My husband and I purchased a 2015 Kia Forte in May of 2015. The purchasing process was good in dealing with the sales person. Unfortunately, I can not say the same for the service department. Lately I have been having problems with the headlights going from high beam to low beam, they hesitate and they have gone out totally during driving. I came to this dealership for service and I was talked too like I was stupid and was told I was probably turning the lights out... really. However, the service manager pacified me by telling me he was going to order the left side arm that controls the lights and turn signals and told me he would call me when the part came in. Well, that was on September 21, 2016. I have called and the service manager is never available, I have left my number and there has been no return call. I have a bumper to bumper warranty on this vehicle and this dealership does not want to service my vehicle. So, I was told by corporate to take the car to another Kia dealer. Very Unhappy...

I found the buying experience to be enjoyable. Our salesman, Trent, worked hard to make our purchase as smooth and easy as possible. He was also very knowledgeable about safety features and accessories on the Soul that we bought. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The finance manager was professional and very personable. We left feeling very happy with the purchase of our new Kia!

Just sorry sat there for two hours to figure out what needed to do then they ordered it didn't even call and let us know they had it in so they can fix it talk about a group of lame mechanics

I purchased a 2012 from Kia , they worked really hard to sell me that car . Once I purchased the car it immediately had mechanical problems . I found that there were lots of promises to get the problems resolved , and they fell short on delivery . When I had the audacity to complain , I was told by the general managers told me that I was rude . I actually found her whole team to be rude . The night I called with a problem looking for the the general manager . Her sales manger offered to help me , when I told him the problem and was visibly upset he responded " ma'am we are trying to sell cars here. , what is it that u want from me " . At that very Moment it was cemented to me that now that they have money they have no use for me ! I have a warranty on the car , I have gone to Sumter dodge to have my issues addressed . They are fabulous , now they know what customer service truly is . I think the general manager at car town kia needs to spend some time there , she may learn the right way to treat a customer . I will never return there , they treat their customers like a problem or an inconvenience .
