Normally I don't review places I don't do business with but I am making an exception. Ron had a van that we looked at. He held this Van for us so we could be the first to look at it. He went out of his way to accommodate us. We decided not to purchase the Van. Ron and Charlie was very soft sell. They went to a lot of trouble for a potential customer who ended up not buying. However Ron went to the trouble of calling me to thank me for even looking at the Van. This guy is a class act. When I am in the market again I will definitely we talking to Carz R us.

My brother and I had a great experience! The owner is very accommodating and helped us find a car that fit our needs. He didn't shy away from telling us the specific pros and cons of each vehicle we looked at. I would definitely recommend this location for people looking for quality used cars.

Unprofessional. Today, I went with my father to look at a car with a really good deal. However, left after almost immediately after arriving all due to unprofessional and just overall customer service from Ron. My father had asked Ron a simple, reasonable question about if the car had work done at the lot or was done elsewhere (due to obvious signs of a subpar paint job). Ron immediately became defensive "No we did not do that." He responded immediately. My father then followed up with just simply asking "Oh do you guys have an outside shop to do your work?" Then Ron immediately asked, "Are you saying I'm lying?" I was floored. This is WORD FOR WORD what this man said to my father. I immediately began to feel uncomfortable. So quick to be on the defensive from just simply asking a valid question ANYONE who knows what to ask when in the market for a car. Absolutely rude. We thanked him for his time and left right then and there. To anyone considering looking at their...questionable lot...Please...just be cautious buying a car from them. I suggest going to shop at the Horne Hyundai or Robert Horne Ford dealerships. They are way more professional and are able to handle any questions way better than Ron ever did. I will say Ron did reach out (over text) and apologized but the damage had already been done and my mind was made up. Never returning, never recommending them.

Great place , friendly , professional and most of all very well priced vehicles. Local and family run business just does not get better than that !!
