My husband and I went to Castriota Chevrolet to purchase our Leased 2014 Impala that we had previously leased from them, Met with Debbie Razziano (a 20 yrs experienced, knowledgeable sales rep) and Christian Dukes Finance Manager to finalize our financing. It was a wonderful experience working with both experienced, and very professional ladies. Debbie knew everything about the vehicles Chevrolet has to offer, and all of the paperwork needed to have done regarding the buyout, and Christian knew everything about rates, and financing. It's local dealership and we love staying in the area to purchase. We will continue to visit Castriota Chevrolet Dealership because they make us very comfortable with our decisions, and know they offer some of the best deals.

Debbie Razzaro exemplifies the highest quality caring Sales person you could ever find. I had an issue with the Leasing Finance Company after turning in my car. I was getting no where with them and it looked like I was doomed to pay for something that the car just never had. Working with Debbie to help resolve the problem took so much persistance and determination on her part. Thankfully due to her great efforts the problem was resolved. The $68,000 truck I purchased had a crooked steering wheel and bad alignment from day one. They are using a technicality to get out of paying register Chevy $90 to do the alignment. $90 after I spent $130,000 there in 2015. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me!

Took my car to Castriota to have backup camera replaced and have them look into why my car keeps loosing connection to my ipods. The gave me a new loaner Volt! It was great to drive the Volt.They fixed the backup camera and Cathy researched what was happening with the ipods. She printed out some info on ipod use and explained that the car losses the connection when it sits for a long time.Cathy is very friendly and knows a great deal about the cars. I always look forward to seeing her when i visit the dealership for service!

This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from Debbie at Castrota Chevrolet in just over a years time. I loved the cargo van but needed more tow capacity and was looking for a man truck. When I received my vehicle back from the first free maintenance, the antennae was unscrewed from the roof and lying on my front floorboard. I appreciate the car wash, but no one even checked to put it back on. The automatic transmission drive selector handle is also getting stuck on the R (reverse) position, when trying to get to P (park). I don't know if there was a setting they set on the transmission while servicing my car or not, but there seems to be a problem now with shifting the auto transmission handle to place it in park. ONLY 7800 miles on my 2016 cruze.

Kelly in the service department is great! She is very professional and exceeded my expectations. I was getting a oil change and simply mentioned that the paint was oxidized on my fender flares. I asked what I would have to do to get it fixed because my truck was bought from another dealer and the flares were after market even tho the truck came with them and was purchased brand new. To my surprise, she called the aftermarket company and set up the whole thing to be covered under the their warranty. WOW! It's good to know there's people out there that generally care about the satisfaction of the customer.

We've been taking our 2001 Saturn 300L wagon and our 2005 Saturn VUE to Castriota Chevrolet service department since Saturn stopped production. Our usual service advisor is Cathy Davidson. (She was ours at Saturn of Port Richey, too!) The service bay is always clean and efficient. There are plenty of places to sit and relax while you wait--even WIFI; or their driver takes you home in a heartbeat. Their loaner vehicle program is excellent, too. The technicians are top notch--and very thorough. Once you start going there, you'll be getting service discount coupons in the mail and/or email often. Cathy also gives you excellent tips on how to watch for problems and how to keep up with your maintenance. (I've been driving since 1964 and never knew that those "cheaper" stations may not have the best gasoline for your car.) Cathy suggests keeping the receipt after each fill-up just in case there's a problem later--even from name brand stations. She also says to choose a station that is busy--less chance for sediment build-up; and never pump when the truck is there refilling their pumps! (The sediment gets stirred up and into your car!)

I took my vehicle to Castriota Chevrolet with a check engine light on believing I had a problem with my catalytic converter. After being evaluated Kathy informed me it was a cam seal. Not knowing a lot about vehicles she explained that it was under warranty and would be fixed for free. I greatly appreciate the honesty and excellent customer service! They could of easily told me a bunch of repairs where needed and charged me a bunch of money. Thank you again Kathy and I'll see you next time I need service.

I had been shopping for a crew cab truck for many months. I went back and forth between buying a new or used vehicle. I had a hard decision! So many nice vehicles out there, where ever I went. I live fairly close to Castriota Chevrolet and they weren't even a thought. Only reason being, never owned a Chevy. One night after work I decided to stop by Castriota and look at the trucks. I took a couple Silverados and immediately knew that I wanted one. A little while later I went home with one. The salesman I had walk up was Matt. Going to be honest, at first I thought " I'm outta here " after asking a few questions he was not able to give answers to. Although, I might have had a chip on my shoulder from past experiences at other places. I told him I was going to look around for awhile. During that time he did get someone with extra knowledge about the silverado and came back outside. At "NO" time did he crowd me. So, I gave him a second chance. I'm glad I did! Matt,Thank you! He was a great salesman to work with. Some time through the night I found out it was Matt's first few days working there. He was still learning the castriota way. David at your dealership basically saved this sale for your company. He was able to turn a upsetting situation into a positive experience for my wife and I. David was thrown into a situation where the truck I scheduled to see was sold the night before and the initial sales person Blanche, emailed me 15 minutes before I was scheduled to arrive at noon after a 1 hour and 20 minute drive. I understand that happens but once Blanche gave us a quick apology she said she was turning us over to David because she was with a customer. David stepped in and was able to make a sale by listening to our needs and finding a truck that fit our needs. The one disappointing thing is that Blanche, not once, during our 5 hours of being there came to check on us or ask if she could help. She gets paid for basically saying "the truck is not here and I am sorry" Let me get David he can help you.

The service team had to install a heater module and now everything is working fine. My only disappointment (and this had nothing to do with Castriota) was that the Volt did not come with Home Link built in.

I drove about 120 miles from Orlando Florida to buy a used Honda Accord for my son. When the a/c on my "Old Girl" gave up the ghost for the 4th time in 8 weeks, I reluctantly decided to part with my almost 16 year old Impala, that still drove like a dream. I was very fortunate to get (and take) wonderful advice from Gary Trial about what was my best option. Ultimately, I drove out with a 2016 Malibu. I was surprised that it was almost the size of the "Old Girl" and how much oomph the 4 cylinder engine had! Since I was not trading in the 2001 Impala, there was no problem getting it back to the Taylor Goodyear Tire Service where it had been taken care of since no longer under warrantee. Heading a "convoy" I drove the new Malibu, followed by Will in a Castriota car and Gary drove the "Old Girl" (which again had no a/c) to Taylor Tire where it was going to have a new a/c/ computer installed and would be driven by one of the owner's sons. I'm gradually getting used to all the bells and whistles on the "New Kid" and hope for many great years in the future. Thank you Gary and thank you Will for all your consideration and help transitioning from the "Old" to the "New!."

I was in the market for a used Corvette, but based on Internet searches, hadn't seen what I was looking for (a recent model, very low mileage, with all the bells and whistles, but it had to have a manual transmission). Then I saw that Castriota had what appeared to be the perfect vehicle for me. I called to get a price, and talked with Blanche Bosley, who had taken it in trade. She provided all the information I needed, and followed up with an email to schedule an appointment. I brought in my '03 Corvette, test drove the 2013 Corvette, and much to my amazement, ended up buying the car on the spot. I have never purchased a vehicle, new or used, without first going home and thinking it over. I do not like to be pressured, and if given the hard sell, I just walk out the door. But Blanche and Jeremy Woodard were very prepared and knowledgable, but also very low key. We quickly arrived at a price that I felt was fair, so I had no reason to sleep on it. Since the purchase, Blanche has been in touch, and has been very helpful in obtaining owner's manuals for the car (the previous owner said he lost them).Everyone at Castriota was very pleasant and welcoming. It was the best car-buying experience I've had!

Debbie did a great job and was knowledgeable about the inventory. Unfortunately, not enough people on staff to finish the deal (had to come back the next day to do the paperwork), and the person Debbie had move my plate over just hand tightened the screws and did not bother to secure the plate properly. Obviously since it wasn't his deal he could care less. Nice!!!Even if he didn't have a tool to tighten it properly, at least let me know so I can finish the job.If that is the attitude after the sale, I won't be a customer for long.

This is the 5th car we have purchased from this dealer and because of the service and personnel we have no problem driving from Largo to Hudson. We bought our first car in 1994. The last 4 vehicles purchased were bought through the same salesman, Jim Gilliam. Jim has always been extremely courteous and accommodating, sometimes going out of way to get paperwork accomplished. He has even driven to Largo to meet us when we have been unable to get to Hudson. Everyone we have encountered at the dealership has been friendly and always willing to help. The service department always tries to accommodate our schedule since we come from so far away. We also like the new car clinic they have for all new car owners. My husband and I will not go anywhere else.

He may not wear a jeweled glove but Michael J provided "white glove" service. Car buying is about as much fun as going to the dentist but Castriota Chevy dolls out plenty of NO2 to make it as smooth as possible. We had an appointment with another sales rep who didn't show up (mistake, big mistake). Michael met us out on the lot and tried to connect us with the associate but was not able to reach her. He took over the sale smoothly and before we knew it he had located the car we were interested in. Michael made my 80 year old mother feel comfortable and did not make her feel rushed. He took us through the vehicle inside and out and did a great job of explaining the technology behind the car in such a way as to not to intimidate my mom. The car sold itself with his help. Closing the deal was fast and efficient. The management worked with us on a win/win price and we walked away with a smile. Hats off to the F&I gentleman as well. He was able to match the interest rate the credit union was offering us and didn't try to sell us things that didn't make any sense for our circumstances.

Eric was such a pleasure to work with. He made us feel like we were the most important people in the building. His placed his priority on us being happy with our selection and the overall experience. When he didn't know an answer he was quick to find out. Eric wanted to make sure we purchased the right vehicle and gave us the freedom and peace to choose that vehicle. Their knowledge about the cars was informative and helped us to make a decision. We did not go in to buy a car, but when Carol was finished giving us all the details we bought a new Equinox. I want to thank the service and parts people at Castriota. First my service writer Cathy Davidson. She kept me informed as to the status of my car and followed the installation of a backup camera and homelink into my car. She was professional, friendly, and took ownership of the overall installation.Second, the parts manager Patrick. He insured they had the correct parts and worked with the vendor rep Adam to insure the proper parts were used. And lastly the person who worked on my car. He had to stay in touch with Adam from Mito as he worked through installing the backup camera. He would do some of the install, talk to Adam and continue with the install.Thanks so much to everyone who worked on my car and anyone who planned and managed the install of the backup camera and homelink! Great approach, friendly staff! Walked in talked to Debbie and she did a great job by listening to what I had to say and showing me cars that were perfect for me; we settled on one I liked and she was quick about test driving and eventually working on a sale. My wife and I went to another dealer first closer to home, I told him to give me his best price, I thought it was a little high. so we called Castriota Chevrolet talked to a Man named Ken walls we told him we were looking for a Camaro, We talked and I told him where I needed to be he told me to come down, he was cheaper. We told him we would go home and think about it, he called to follow up and thank us for coming in, and I told him I was going to wait on the Camaro because I really want the SS and loaded but I needed so time to sell the one I have and waiting on some money. I told ken Walls we were going to get the Malibu to replace our car that was about to be turned in from a lease, and wait for the Camaro we wanted. He did not have one at the price I seen but work to make the deal, he had a loaner with 2000 miles on it I told it that would work. He worked hard to make it happen. I will come back very soon for my Camaro. Also very impressed with both owners there that says a lot

I went in there looking to buy a car and I was talked into buying the Chevy Trax which I l love the car and all that but I was told that I would have Sirius XM for 90 days and when I got home I couldn't figure out how to get it so I went back there and talk to some guy and he said that my car does not come with it however my car doesn't have a CD player either which I was never informed about and not to mention I was in there for 7 hours when I'm there and not a very happy camper

I was in at Castriota having an oil change on my 2015 C7 Z06 Corvette when I spotted that Castriota had a 2016 C7.R Edition in Black in the Showroom. Debbie came over to talk to me and her and Terry ran some numbers to see how much it would cost me to trade in my 2015 and buy the 2016. I decided not to buy. However, they did mention that they had another Yellow C7.R Edition inbound.Debbie sent me pictures of the car once it arrived at the dealership and two days later the car was mine and the 2015 is now with Castriota looking for a new home.As far as I know Castriota is the only dealership in the USA currently offering a $4,000 discount off of MSRP on the C7.R Edition!Great buying experience and will definitely use them again for a Chevrolet purchase.

She was extremely helpful and welcoming, I honestly felt like she wanted to do everything in her power to make sure I got everything I was looking for. There was a bit of a wait due to lack of sale employees, but they did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and had someone to us as quickly as they could. My family and I got there on a Sunday about an hour before closing thinking we would only be getting information as it was already late and they were going to be closing soon. We were immediately greeted by everyone on staff, and Elliott took us under his wing and took us on two test drives. He showed us exactly what we were looking for, and then took us to the car he thought would best fit what we were looking for. We got back from the test drives at nearly 5, and Elliott didn't flinch or look at his watch, he was wonderful. THE ENTIRE staff stayed till we drove away with our card. They did everything from calling the financing, the insurance, detailing the car, to giving the kids snack so they weren't hungry and restless. BEST SERVICE EVER!! Service representatives are rude, lack of communication, and sneaky. Brought vehicle in for oil change and mentioned that shift button did not work. Part was order we were told to bring in and surprise after the part was in we were told that there is a charge. No call, nothing to let us know before service was done. Still had to pay even after they admitted they did not check the warranty information. The manager sat in his office and did not say thing. Worst service I have had at a dealership. Figure they would want repeat customers.

We called to confirm the vehicle we wanted was still in stock as we had to travel almost three hours to the dealership. Everyone we met and talked to or worked with was professional, polite, personable, and attuned to our needs. While we focused on the vehicle and the deal, the entire Castriota team focused on the vehicle and the deal meeting our needs. This was a truly unique buying experience. As a retired over the road salesman for 25 years I learned early on that selling was not something you did to the customer but something that you did with the customer. We arrived at Castriota Chevy on Sunday afternoon and Jim was the salesman who approached us. We informed him of the truck we came to see and he opened it up right away. I liked that he didn't bombard us with the typical questions of "whats your budget", " are you financing or paying cash"...etc. He just allowed us to explore the car on our own. I also liked that he was knowledgeable about the truck. We visited other dealerships and some of those guys had no clue what was what. Once we were ready to start the paperwork process he got us waters and even bought our two antsy boys M&Ms. Then when we received our counter offer, not only were we happy with the price but it included four Daytona 500 tickets. WOW!!! Jim and the dealership as a whole wanted to ensure we were happy with the deal. On top of that they gave us a full tank of gas. I do want to also thank the detail guys. Our new ride is super clean and that glossy paint is sharp. We would definitely recommend Castriota Chevy. Make sure you ask for Jim Gilliam.

After the "attendant" reluctantly approached my work truck, she tried to talk me out of service stating "everyone is at lunch, you'll have to come back". Unfortunately, I had no option as my truck had tire and overheating issues. During a 6 hour and 23 minute wait, the "holier than thou" service attendant, begrudgingly updated me twice. She did, however, insist on complaining to me that she didn't have lunch that day. Guess what? Due to my extended wait and no wifi, I not only didn't eat lunch, but was 2 days behind on my work for the week. No apologies were made, no manager got involved to assist in the process, no discounts were applied, no care was given. I'm sure if I had a corvette, they would have made an extended effort. This was proven by observing several other customers who had high end vehicles, with acceptable 30 minute wait times. Your poor scheduling of lunch breaks should not shut down business!!! Take a management lesson!!

I spent $53k on my car and all they do is damage it. Every time I have brought my BRAND NEW car in for some issues that I have had they would tell me nothing is wrong. On top of that, every time I brought it there they have damaged my vehicle and I noticed that they damaged my left front rim. They have also scratched my center console . Now they don't know if they can even fix it.! One of the times they said they drove my car to see what the problem was, they said they drove it 6 miles and it had 9 extra miles on it and failed to find the problem. I tried to call to report the scratches and every time they tell me my service adviser is with a customer. They have said he will give me a call but has not yet called me back after 4 hours . I would NEVER recommend this dealership the anybody! The person who actually cares about customers is John Jourdain. Ive dealt with many people from chevy and none have been as caring as John. He went above and beyond to make things right. He listed and actually cared about what i was saying. The next day he got a great repair guy to come to my home and fixed what was wrong. That man deserves a raise cause if not for him i would never consider buying another chevy again.

This was our first purchase from Castriota in Hudson, FL. We were unsure of whether to buy a Colorado (my husband's first choice) or an Equinox. Our salesperson, Elissa, took the time to show us multiple vehicles, some of each. Ultimately, we decided on a Colorado, but they didn't have the combination of options that we wanted. The first one they found at another dealer sold before they could arrange a trade, but they kept trying. We even met with the owner to discuss our trade-in. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, from sales to facility manager (may not be his actual title). One option we wanted is not available from Chevy, but Bob said they could add it later as a dealer option, and even showed us his truck that had it added. We'll do that soon. So we can't rate the service department yet. We weren't financing, so our experience with that department was limited to arranging the funds transfer. If you want a pleasant experience, try here.

We were impressed with the fact that Castriota was open on Sundays. Most dealers aren't and that particular Sunday was rainy and we felt like "shopping". Very pleased with sales rep Gary Trial. We havepurchased a dozen vehicles over the last 10 years and he was by far the best sales rep we have ever had. Very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and in particular the Camaro SS. He was also no pressure. It was refreshing to meet Mr. and Mrs. Castriota as well. The only complaint that we have is that we had no idea how long the paperwork would take. Almost 2 hours was too long. We thought the paperwork would be done by the time we drove up to Hudson from Dunedin but I guess a lot of people back out or never show up so understandable. Several errors were made on the paperwork and that increased the wait time. We were not impressed with that aspect of the deal and in fact rushed our decision on warranties because we were so ready to get out of there. We should have considered one of the options (tires). In the past with Dimmitt Chevrolet/Cadillac we were given 3 days to make the decision on warranties. Anyway, most of the experience was awesome but not the paperwork.

After spending almost 6 hours in the dealership because a finance writer quit that morning, i was promised a resolution to a rebate of $750. I was due the next morning (it was 8:00PM and the finance manager and I both wanted to go home). Well the Finance Mgr. quit the next morning and after 2 months of calling GM and Castriota, being PROMISED a resolution by a manager, John Jordain, and finally for the past several weeks getting no return calls; I have had to file complaints with BBB and the State Attorney General's Office. They continually fire staff, and in fact my salesman who was the only part of the dealership that did what he said he would do was also just fired. I also was treated exremely rudely by a service adviser and service manager. Should be the last place you should think about buying a Chevrolet. I heard that they once had a good reputation, but if you read their Internet site (which does not allow me to leave a review), they have of recent had numerous complaints. BUYER BEWARE!! P.S. I truly tried to resolve this issue for 2 months before resorting to these measures, but they obviously don't care

After visiting and being turned down by 3 other dealerships, I decided to try one last time and visited Castriota Chevrolet. Every dealership says they're 'different', but only this dealership felt like a family atmosphere. Every single person from the lady passing out crackers to my salesperson Blanche Bosley to the guy who made the deal work, Al. I was very impressed and happy I decided to go out and see these people. This really is a family-like dealership. We made the deal and I was out quickly. Very happy with my 2015 Chevy Camaro. Thank you everyone!

My wife and I visited the lot to simply browse their selection. After finding a few vehicles of interest, we spoke with an awesome sales woman, Carol, who proceeded to assist us with test driving and so on. She was very easy going, not pushy at all, and friendly as could be. After deciding which vehicle we were going to purchase, we hit the paperwork. Carol was with us throughout it all, making it as pain free as doing paperwork and buying a car could be. They gave us a fair trade in value for our vehicle, and an awesome deal on the new car we purchased. Dave from financial services was awesome as well. Everybody there had a great attitude and positive vibes. Laid back atmosphere as well. Definitely will recommend to everyone who is looking to buy new or used. My sales person, Pete Roussos did an excellent job. He was able to answer any and all questions and found me the car of my choice.After paying for the car, signing the papers for the title was a nightmare. The other staff involved in preparing the title and paper work were uncooperative, rude, and treated me poorly. Watch out if you purchase a car from this dealership that the warranty is provided to you, the oil changed and that you are being charged the correct amount for the car....check it out online for the actual price.

Not only did we get listened to when we told them exactly what we wanted the went above and beyond! We went in looking for a new van possibly a suv. Being we had three kids I wasnt 100% sure I wanted to go back to a suv. We looked at a van miles were a little high we told gary we had 3 kids we need room and didnt want high mileage. He instantly knew of a vehicle that the recently got in that was still in the back. It was a crossover three rows plenty of room for our family and low mileage! My husband and I went to the dealership around 11 am. Looked at a few cars, Our sales person Gary Trial came to help us. We found the car we wanted to test drive. He answered all of my questions about the car on our test drive. Gary was friendly and didnt mind all the questions, I told him I wanted the the most options for the best price, Gary showed me the same car. different color that had a lower price tag . I was sold, my husband and I had to leave to pick the kids from school, We returned finish the deal. All was agreed upon and set. The issues I had which is why i gave them only 3 stars.... we waited over 2 hours to close the deal, this isnt counting in the office time, just to get into the office . We wanted the extra maintenance plans , we were never offered one .My husband asked about them, we were told we would get a call back .. its been 3 days no call... we left after store hours... Im disappointed with the wait time and them being understaffed to get the customers in and out.

while customer service was good, the process was ridiculous. my husband and I got there at 9:45am and didnt leave with a vehicle (not our first choice) until almost 5:30pm. Should NOT have been this long of a process to find us a car they could finance us into. We were told they could get us into a third choice, so I Ieft my husband there to run an errand on other side of town and basically left him stranded as came to find out they couldn't get us into that car afterall. The salesman, all be it polite, told my husband he would drive him home and...what do you know...just happened to take him (letting him drive) the car they were able to get us into!! why not have shown us that one from the beginning! So...would we ever go back there for another vehicle? NO NEVER...not unless we are paying cash!!!!

GM said that they couldn't find a manufacturer to make my part for my 2009 Chevrolet Silverado. In the end the dealership had to use an aftermarket part. I feel that GM dropped the ball with this part and I had to wait almost three months to have my vehicle to be fixed. I have zero compliants with the dealership, Pat and Chris in the service department were excellent but my problem is with GM. Thank youAnthony Russo

After I had a recall repair, my airbag light was on. Cathy told me that they forgot to reboot something and that I would have to return. When I returned, I was told by Steve that Mike the tech never did the recall (though I have a receipt) and that my airbag light was already on (lie) and that I would have to pay to fix the airbag problem they caused! I will not be returning and do not recommend.

Tom hides behind a desk and has his staff do any thing to get rid of a problem as long as it does not cost him any money, he was never this was in the past. We were promised things at time of sale, they were put in writing and they would not stand behind there word!

Bought my first truck from them in 2007, I went there because Tom is a Retired Marine and an old personal friend/acquaintance from before I enlisted in the Marines. xxxx, he was part of the reason I enlisted. Well, he made sure to take care of me in 2007 without even asking, I don't know what happened this past February though. I went in to purchase a brand new 2015 Colorado, and they wouldn't honor any discounts what so ever. No loyalty, no military, nothing. As much as I insisted on speaking to Tom, he wouldn't come out. And then the staff allowed the finance manager to disrespect my wife and I. And after my wife warned him he had one chance before I was going to warn him, and he continued to belittle my wife and I because we caught them in a lie. And then I spoke up, and the room cleared and we left the area. If they would've just come clean with us, we would've signed the contract. But, because of Tom's lackluster performance as a dealership owner, and his staffs piss poor handling of repeat customers, I took my business to Ferman Chevy of Tarpon. Just like MANY OTHERS HAVE DONE. EVEN TOM'S OWN EMPLOYEES GO TO FERMAN, AND THEN HE FIRES THEM THE NEXT DAY. HE IS NOT LOYAL TO ANYONE, EXCEPT HIMSELF. And no Tom, I don't want to contact you to resolve this. There is nothing you can do to resolve this issue. I've known you since the 90's, we share the same title, Marine, we're Brothers, and you turned your back on me. And you didn't do anything except stay in your office and allow your staff to be horrible to us, so now, I'm going to make sure everyone knows how you really are. We shall remain "Semper Fidelis" to Ferman from here on out, you can bet on that.

My wife and I use to be Ford people , ok I was a Ford person until after my Wifes urging we wondered into Castriota Chevrolet. We took a test drive and that was it, I was sold. That was two Malibu's ago. This is a great car. My wife and I have always respected Mr. and Mrs. Castriota and thank Mr. Caastriota for his service to our country. Thank You. As for service, this time around was even better then the last visit years ago. Our sales person was Blanche Bosley and let me tell you she was like a family member to us. We were never uncomfortable, in fact snacks are offered. The best deal was found and thanks to Brent White, he was able to do better. WOW! A beautiful eco friendly 2015 Chevy Malibu LX. Perfect again for my petite wife as a daily driver and big enough for my six foot 160 pound frame to drive four hours to Fort Lauderdale comfortably. Thanks again to Blanche, Brent and the Castriotas for going that extra mile putting my beautiful wife in an equally beautiful car. My wifes' heart was set on that car and Blanche did it. I told her what I wanted and was looking for in a car and with in a few minutes she came back with the information and car keys to the 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe I was already peeking in the windows at! Its as if she read my mind , she was very knowledgeable about the car and very easy to talk with , even my 6yr old daughter enjoyed her. I was at Castriota and remembered I needed new windshield wipers. I inquired and within minites I was back at the parts department getting the wipers, and the tech of course put them on. It was a matter of minutes for the whole process, not to mention it was VERY affordable. I was blown away by the friendliness of not just one,but all of the people who work at Castriota. Proving the problem was a warrantee item amounted to a greater battle than Hercules 12 labors summed. Then to be told Mr. Castriota doesn't like insurance payments is just too bad, if Castriota Chevrolet doesn't like the color of my money I can buy and service my vehicles at another dealership. That said, the quality of service itself and the timeliness of the repairs was satisfactory, but not superior.

Blanche Bosley is the sales person we encountered at the dealership. Blanche was honest, personnable, and very knowledgable about the camaros, and suffered through the right color of red we wanted. My mother has purchased 3 cars from Castriota and has referred almost a dozen family and friends who made car purchases. (We are true Chevy Riders!) We commute from Saint Petersburg to Hudson because we know they will go above and beyond to get us the best car and deal they possibly can. It's not what they can do for you, but how they can get what YOU WANT! Love those guys!!! Truly like family!!!P.S.The owner, Tom, even sat down to talk with myself and my son on my last visit. I have never had so much stress as dealing with the service department of Castriota! We own a Saturn Ion 3 that was involved in the Recall of the Ignition switch. We went in originally to put our name on a list to get the car fixed, two months went by and no calls. We decided to go in and inquire about it and we were told the same old story that they have to manufacture the parts and there was no indication that they were coming in any time soon. We got home to find that Ed Morse called to tell us that the parts were in. The next morning we went into the dealership (Castriota) to tell them that Ed Morse had the parts and they mysteriously became available. Wow what a coincidence or just caught in a lie! After we got our car back, we were experiencing some electrical problems that we didn't have when we brought the car in, and they tried to get us to sign something that involved payment for examining the car and would not fix the problem without it!!! This is nothing but an old fashion scam! Beware and look around for other reviews on other sites! You will see that they have a bad reputation!

My husbands credit was 650 when we went in and after having credit ran through almost every bank in america the score is now down to 602 SERIOUSLY why do they run credit through so many banks I understand the goal is to get everyone approved but it is uncalled for a check through that many banks They tell you that it doesnt hurt your credit when they run it but that is a LIE IT DOES HURT CREDIT bad inquiries like that affect you tremendously and they dont come off for two years. So thanks Castriota Chevorlet for bringing credit scores down one credit check at a time

Mr. Pratto was very patient helping me purchase my new Captiva. I am not an easy person to work with. He was very good at telling me all about the advantages of the car. He answered all my questions and then some. As for the price, I guess it was fair, but anybody would like it to be less. More money in my pocket. I really like the car. It feels solid and is easy to drive and a good looking car. I want the car for going on trips and feel it will be good on the highway. I also like sitting up higher. Thank you, Jeanne

Just bought a car at Castriota, my first dealings with them. The professional and knowledgeable salesman that took the time to answer all our questions and concerns about buying the car last Saturday was Rick. My wife had confided in me that she loved it after the test drive, but I had persuaded her to look elsewhere thinking I was to purchase it without her knowledge and surprise her. Rick was later made aware later of my plan and very helpful. Her "dream car" as she confided, is ready to greet her when she comes home. From the moment my girlfriend and I stepped out of our older car onto the Castriota Chevrolet dealership, we felt at home. Tom Castriota greeting us at the door himself, how many other owners do that? Mr. Castriota! Jim Gilliam was extremely knowledgable with each vehicle I showed interest. Not once was he pushy nor did he show any fatigue in the two days of him showing me cars. Jean Fontaine and his manager asked me the right questions, were very patient, and made it possible for me to upgrade to an Impala. I even met Tom Castriota on a Sunday afternoon. Jean was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The entire staff made my experience a pleasant one.

Appointment took too long....if I had known it would be that long I would have left the vehicle and picked it up later. Had a 10AM appointment and didn't get my vehicle back until 12:30. Was originally quoted 1hr on the phone for Oil change and Tire Rotation. I added the rain guards and was told all would be completed 1 1/2 hrs or less. It took over 2 hrs.

I have been a Castriota customer for 4+ years and have always found the staff helpful, honest and friendly. Yesterday was no different. Cathy Davidson in the service department greeted me (as always) by my name and knew exactly why I was there. I had some questions about an extended warranty that Jay Ferret helped me with and I also spoke with Ric Stocker, the salesman and ended up leasing a new Cruz. All of these people were very helpful and patient with my questions and allowed me to make my own decisions without pressure. I will always use Castriota Chevrolet for my service. They are in the process of remodeling the location so there are a few glitches in the building but I don't go there for the building, I go there for the people who work there. We purchased a 2012 Chevy Equinox on March 30. We had done our research on the vehicle and gathered all the known facts we could find before going in to make an offer. Debbie was our Sales Lady and we enjoyed dealing with her. She was NOT pushy....she WAS patient and consistent throughout the purchasing process. The 1rst time my husband went in to make an offer he dealt with a sales manager who was not real "user friendly" It wasn't that we felt that way because he didn't meet our offer....he just didn't seem "user friendly" However the 2nd time we went in we dealt with a very congenial man by the name of Dale (Mini Cooper). He took the edge off and was very pleasant to be around. Mr. Castriota came over to us and struck up a conversation. He was a very down to earth man and we enjoyed and appreciated his kindness. The man who handled the financial end of things was named Al. He made a very tedious process as pleasant as it could be. Over all we really enjoyed working with Debbie, Dale, and Al. We have only had the car for a couple of days.....but so far we are very pleased.
