I purchased my car new through Cavender. I have been happy with every aspect of the experience EXCEPT the service department. Any time I have to take my car in I take a deep breath because I know what I will experience when I go in. They don't want to help you. I can stand there up to 5 minutes without any of them acknowledging me. Then when they do they are rude. Basically it's "what do you want". At times I have called in and they said you don't have to have an apt - just come in. I just called in and was told I can't come in until Monday at 10am. I really wonder what will happen on Monday. I wouldn't worry if this were a one time incident, but it happens every time I go into the service dept. Once this car is out of warranty I will never go to Cavender again. I will NEVER purchase a car from Cavender again.

I will definitely be coming back in the future and I will be recommending Cavender Chevrolet to my family and friends! I was very impressed with their customer service. Everyone my husband and I ran into greeted us with kinds words and a smile. Not once did we feel pressured by our salesman-Mario Mendiola. As a matter of fact he was very patient through our entire shopping. I couldn't decide which Camero I wanted and kept asking to see different models. Mario was very patient with me. I was also very pleased with the buying process. All the paperwork was ready by the time we arrived to pick up our car and it only took about 30 minutes to complete our purchase. The facility smelled fresh and was very clean! Keep up the great customer service!

My wife and I left the house one morning to go vehicle shopping thinking we were probably going to end up in at least a ten year old vehicle with high mileage. We stopped into Cavender just to look around and see what they had, but in the back of our minds we were thinking we'd never get into anything they had to offer due to limited credit. The entire staff proved us wrong that day. We left that day in a 2012 Chevy Traverse with very low mileage, and it was all thanks to the staff fighting to get us financed for the vehicle we wanted. The Service Department at Cavender is absolutely FIRST RATE... I have several Chevrolet Products including twol late model Corvettes and have been extremely pleased with the Service Dept. The Sales Dept is another story though. I have tried to buy cars here and was totally turned off. I won't use them to buy a car ever! Snobby and arrogant....

We were just starting to look for a vehicle. This was the 3rd Chevy dealer we had been to We were immediately approached by a very courteous salesman with a handshake and an introduction. Very helpful and we did not feel pressured at all. When we are ready to buy we will be going back.

My experience of purchasing a new vehicle from Cavender Chevrolet in Boerne,Tx. was the best i have ever had of any of the prior purchases i have made on a new or used vehicle out of about 15 previous car purchasing experiences. We worked out a deal that benefited both of us in about 15 min. I would recommend this dealership to others in hopes that they would be treated as good as i was.

I'm a true believer in excellent customer service-I am in the sales industry myself-and so I know how competitive it is out their. We made this dealer our 1st choice to visit and the drive took longer than the visit itself-from the moment we got off our car to meet with a salesman-we had no salesman in mind-we were assisted with a person whom we didnt have a name of-never shook our hand and when we asked what type of vehicle we were looking for he simply pointed to the direction of the vehicles-after looking a little we asked to see 2 vehicles so then he went to get the keys-still not knowing his name or him knowing ours-the 1st vehicle we looked at wouldnt start-so he called a mechanic to jump start it-we proceeded to see the 2nd vehicle took a test drive by then we got a handshake and introduced ourselves and thats because my husband initiated the handshake-after test driving the vehicle we went into his office to negotiate-we negotiated 2 times and got turned down and left with no vehicle-very disappointed with this treatment-we were pre-approved by our bank and even had a buyers check in hand-sad to see that this dealer made no deal-I hope this review will be a lesson to be learned from not just the dealer but for the consumer as well.

So easy to buy from this dealership people are easy to get along with they have that country manner ways.I will always go back to them especially that Kevin Prade he was a real professional thanks guys !
