The salesman, Jorge, was extremely helpful and friendly. In all honesty, we were not planning on buying a car--just looking at options--but ended up leaving with a brand new car. An Acadia was not on our "list" but after Jorge showed it to us, it became our top choice. The finance representative, Jacob, was knowledgeable, friendly, and did not try to "hard sell", which made the experience pleasant. And, finally, our new service advisor, Amber, was very personable--looking forward to working with her.

Very impressed with the sales person Javier he was very proactive finding the vehicle I was looking for. are we were able to close the deal over text messages. he delivered the vehicle The very next day as promised. On the other hand the finance department changed the agreed APR of 1.8 to 1.89. With the following explanation that the lowest APR Possible was 1.89 I really wanted to purchase a vehicle so I agreed to the new APR. The overall experience was excellent especially that The deal was done after a few texts between me and the sales person. Thank you

This was the best car purchase experience that I have had. My sales consultant, Tyree was very accommodating, honest and straight forward. The finance experience was also great. The numbers were exactly as I had discussed with Tyree. No surprises, no added expenses that I wasn't aware of. (Many dealers automatically include the cost of extended warranty) No high pressure tactics at this dealership.
