I stopped in for some help with directions to somewhere else nearby when my phone had no signal for GPS. Eben helped me right away even though he was in the middle of something else and volunteered use of his computer to look up a map. Very friendly, huge help, got me where I was going. I'm not in the market for a car right now, but with service like that, this seems like a great place to put on your short list!

Casco Bay ford is the Best! The employees really care. Specifically David. I come in often to get my car washed and he is always on point. He has a smile, and always just simply does his best. He's a rare breed in employees. Casco Bay Ford is lucky to have him.

Our Ford Expedition broke down today on our way for vacation, towing our camper. The great service team at Casco Bay Ford got our car in (thanks Derek), diagnosed the problem, fixed it, (thanks technician Matt) and had us on our way again much more quickly than we expected. Awesome job!! Very happy and satisfied customers!!

Good afternoon just stopped by the detail shop at Casco Bay Ford. I spoke to David and asked if he could run my F150 through that car wash. David did not hesitate to come right out and take care of it. It was close to closing time.
