These people are rude and liers! Don't wast your time or money! I had a 749 credit score. William the finance manger ran my credit without my authorisation and got a nasty attitude when I called him on it. They took the car back after I drove it for a week and told me it was their fault that they didn't put my negative equity in the deal and that my payment would go up to 450. They got the car back and I still got a bill. Never buy from them! They didn't have any remorse. As a customer you deserve better! KIA also has the worst resale value ever and never do the three year deal!! They are incompetent and uncaring!!

The lady that "helped" me in the service department needs to be fired. I called on a Monday for an appointment for my car for the coming Thursday. When I arrived on time Thursday she stated that I didn't have an appointment. During the 45 minutes I was standing there talking with her she ate her Sonic cheeseburger, fries and some peanuts. She kept interrupting me to talk with her daughter who was standing next to her. The lady did not know how to work the computer system to put my vehicle into the system or how to look up my VIN number. After getting my car checked out that day, I went back the next week to make an appointment to have the parts installed. When I asked the same lady which parts needed to be replaced, she couldn't figure it out. Eventually she asked the service manager who explained everything to me and made my appointment. After this fix I will not be taking my car back to have it serviced there.

I live in the New Orleans area and so this dealership is about 435 miles from me. However, I was able to trade in my car and receive my "new" used Lincoln. They sent a driver to bring me the Lincoln and take my trade in back. I had been researching on line for about two weeks as to price and availability of what I wanted. I have never bought a car on line, so was very hesitant. They were honest and fair in all my dealings. Feel very fortunate to have dealt with them. John Erickson even gave me his personal cell # and was quick to answer any questions I had. Love my new car and the ease with which I could purchase it on line without seeing it. They also gave me a good price for my trade in. Did not have to go through a lot of "haggling", which I appreciated.

I have a Kia Forte and noticed a air leak sound around my break pedal so I called Kia and they replaced the break booster. It still made the sound so I made another appointment (just to be sure its nothing else) well at first they were going to give me a loaner vehicle then I guess they changed their minds so he had their driver drive me home in my car then keep my car till the next day so they could have their mechanics check out my break pedal deal well they said theres nothing wrong with it and I hope not. I called this morning at 10:24 am to see when they were going to bring me back my car since there were nothing wrong with it and he said theyd get someone right on it and bring me my car well here I sat and wait and I call again a hour and half later and asked when were you bringing me my car and again they'll get someone right on that well I sat and waited and waited and called back and told them I wanted to talk to a manager so he connected me to the service department and I said again when are you bringing me my car and he replied my drivers gone but as soon as he gets back ill get it to you. I told him I understood if something had to be done to the car but there was nothing and next time which I hope there isn't any but ill be needing a loaner car and all he could say was that wed try work that out. I may just be complaining but when someone says they'll give you a loaner car then change their minds then say they'll have your car soon and they'll get someone right on that you would expect it to be within about 2 hours not 2:30 pm OR LATER in the afternoon. He said he will have the mechanic looked at it first thing this morning well so from 8 till im writing this at 2:30 and with me calling several times and the car was fine just needed someone to bring it to me well for goodness sake people that's what loaner cars are for like you told me you was going to do over the phone but then changed your mind. I think that was a very poor decision on the service department who lied to me several times through out the day and it may be nothing big to some but I expect honesty. So in 20 minutes it will be 7 hours with out my car and all they had to do was work out a different deal or stuck with a loaner. Thanks Service department you lost my respect!

I was very uneasy preparing to make the single biggest purchase, I have made in my life. Before I even arrived at the dealership, Dewayne Stone contacted me by phone, in response to my online inquiry. Dewayne introduced himself invited me to drop by for a drive. when I got there, he met me out front shook my hand and we started immediately doing a pre-qualification. I explained my credit situation financials etc.... Once all was said, Dewayne and the rest of the staff went to work crunching numbers and getting my loan approved. I've seen this process take literally All day at other dealers. From start to finish the whole process took about 4 hours,part of which was me haggling with my insurance company, this took an hour,so Cavenaugh`s part only took about 3 hours. William,in finance whizzed through that normally hellish nightmare, with such speed and efficiency, there was no question left unanswered or detail overlooked. I was in and out of his office in less than 20 minutes,this gentleman was well prepared when I walked in,had all the answers to my questions and pointed out a few other details I was unaware of. Again all handled with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and friendly demeanor of not just good businessmen but left me feeling as though I had made several new friends. I would absolutely recommend,without a bit of hesitation Anyone,who is in the market for a new or even used car, but may be hesitating because the whole buying experience can be somewhat overwhelming, don't hesitate, go talk to Dewayne, I assure you you will be relaxed right from the moment he shakes your hand. Dewayne is a no bull, no pressure salesmen,who will do whatever he can to make your deal happen,and on your terms,within his power,and you will feel good when you leave in your new car.

I have been experiencing a burnt oil smell inside the cab of my truck which I had purchased from the used cars inventory at Cavenaugh Kia. While I had my truck in to see if they could fix a potential small oil leak somewhere on the engine block, I requested they check the level of freon in my a/c. They did not find the oil leak but I was told they put a dye in the oil and come back if the issue returns. The dye would show where the leak is located. They also put .5 pound of freon in a/c because it was low. That is fine and I understand the dye in the oil concept. However, I was charged $102 for "labor" to look at my motor, put dye in the oil, and then add .5 pounds of freon. They also added an additional $15 shop fee on top of the "labor" charge. How much would it be if they actually had to do physical labor? "Service" department, more like $ervice department.

The people there were extremely nice and accomodating. I had a bad experience at another Kia dealer and was apprehensive but they made me feel welcome and treated me with respect. We negotiated a fair price and there were no surprises, no add-ons or doc fees, etc... The car was cleaned and preped and ready to go. The car was for my daughter and she was not able to go with me to pick it up so they told me to bring her back and they would go over everything with her. Brought her back the next day and they spent almost an hour going over the car with her and was very respectful with her also. Overall a great experience.

My wife and I recently retired (a bit early due to a little luck and a lot of planning) to remodel an older family home in North Central Arkansas.A year or so previous to retiring, we had decided on a Kia Soul as the vehicle we wanted to begin this episode of our life. Thats a lot of time to research a vehicle.So, by the time we retired, the only decision we had to make regarding the acquisition of our Kia Soul was ... from whom?We chose Cavenaugh Kia in Jonesboro, Arkansas for a few reasons. With over a year to go, we researched Kia dealerships as well as Kia vehicles. That leaned us toward Cavenaugh but you want to avail yourself of your opportunities.We live, and have lived, modestly (another reason for us choosing a Kia Soul) and when you are a frugal sort, discussing the commitment to transfer a significant chunk of your current and future retirement dollars with someone (or some business) youve just met; its not wrong to advance slowly and with caution.We approached several dealerships and narrowed our interest to two then finally decided (for reasons that motivate most people - the gut always keeping an eye on your dollars) to make our first encroach on the purchase of a Kia Soul with Cavenaugh.This purchase utilized both the Internet and cell phones. We had gone to Cavenaugh a couple of months earlier because we were going to Jonesboro anyway and wanted to do a test drive of a 2013 Kia Soul ... it really didnt matter what dealership.But it was that first face to face with Cavenaugh Kia that tipped us in their direction more steeply.No push, no hard sell. We said we wanted to test drive a Base Automatic Kia Soul and the salesperson set us up, handed us the keys and we took it for a spin.Like them or hate them, the Soul fit us like a glove physically and with some kind of car-zen.Returned it, told the salesperson we were a couple months away from a purchase (settling some retirement financial juggling thats a blast). He gave us his card with the dealers phone number, a cell number for himself and an email address.The time came, we contacted the salesperson, he told us the Base Automatic units they had on the lot. They had our color.Got online, pre-qualified for the loan, had the rates and payments back in a matter of minutes and made a deposit to hold our vehicle.Just a few brief phone calls and we were done. Smooth as silk.We had a minor glitch in our purchase because my wife had a stroke in her 20s and while she can drive locally, a round trip to Jonesboro and back is a four hour drive; beyond her capacity.I explained this to our Kia Salesperson and said I would have to tap family, in the middle of a workweek, to drive us to Jonesboro so it might take a few days to arrange.That wasnt a problem.We ended the phone call and within five minutes he called back and said he had explained our situation to his boss and that if we had difficulty arranging things, they would deliver the car to our home if we could come to Jonesboro and sign the papers.Thats a four hour round trip and two people from the dealership.After that phone call, I told my wife; We picked the right dealer to buy our car from.A sister found a way to drive us down and from the moment we pulled onto the lot; the experience with this purchase just continued to improve.Professional but personable. Everywhere a smile, a salesperson holding a door for you, someone whisking by on another mission takes the moment to give you a smile and speak.Sometimes when you commit to signing the papers, the mood shifts into a stern and aloof all business. Not here. The same affable personality you meet when you want take a test drive doesnt switch into some gotcha mode once you have agreed to deliver them hard earned dollars.My wife and sister were out in the lot when I sat down to do the paperwork with one of the friendliest and professional gurus of contracts, disclosures (and other multitude of papers to be signed) Ive ever signed papers with.He had found a way to knock nearly a point off our interest rate which he didnt have to do because we had already committed to the early rates.Once we were finished, I went outside and found not only our salesperson, but another staff member, all huddled around (and inside) our Kia Soul, showing my wife the ropes. I just stood quietly behind them and listened for a while.They didnt have to be doing that.They were answering questions and pointing out things, laughing, huddled, as excited as we were about our new Kia.Eventually they found me but my presence didnt break up the party.I remembered telling my wife; We picked the right dealership.And thats the truth, folks.Several times we heard; Your part of the Kia family now. That pretty much sums up the experience we had collecting our Kia Soul into our retirement through Cavenaugh Kia in Jonesboro, Arkansas.Everyone wonders ... But what about service after the sale?.Cant expound on that right now.But when the service kicks in ... Ill be back to this site to update.But I have zero reason to think it will be any different than the same professional but personable experience weve encountered so far.As for the purchasing experience ... whatever all the stars are.I will recommend Cavenaugh to everyone thinking about a Kia.Stellar dealership.Stellar.

I have just bought my third Kia and couldn't be more happy and excited. The finance managers and salesmen I have dealt with have always done their best to satisfy me. My husband and I called the dealership. Gary Staggs was the one who described the car. He emailed me pictures. When we got there he showed us the car. We went in his office to do the paperwork. Gary was a real attentive and nice person. He got us something to drink, while he finished the paperwork. The one who did the financing was very helpful. He was a very nice fellow. Both guys chatted with us and made us feel at home. When we got ready to leave it was raining. Gary had someone pull it under the canopy so we didn't get wet. He also told us when we came back for our oil change the guy would detail it because it was raining too hard that day to detail it. If someone was buying a new car I would recommend Cavenaugh Kia in Jonesboro, AR

radiator got a hole in it at 25000 miles an they charged me 99.00 to tell me that it was not covered in warranty. so I will never ever be seen there or every buy anything from them ever again an i will tell everyone that ask me about my kia that the warrany dont cover every thing for the 5 or 60000 so i am sure the 100000 mile is about the same i am sure.they should have at least not charged me to tell me it was not covered by warranty. so i will buy something from a nother company next time.wife was very unsure about the warantty anyway. anyone that reads this please be careful about buying from them they lie to you because they told me my trade was only worth 2500.00 on kelly blue book an i looked it up on internet an it showed 3000.00 for worst condition so i should known they were lieing an ripe offs.
