Buying a car here was a good experience. Fahad is a very nice guy, he explained all the details of the car without being pushy and was very friendly. Vehicle price was fair and the buying process was smooth. There were a few minor things one might attribute as "unprofessional" such as delivering the vehicle a day later than promised because of associated costs and asking about when my bank would send payment. However, no insult or injury resulted and nothing was malicious; these were just metaphorical bumps in the road to a smooth buying experience. Overall I appreciate Fahad and the team getting me a car that fits my family's needs and would not mind buying from him again.

This place has a decent selection, includes a 6 month Drivetrain warranty I bought a very well maintained Yukon Denali that originated from Florida so naturally it had no rust. Now that I've passed their 6 month warranty I can now make a honest review of this place. The SUV has run fine with no issues since buying it from this dealership. I've put about 7,000 miles since purchase. Side Note: When I bought the SUV the front alignment was way off and needed Power Steering fluid. But before I purchased the SUV we agreed that they would have it aligned if I bought it. And was done as agreed a few days later. Pricing in my experience wasn't as advertised. It was advertised at $7,000 on their website and when everything was said and done with financing He charged me $8,750 for the SUV *that's excluding interest and tax* and came up with some excuse that the loan company charges them $900 to finance anybody with a low credit score and the $7,000 was a "Online price ONLY". Typical with all dealerships.... Only reason I didn't walk away was because even at $8,750 the SUV was still a good buy since it had ZERO rust and low miles for its age. Overall I'll give them 3 stars Pro's: Quality SUV Includes Warranty And keeps good communication even after purchase Cons: Uses dishonest pricing tactics Should've had Alignment done before selling Vehicle and needed Power Steering fluid

I purchased a vehicle here on Memorial Day. I felt good about the purchase because it had a warranty and this company claimed to have an in house garage that had looked the vehicle over. Two weeks later it left my family stranded on the side of the expressway in CT. Total engine failure due to a radiator leak. We had been replacing the coolant daily over vacation at every warning light, but the crack was significant enough that a few miles without an emergency pulloff destroyed the engine. The warranty company will not cover the repair. Do not purchase a vehicle here.

I went on the CarXpress website and checked out the inventory that they had. I found a car that I liked, and I called. The dealer Ali seemed very polite, asked me to fill out an application to see what I could get approved for. He assured me that it wouldn’t take long. They advertise all credit types guaranteed approval. I filled out the application on Tuesday, and by Friday I still didn’t hear back from him or anyone from the dealership. After getting all of my important personal information. I’d rather someone be upfront with me, then to mislead me or false advertise! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!! Thank God that they’re not the only dealership in the area, I ended applying elsewhere and got a much newer car courteous and honest customer service. Less than 45 minutes! I’m riding and enjoying my new car! That’s the way things should be done!!!! To respond to your comment, it would have been better business practice if you had been upfront with what was needed. But there was absolutely no communication at all since the one phone call. Happy New year to you as well! Be blessed!!

Don't make the mistake of believing that this is a car dealership when it's actually a fruit stand because the salesmen are selling lemons! My wife and I purchased a vehicle from here that had issues as soon as we got it home and the salesman was absolutely no help, whatsoever! The run around he gave us, the misinformation, just all out bad business! Don't get your vehicle from here because YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!💯
