There are not enough stars to express how pleased I am with the customer service that I received from Brendon and Miro at Cascade Auto Group. I searched far and wide for an A6 that was priced right during this crazy Covid car market. I travelled from Pittsburgh to take a test drive at Cascade and was impressed from the moment I stepped into the dealership. Professionalism, product knowledge and service is priority for this team and I have shared my experience with each person who has complimented me on my new Audi. Run, don't walk to Cascade Auto Group. This dealership is a class act who puts the fun back in to car buying. Thank you all for a great experience!

Isaiah was wonderfully and feet informative in educating me about different Mazda models. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted going in, I was hoping to narrow some choices down. Isaiah did exactly that for me. He didn’t hassle me about buying a car on the spot, which was awesome. I’m not quite ready to buy a car right this second, I just wanted to explore. He gave me some books which has information on all of the different models and levels of the ones I was interested in and answered my questions in entirety. Isaiah was very professional and a down to earth guy and I will be recommending him in the future!

I sent the following email to Mark Borchik, the salesman I dealt with when buy-in g a used, 2018 Audi A6 from Cascade. What a great experience and great dealership. Worth the 90 mile drive! Thanks, Mark. We drove through that hurricane-like rain back to Pittsburgh but made it OK. I would like to thank you for the service, attention, attention to detail and the entire sales process and people involved at Cascade. Please pass along our thanks to all. Everyone involved was helpful and courteous. I mention this because it is true and because it stands in stark contrast to what we encountered in purchasing a different used Audi in the Pittsburgh area on Saturday. That transaction was marred by poor customer service, lack of concern about delivering a clean and complete vehicle, and a failure to disclose defects. Never again with that dealership! Thanks again. Enjoy the summer and your dogs!

Recently was looking for a specific used vehicle and they had one, they were very honest and transparent throughout the process. Joe in sales was very helpful to my needs as I live in a different state, made it worth the trip to pick up my new vehicle!

I purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback 3.6L from Cascade about 10 months ago. First impressions matter a lot and from the moment I walked in the door the first time, I was very pleasantly surprised. Kim Stottler in sales was GREAT to work with. I had MANY questions and some very specific needs for specs that are not documented. Kim found answers. She was very patient. I NEVER felt pressured (unlike at another Subaru dealer who refused to give me the time of day when I told him I was not going to make a decision and buy a car that day). After several visits and test drives, I finally settled on the Subaru and Cascade and have never regretted my decision. It did take a couple of months for delivery of the car because I decided to wait for availability of a 2016 3.6L but that was OK. Completing the sales process with the finance person went very smoothly, including my trade in and new car delivery. Kim continued to follow up with me and make sure I was happy with the car and all its features. I have had the car in for service a couple of times and both Nick and Alex have also been very good to work with. Repairs were done correctly the first time and quickly. My husband and I recently purchased a used Mazda Miata out of state. There was no question where we would take the Miata for service - Cascade. Whenever I have been there for service with either car, Kim and/or David Hurte (sales manager) always seem to run into me and stop by to see how things are going and to tell me any new information relevant to my car. I would highly recommend Cascade and Kim Stottler.

I had a major repair on my current vehicle and decided due to its age that it was time to say goodbye. I was surprised by the $800 trade in value Cascade offered but listened. Then when I didn't commit to a deal before leaving Kim S. wanted me to let someone from the dealership to drive me home because she felt I shouldn't be driving the car with a fuel leak. Was this an act of kindness or a sales ploy? HMMM? I test drove 3 vehicles and decided I wanted a Forester. She told me she was having a hard time finding a car for me after looking at affiliated dealerships. It turns out she was looking for a Legacy. I didn't want a Legacy. She said it would make her job easier since I wanted a Forester. Glad to be of help I thought. I was verbally quoted $325/month for 36 months. The document I was giving read: $356/month for 42 months. She then told me it would take a week before they would have the car. At this point I went to a different dealership and was glad. It took about an hour and a half and I was out the door with my car. They also gave me $2200 for my trade.I don't usually right reviews but this situation really frustrated me.

Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional. Very helpful in answering questions and finding just the right car for my teenager--something safe, reliable, and practical! They took time with us to make sure the fit was right. Our salesman, was excellent! He really knew his stuff and made us comfortable with our purchase. I highly recommend cascade auto to anyone looking to purchase a car!

We had a great experience working with everyone at Cascade to find just the right car for my daughter. The sales, finance, and service staff are very professional. We were especially impressed by the care our sales person, Pat Primm, took with us. He understood that with a teenage driver we needed something safe and reliable. He also took the time to go over the car with us and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Because of this experience we are now lifelong customers of Cascade!

Recently, I purchased a used car from Cascade Auto. The salesman, Pat Primm, listened and understood what I was looking for in a used car and the parameters of my purchase. He took time to show me all of the attributes of my car to make the transition to my new car easy. The staff at Cascade was extremely professional and courteous. I feel that I ended up with a wonderful car at a good price! My experience at Cascade was great and I will make all of my future car purchases at this dealership.

prices are always more expensive than listed in their website for service. During my last visit (90,000 mile service) tires weren't rotated. Called to voice concern and was told tires were wearing evenly so there was no need to rotate. Haha! That's exactly why tire manufacturers recommend rotating tires...so they do wear evenly. Makes me leery about what else (that cannot be seen) wasn't done during this service. I will not return for service and I recommend using caution if you decide to have them work on your car. Also, be prepared for them to tell you your car needs major work that it actually doesn't. Always get a second opinion befor having them do recommended work

A couple years ago I purchased a used car that still haunts me today. I purchased a car that is pretty rare to see come up for sale, so when I saw it I went to the dealership. The gentleman I spoke with was nice enough to me. It was a rainy weekend so the test drive went well but it was kind of hard to see the outside. Through the rain it looked good. I decided to move forward with the purchase. The issue was they only had one finance guy who was on vacation, so I had to wait till the following day to make the purchase. I told them I'd be in at open as I had to miss a little work to do all the paperwork. I was promised if I was there as they opened that I would be first in line. I show up, and they are having a meeting. No problem, so I wait. When my salesman took me over to the finance department, I had to wait because they were expecting a couple to come in who were purchasing a new Audi. Go figure, they were chasing the money. I waited and financing went through after a wait... Fast forward a couple weeks, and I was showing the car to a friend of mine. He noticed there was bodywork that had been done to the car. Though I was briefly shown a Carfax that showed clean. Though hindsight I showed have checked the VIN. When I called to tell the used car manager, he blew it off and said he could take the car in on trade and I could pick out a different car. As I said above, it's not common for this car to come up for sale. I was baffled that they would offer me trade in when I informed him the car had been in an accident and had some bad bodywork that was pointed out. I brought the car in to show them and the used car manager agreed the body work was bad, but was adamant it could be "buffed out." He told me to take it down to the body shop they use. When I went down there, the body shop guy was pretty appalled at the work that had been done. The bondo in the door was much too thick and the door needed a new skin and paint blended in to the front fender and rear quarter. The bill was over $1500 of which they refused to cover ANY of it. While at the bodyshop, I was able to talk to an insurance guy who works out of the shop. He looked up my car on carfax and informed me that the car not only showed up as being in ONE accident, but TWO! The bodywork on the passenger side the shop said was done well and would pass their inspection for delivery to a customer of their shop, but the driver side would have been rejected. Fast forward passed more discussions with the used car manager, and I was told to talk to the General Manager as she is the daughter of the man who started the company, who just so happens to be a Marine also. I told her my situation and she couldn't understand my issue and started to get an attitude and raised her voice at me as I tried to plead my case. Needless to say, I got nowhere with them and I'm still stuck with the car they sold me that was in two accidents with bad bodywork. I HIGHLY CAUTION anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from them. They are in the business of making money and have zero customer service.

After reviewing several options from several manufacturers online, the wife and I had our hearts set on an Audi Q7 due to several requirements (i.e. TDI MPG, towing capacity, third row, and a few other bells and whistles). The closest Audi Dealership was Cascade (approx. a 1 hour drive). Upon arrival, the salesman was extremely cordial and helpful. Then the typical tactics started - "what payment do you want to be at", "how much do you owe on trade in", "I can't put the numbers together unless I have all the numbers" this is all information and tactic's the salesman uses to squeeze as much money out of the customer as possible; but I digress, so against my better judgement I relented and provided the above mentioned information. With this information in hand, the salesman is off to talk numbers with his "manager". Of course, he can't reach the low payment I was wanting (fully expected this) but this is supposed to be a negotiation or at least I though. I never did receive what my payment would be only a wide $150 range of which my current payment is within. Would like to have known what my payment would have been, albeit higher than my low request (again fully expected). What is so hard about saying "this is the best we can do" and provide the numbers. It doesn't matter what my current vehicle is worth, it doesn't matter what payment I want to be at, what is the best you can do on the vehicle you are selling? Pretty simple question. So, after I was given the range, the salesman continued to try and sell me something I didn't want even after several rebuttal's on my part as to why we did't want the gasoline version (TDI only) or a car or the much smaller version of an SUV. Then I was told that the high price was an "initiation" cost but once I was in then Audi takes care of it's loyal customers but you have to pay for it up front. Although the salesman was nice in the beginning he soon became what everyone thinks of when the term "used car salesman" is uttered. I know this is NOT a full reflection on the dealership, but it has tainted my views of Cascade and I would be hesitant to return and purchase a vehicle. Two years ago I had an Akron dealership do the same thing and I was buying two brand new vehicles from them - ended up going to Columbus to purchase those vehicles. So in the end its the dealership that looses.

My husband and I leased a 2015 Audi A3 convertible from Pat Primm on Nov. 30, 2014.Every aspect of the transaction went very smoothly. He was very detailed in explainingthe new vehicle to us from front to back. Very patient with our questions. We feel wemade the right choice to go back to Cascade again. We leased another vehicle fromCascade and had a good experience then, also. Therefore, we would highly recommendCascade to anyone looking to buy or lease.

I bought a Mazda 6 there not too long ago. Tony Rhodes is a very fun, and engaging salesman. Although he is new to the job, he did very well. He was more knowledgeable about the Mazda 6 than any other salesman I talked to about any other car. He made the whole process go as smooth and as pleasant as he possibly could. I recommend him to anyone who doesn't like the "typical salesman". I will definitely be returning here in the future to purchase again! Ask for Tony!

The sales manager was very nice guy. I test drove Mazda Tribute was a ok truck.. Little to much of dog for me with not frills. The only thing was negative. He didn't want to sell me the car. If he would of given me ten minutes he might of gotten a sale. He was to busy to talk and to busy for follow up.

I always purchase quality used cars - trust me not all dealerships are equal! At Cascade you will find a friendly, knowledgeable staff, who go out of their way to make sure you get the car you want, at a fair, competitive price. The service department follows the same high standards that the sales team does. I always receive quick, friendly, professional service.

After an unfortunate incident, my wife and I were looking to buy a new car. We called about a specific vehicle and spoke to a sales rep, Abe. An appointment was set up for the next day to come test drive the car my wife and I was interested in. Abe was very helpful and friendly and provided excellent service by working with us on our goals and parameters. We were able to get the car we wanted for the right price and we thank Abe and Diane the finance manager for making this happen! Kudos to Abe and Diane!!!

Our experience at Cascade was very pleasant and fruitful. All the staff were warm-hearted, and gave us their undivided attention. The choices (we ended up with a Mazda with a full option package) were thoroughly explained, and the instruction on the electronic especially were clear and helpful. There's something un-car salesperson about their behavior -- friendly, pressure-free, informative, above-board. Would never go anywhere else.

I purchased my car from Cascade in October. The buying process was fast and easy. We got to the dealership a little late in the evening, they stayed and got me on the road with my new Mazda that night. I absolutely love my car. I have my car serviced at the dealer; after my most recent visit for basic maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) I noticed a problem with my tire the next day. I called the service department, fully expecting an argument, but instead they had me bring my car back, took care of the issue, and got me back on the road. Great service and very kind staff.

I bought my Forester here a couple of years ago. I did all my homework prior to purchase. Had quotes from multiple dealers in the are and Cascade beat the lowest one from a competitor, so went with them. Downside to this was they had to get the car from another dealer and it took 3 weeks. Plus, it was driven to Cascade to deliver so by the time I received it, it had almost 300 miles on the odometer. Not too happy about that. Still,

My old Audi A4 had 180k miles on it and it thought it was time for an upgrade. I looked locally for two months, but it was so hard to find anything decent (low miles, manual transmission, CPO) that wouldn't get grabbed up the second it hit the market. All-Wheel-Drive is in high demand here in the Pacific Northwest, so unless you're willing to buy new or settle for a sketchy private sale, it's going to be a seller's market. One night I decided to try looking out-of-state. I broadened my search to a 500 mile radius, but no luck. For kicks I decided to make the search radius unlimited, and that opened the floodgates of opportunity. There were so many awesome manual transmission A4's out there! After hearing about a coworker's positive experience getting a car shipped, I decided I'd go that route. I found the car that had everything I wanted, and it just so happened to be at Cascade Audi in Ohio. It was a pleasure working with them. Matt was the man! He was very friendly and helpful. He did an excellent job walking me through the new (to me) procedure of buying a car remotely. The car was CPO, but I hired an inspector to go take a look at it for some extra peace of mind since I couldn't test drive it myself. After it passed the inspection I felt absolutely confident in my decision to buy. Matt arranged for a notary to come to my house to deal with the paperwork and for the car to be shipped to me here in Seattle. It was easy. The whole thing may have taken longer than buying a car in person, but I think this will be how I buy cars in the future.

Our family has purchased 10 new cars over the past 15 years from Cascade Auto Group. Their sales process is professional and not overbearing. Their approach is to help the buyer find the right car for their needs. (not to sell whatever they have on their lot) We couldn't be happier with their consultative approach. Their service department performs excellent work and they are friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a dealership where you can drive away with the right car and know that you will have the best service for that car while you own it, you need to buy a car from Cascade Auto Group.

I was referred to Matt Rutherford at Cascade Auto Group from a friend who has bought several cars from Matt. I had owned Honda Accords for almost 20 years. This was my first upgrade to an Audi A4 and I had a lot of questions. Matt was patient and answered all of my questions as well as provided advice about how to locate my exact car. Matt took time to go over all the technological features of the car, which are many! He also encouraged me to contact him any time I have any questions going forward. I learned Matt has been with Cascade for 15 years, which is very rare among car salesman! But he owns, loves and believes in the product, so it's natural for him to be an advocate for the Audi brand. It's not often I feel compelled to write a review online, but in this case, Matt and the Cascade Auto Group deserve the accolade.

Matt, Dave, Pat and the whole staff at Cascade is second to none. These folks really do care about helping you find the right vehicle for both you and your budget. Salesmanship can be viewed a lot of different ways, but when I came to Matt recently looking for a vehicle, he didn't just try to put me in a car. He took into account how much money I wanted to spend, actually LISTENED when I told him what I was looking for, and then ultimately presented me with options. His knowledge of the industry and types of vehicles in particular convinced me that he had my best interests in mind. Trust is a huge factor when buying a car and Matt easily earned mine. I am thrilled with my vehicle purchase, I truly feel like I got a good deal and Cascade Auto Group will be my first stop the next time I find myself in the market for a car. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cascade to anyone!

I just purchased another vehicle from Cascade Auto Group and more specifically, Matt Rutherford. This is my seventh car purchased from Matt at Cascade. I continue to go back because of the honest and fair pricing, friendly courteous service, and the willingness of Matt to spend the time with me to explain everything and to put up with my negotiations. If I need to get another car, Matt and Cascade will always be the first place that I start and it seems always finish a deal. I would highly recommend Matt and Cascade family to all my friends and family! Many of them have followed my recommendation and have been very pleased. Thank you again Matt and the Cascade Auto Group! Keep up the great work!

I have just completed a lease agreement on an Audi4 and I am very happy with the experience at Cascade and more specifically Adam Driscoll. I shopped at Audi dealers in a 100 mile radius and came back eventually and leased from Cascade because of the service and no nonsense of Adam who was available and willing to address each concern. He is very professional, knowledgeable and gave me time and space to insure this was the right decision.

I'm one of those people who has had hand-me-down vehicles since I started to drive, so this was my first experience actually buying a car. Far from my low expectations (not with Cascade or anything, just in general I always expected dealerships to be pushy and difficult), Abe made the process quick, easy, and painless. He was very up-front and informative about everything, and made sure I understood each part of the process. The car is great too!

I bought a 2002 Ford Explorer XLT from Cascade almost 2 years ago now and couldn't have been more pleased with their superior customer service. I am still in love with my vehicle today and while having not had a great credit history, my salesman Matt Rutherford was not only able to get me the vehicle I wanted for a great price, but also set me up with a comfortable payment plan. I have, on numerous occasions, returned to Cascade for vehicle detailing and basic maintenance and been treated with the same high-quality, hassle-free service. They really make you feel like family at Cascade and I have recommended them to my own family and friends looking for a new/used vehicle. Go check out their selection and take something for a test drive, talk to a salesman and see if they can help you like they helped me!

I recently purchased a car from the Cascade Auto Group and Abe Brannan was the sales person who assisted me with my purchase. Abe went above and beyond what was required in this purchase and made himself available to me anytime. The pre-owned vehicle that I purchased from Cascade was my first contact with the dealership. Their web site provided helpful information about the vehicles available and suggested prices. Abe Brannan, the sales representative I worked with was knowledgeable and courteous during all of our phone and in-person contacts. His patience and friendly manner during the test drive and in each follow-up visit to the dealership were much appreciated. At the conclusion of the purchase, Business Manager Diane Zabka was personable and efficient. At the time of delivery, the car had been well cleaned and detailed. However, several items that belonged with the vehicle were missing so another trip to the dealership was necessary. During the dealerships program for new owners I was able to look under several models that were similar to the car I purchased. A service technician answered questions about its maintenance and upkeep. The shop facility looked clean and well organized. In the future, I will take the car there for service.

I called in looking for information on a new Subaru. The person who answered the phone was Jason Cobb. Jason is one of their finance managers, and is VERY knowledgable about financing and cars both. It was nice being able to work with the same person from start to finish, without having to switch around mid-stream. Jason was very professional and genuinely seemed to care about our wants and needs. I feel that we got a very fair deal on our Impreza as well as really good financing. The whole experience was pleasant and efficient from the first minute. There was never any high pressure or game playing at all. I would highly recommend this dealer, and especially Jason Cobb, to ANYONE!

We live in North Carolina but were attending a wedding in Kent. We used the downtime the morning of the wedding to window shop for a new car and our salesman (and the pricing) were so good, we came away with a new 2014 Audi A6 on order for delivery in September. At that time we were back in No Carolina, so our salesman, Mike Hulgin, drove the car halfway down to meet us so we wouldn't have to make that long drive again. That had not been a part of the original deal, but when the car came in, Mike offered and we took him up on it. Then, he spent over 2 hours going over the new car with me and making sure I understood my new car and was able to use all the features. He then followed up with me a week or so later to see if I had any new questions. Great customer service! I've recommended Cascade to my Ohio friends and relatives.

I purchased a 2007 VW Eos from Cascade Auto Group and my experience was terrible. I liked the looks of the car and felt I received an OK deal. After a few days, there was a rather large oil leak under the car so I took it to my mechanic and had him look it over. Fortunately the oil leak was just a loose oil pan plug, but he also found that the front brake pads needed replaced, and one of the headlights had burned out. I called the salesman who said he would talk it over with the used car sales manager. He called me back and said that they had inspected the brakes before selling it to me and they were fine. And the headlight was not covered under the limited warranty. A week later, I called the salesman to let him know that the hard-top convertible roof was leaking. Again he said he would talk to the used car sales manager. He called me back to say there was nothing they could do, the roof wasn't covered under the warranty, and besides, they are not a VW dealer so they wouldn't know how to fix it anyway. So this graduate of Walsh Jesuit High school with an MBA from Kent State will not spend any more of my money at Cascade Auto Group and I'll be sure to let my family and friends know about my experience.

I would recommend Cascade Auto Group to any one that is in the buying progress. Was treated great! Even though I did not buy a car there, I would send my friends to Cascade. Make sure you ask for Abe! Can't say enough about Abe. Abe made my experience fun! He's friendly, helpful and knows the cars. Thank you Abe!!!!

I was in Cascade Subaru last week shopping looking at new Legacy's. I found a better deal on one from Brunswick Subaru, therefore I purchased it from there. I was having trouble with my tire pressure sensor so I took it to Cascade because it is only 5 minutes away from where I live. When I arrived the sales manager, whom I spoke to last week noticed I got a new Legacy. He proceeded to ask where I purchased it from and I told him Brunswick Subaru, he then literally shrugged me off and walked back into his office. In the mean time one of the salesman called service and told me it would be a 5-10 minute wait. I waited for 45 minutes to have the SALES MANAGER come back and ask me why I didn't purchase my vehicle from them. I told him I found one for a better deal, he then proceeded to tell me to take my car where I purchased it from and that they (Cascade) will not do anything about it because I did not purchase it from them. This is a 2014 Subaru under full warranty. The car is 3 days old. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life, and the fact that is was from a manager is just ridiculous. I then called Subaru headquarters, and they said the whole situation is just wrong and that they should not have denied me of service. This is not the first time I have problems with Cascade Auto Group either. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone!!!!

I'll start by saying that hearing the founder of your company was a Marine Corps veteran like myself through your employees I thought that I would have had A+ service. And if you didn't have a car that is fairly difficult to find in a more difficult color to find I would have stepped out of your dealership and never looked back. It's clear your dealership preys on customers. I was looking at putting money down on a car and brought my truck in to see what I could get. NADA trade in is $3600 for the condition it's in. There is a 2013 NADA Dealership sticker on your window. That being said, the employee came back after about 20 minutes and told me he'd give me $750 for for the truck. What a total insult. When I laughed and told him absolutely not, he tried to justify it by saying he'd put it on the lot for $1000 and hope to just recoup the investment. When I asked where this number was coming from he said "Oh I thought that's what you wanted." I never said that, the truck runs great and had tires on it worth more than his offer. When he went to look up the price of my truck to justify his offer he went to edmunds.com. Edmunds said $1600 trade in, which is funny because I know the little black books are put out by NADA and NADA like I said, said $3600 for fair trade in. I thought I was being reasonable wanting $3000. Not to let him pull a fast one I pulled out my phone and looked up the car I was looking at on edmunds. It said retail was $14k. He felt quite insulted then when I said something and said it books for $20k even though they had it marked at $19k, which would be correct if going off NADA. It makes me even more sick hearing another employee dealing with two customers saying he's not supposed to say but prices are based off edmunds. This was all in effort to make sales and screw the customer. I ended up buying the car after dealing with this dealership for 4 days, and having the salesperson feel it was okay that I missed some work. After you are gone and out the door, they want nothing more to do with you. When I tried to call them up just a couple days later after a friend noticed the serpentine belts were severely cracked, they said they'd call me back and let me know. I've still yet to hear anything from anyone.

I was looking for a used BMW in a specific price and mileage range. Found one on Cars.com, but the dealer was over 100 miles from my home. I was a little leery of doing long-range business, but figured I would give it a go anyway. Glad I did! The vehicle was what I was looking for. Mark took me through the sales process wonderfully. His personal experience with BMW's was very helpful, and his overall auto knowledge and sales style made the process easy. With the long-distance factor, financing was another concern I had. Chris was great to work with, and found a very favorable financing plan for me. The process was seamless, and Dave finished up expertly! I am sure I will be looking to buy a new vehicle in a few years (Subaru probably). I figure I will making another trip to Cascade!

We bought a 2012 Subaru Impreza 2.0i in 12/2011 and a 2012 WRX 5-Door in April 2012. Both cars were purchased from Jamie in Subaru sales. I cannot say enough how pleasant Jamie made the buying experience. He has always been good to us. Recently, I referred a friend to Cascade and he was very pleased with the buying process on his 2012 Subaru Outback. Service has been more than accommodating and supportive. I have never had an issue, they are always prompt to take care of both cars. Furthermore, you could not ask for a more courteous service staff. The quality of work has been fantastic.

I bought my first Audi at Cascade Auto Group. They were so helpful and gave me a great deal ! They gave me all the best advice when buying a car. I didn't feel pressured like how some other dealers make you feel. I would recommend buying a car from here if you want an easy, stress free environment, where everyone is friendly and the prices are great !

I purchased my brand new Mazda from Cascade Auto Group, it was the easiest process with a sale I have been apart of. Pat Primm made sure that I was taken care of start to finish, his expertise was through the roof, and he was very patient with me while going over bumper to bumper. I will be going back, a very simple, delightful, pleasant car buying experience. I highly recommend Cascade Auto Group to anyone looking to purchase a New or used car, I have done both and have been happy with both buys!

Thank you, Cascade for putting me in my New Subaru Forester. I am in love with my new lease. You made the process easy as possible. Your sales staff is a pleasure to work with and you can tell they love their job. I will be back to purchase or lease my next vehicle with Cascade.

Pat was kind, patient, and helpful as I decided between 3 different models. His input was honest and knowledgeable. Chris made the financing and paperwork hassle-free. I was in and out on a Saturday morning. I will definitely purchase my next car from Cascade.

Avoid this place at all cost. Rude salespeople and inconsiderate service department. This place thinks you should thank them for spending your money at their dealership.

Purchased 4 new vehicles over 15 years as well as several cars from other dealerships. They are simply the best to work with. Not the most beautiful dealer buildings, but great people and service. When I purchased brands they didn't sell they helped with introductions to dealers they knew to make sure I got fair deals. Whenever there was a warranty issue they got more than I expected from the manufacturers. The Primms are great. In Restaurants and car dealers, it's always better to have the owner on the premises! If there is ever a problem see a Primm and it will be fairly handled.

The salesperson was excellent. The closing process seemed to take lot longer than it should have. We drove up from Cincinnati, and we thought there would be consideration for our travel.

On July 21 had 2002 WRX at Autocross event, lost control slid into curbing damaging right side suspension. Towed to Cascade that day. Car was ready for pickup 33 days later, on August 23. Bill was for $1257.89 . Work was done correctly, but they were unable to align because of ride height. I have had some lengthy time for repairs earlier this year, all were dropped off by appointment. I guess I was mentally dense and did not get their hint they did not want to work on my car.I get it now. Not even if my car broke down on the road in front of your dealership will you see it again, nor my Miata either. Perhaps if I had a shiney new Subaru that was never taken off road getting dirty you might like me better. This is a terrible way to treat a customer that trusts you to do a repair on his car.

We had the unfortunate problem of a failed thermostat on our 2010 A6 while we were traveling, so Cascade Audi was the closest place for service. Will in the service department at the management at Cascade Audi went over and beyond to fix my car and help out in a difficult situation. I had issues with the way Audi managed the situation, so I'm not sure if I'll ever buy another Audi. But if I do, I'm planning to call Cascade Audi even though I live over 2 hours away in Columbus.

THE QUALITY OF SERVICE INCLUDING THE INTEGRITY OF THE DEALERSHIP ITSELF HAS DRAWN ME TO THIS DEALER. THE REPRESENTATIVE GAVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT THE OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE NEW CAR. IT WAS AN EXCELLENT PRESENTATION. ALSO, THE REP ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS I ASKED ABOUT THE IMPREZA. AM IMPRESSED BY THE FEATURES OF THIS NEW CAR. THE VEHICLE SHOULD SERVE ME WELL FOR ALL THE YEARS I WILL OWN IT!

I have known the Primm family for many years, and our family has purchased 1 used car from them and 1 new car from them. They have always been fantastic to work with, and offer good deals. They will always keep their word on the incentives offered. They will work to make you happy. If you find anything wrong with the car, they will not rest until you are happy. The more high-end cars on the lot are always great joy to look at, and offer the feeling of sophistication, even if they are a bit out of price range. If you are ever on the lot and an employee walks by, they will always try to make sure you are getting helped. And there are always coffee and donuts offered. I would always recommend Cascade Auto Group to a friend, and have referred several people to them already.

My experience was low to average for purchasing a used car. I really felt like if I had been buying a used, I mean "certified pre-owned" Porche I would have been treated with more respect. I purchased a used vehicle from the "budget" lot and really like my car. I was not not happy that they deemed my tires as ok when during the first snow there was not enough tread to drive with any modicum of safety. I was also upset because they checked my air filter as being "ok," however; it was so clogged that it caused my check engine light to come on. When I was at the service area to have a promised repair completed (this was a verbal transaction that was actually honored), I was told that they have seen much worse and that the condition was acceptable. (I brought the original air filter with me) Mind you, new air filter = no more check engine light at higher RPM. This dealership sells a lot of high-end vehicles and I highly doubt they would have let a "certified pre-owned" Porche, Audi, or Subaru off the lot with an air filter in such a clogged condition, or tires that were hazardous. If I had more money, they would have treated me differently. That being said, I was satisfied with working with the salesperson from the "budget" lot and have no complaints about him.

I bought a three year old certified A4 Cabriolet three years ago. In the three years I have owned the car, I have had the normal maintenance issues. Each time I have work done at Cascade, it has been done efficiently. I have used their rental cars - once for 2 days until the warranty part came in. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants good service and prices. They are one of the few true family dealerships left who value their customers.

Great when making the sale! once the deposit is made they don't return phone calls. Sales reps & manager are always in a "meeting" when you call them. They do not honor times for scheduled pick up or service! DO NOT NUY HERE

I have purchased 4 cars over 13 years and had them all serviced here. During that time I have also purchased 7 cars from other dealerships. No other dealership compares to Cascade. Fair, honest and reasonable, with the owners on the premises, beats a chain dealership everytime. If Cascade would have sold all the brands I wanted, I would have bought all my vehicles from them.

I'm trying to figure out how this store stays in business, it's in spite of themselves. I took my A4 here for routine service and it turned into a mess. First the parts weren't in, then they took longer that expected. Not only have I had issues, my sister and her husband have had multiple problems. First, my brother in law went to buy a Subaru that had a special lease deal. He was told they didn't have any that qualified...What? He then went to a dealer further away and bought one. However, since Cascade is so close, they took this car in for service. 3 times there were issues. Unfastened bolts, ordered parts that never arrived...etc. I have 2 other friends who have gone in to purchase news cars, 1 an Audi Q7 the other a Porsche Cayenne. They both said, "I don't think they wanted to sell me a car." They both left, one bought from Sunnyside Audi, the other from Fred Baker Porsche. it's just mind boggling out this place stays open.

I bought my wife's Legacy from Cascade. I have had several issues with the car since we acquired it. Each time I had the car service, I had to contact Subaru USA myself to file a warranty claim. I have dealt with Mike Primm and the buy is down right a piece of crap. He refused to honor a warranty claim once when I HAD APPROVAL AND CLAIM NUMBER FROM SUBARU USA. He authorized repairs without contacting us first. Moreover, he was condescending and rude to both my wife and I. It is clear that Mr. Primm is either uneducated or just a dumb ass.

Brought in a 2000 A6 for service. Had to have windshield washer tank repaired 3 times before it stopped leaking. Paid for the repair each time. Luckily, I had an aftermarket warranty for other problems because the prices I observed on the invoices were unbelieveably high. One visit almost ended up costing me $2000 because of a botched warranty claim. No loaner cars offered unless car is purchased at dealer. (This makes no sense since they still charge the same amount to any Audi brought in for service) Unfortunately, no other dealerships in close area, so I may have to return for my next repair.
