Today I purchased a 2006 Honda Accord from Caruzin Motors. I worked with David, however also met Jeff the general manager (possibly even owner). I immediately felt that the atmosphere of the dealership was low key and no pressure sales. There was also no "let me run back to the manager" about pricing, and the final price was only $150 off of what I was looking for as an out the door price (yet was still $1300 less than original list price). The car was well taken care of by the two previous owners and runs very well, however the check engine light was on during the test drive. Afterward I watched Jeff run the diagnostic and gave me the two codes as well as descriptions. Before purchasing, my mechanic was called to make sure these codes were not major issues which he seemed to think they were not. These gentlemen did not seem put off even for a minute while this phone call was being made. After the phone call I thought I was headed into the part of the used car buying process that I dislike the most which is the "buy the warranty" sales pitch. Nope, didn't happen. Maybe due to the year of the car, not sure, but I was so glad to see that again everything was low key. Time will only tell if this 15 year old "as is" car was in fact a good purchase, but as far as the purchasing part; this was the easiest car purchase I have ever made.

Went to look at a car a couple of weeks ago, and it was much worse than the ad on Carfax described. The cosmetic condition was close to accurate, but the pictures did seem to be taken in a way that hid some of the worst damage. The mechanical condition of "runs and drives excellent" was far from the truth though. Almost every dash warning light was on, one of the tires was low on air, and one of the wheel bearings was on its way out (which they did tell me about). I attempted to test drive it, and the car had absolutely no power. Took 10 seconds or more to get above 30mph, so I pulled into a parking lot, turned around, and took it back. The hybrid battery was showing almost empty, so I'm sure there was some major issue with the system causing a limp mode or something similar. Complete waste of an hour of my time.

Recently picked up a great car from Caruzin Motors. I worked with David and had a great experience. I needed to have the car picked up and delivered via auto transport broker and Caruzin Motors was very patient and cool waiting for my broker to find a driver. I havent had a chance to drive the vehicle too much lately, but from the time I have driven it the vehicle seems to be doing well. I would recommend giving Caruzin Motors a chance!

This car dealership is a joke! We worked with Brett who really lacked communication skills from the beginning and gave us a bad vibe from the start. Even though we weren’t impressed with Brett, the car seemed worth buying. We had a purchase agreement sent to our bank, we made it very clear to Brett that we were buying the car ( which, is a PURCHASE AGREEMENT) , everything was set to go with the bank and we were trying to actively coordinate a time with Brett to pick up the car ( we live 3 hours away ). Even though Brett knew we signed to papers with bank, he sold it from under us. So, he wasted our time, my banker’s time and proved to us that Caruzin Motor’s isn’t a dealership that anyone should do business with. There are so many car dealerships out there, save your time by skipping this business. We have purchased at least 20 cars over the years and we have never dealt with someone as unprofessional as Brett and this company.
