN and the laws of common decency, I would not have gone there in the first place. I leave this message to those who would want to avoid a business blatantly putting all at risk. This is the law in Minnesota: "Businesses have heightened responsibility for public safety, given the volume of people that pass through Minnesota businesses on any given day. As such, businesses (and their owners and management) may be subject to criminal charges (up to a misdemeanor, $1,000 fine, and not more than 90 days in jail), civil enforcement and fines (of up to $25,000), and regulatory enforcement (e.g., actions by government authorities that license or regulate the business)."
