I've been looking for a place to purchase a vehicle. Many people recommended Cass Auto Sales, however, warned me to make sure my monthly car notes get processed correctly because they've gotten the surprise of having to pay up to $1,000.00 more due to unprocessed payments?? IMHO, if payments are being processed out of an account, especially MY personal account, it would show the money was taken out. When I asked the people why didn't they confront the situation, their reply was "I don't want to be deported "FYI, this company is not BBB Accredited.

Went there yesterday after being turned down from sooo many other people die to my credit and other things. I went there got told no but then at the last minute they told me I could buy through them and I was very excited I got the car I wanted the car IV been wanting for a long time now . I was able to get it finally they got the price down to were I needed it to be comfortable so that way I had no issues paying each month and it's only going to take a year to get it done and paid off but imma push for 7months and be done. I was very very happy with there service and there attidues are outstanding I was very pleased. The only issue I had so far was driving home in the rain the windshield wiper stopped working I think it came unhooocked it something but they said they would fix it no charge since I just bought it an hour ago so that was very nice of them. I will be returning to them for a second car in the future and maybe even more. Like I said I went to 15+ places and got told no at all of them even tho they said over phone yes they can help so to go to this place for the first time and get told yes was the best feeling a girl could get that day .

This place offers broken down cars they are just ripping people off, there car won't last more then 2 years and it will give you problems, they talk sweet until you buy the car, if you do decide to buy there car do yourself a favor and make sure you don't buy their fraudulent warranty which doesn't cover anything. Bottom line avoid this place they have jacked up there price so high that by the time you talked them down it will still be too high I mean looked at there current cars and there outrages prices AVOID these theives.
