Incredibly smooth transaction. This was the first time I have purchased a vehicle online, sight unseen, and I could not be happier with how it all went. Like most people, when shopping online for a used car, I have tried to pick dealers near where I live that I can drive to. That way I can test drive and inspect for myself. However, the timing of this purchase wouldn't allow me very easily to leave home and drive hours to a dealer and drive back and frankly it's not something I really wanted to do either. I decided to take a chance, to buy without going to the dealership because this dealer was 16/16 with ALL 5 star reviews. I have to say, they completely deserve it. Their customer service was awesome - quick communication, friendly, informative, trustworthy, and not even a hint of car dealer pushiness. In the end, I felt like I paid a very fair price, for great vehicle. I ended up trading in my vehicle and felt that I received a very fair price for that as well (It's wonderful to not have to worry about listing your used car for sale, taking phone calls from prospective buyers, and everything surrounding that). To top it all off, they delivered the vehicle to me 3 hours away at no additional charge! I made first contact with them on a Monday morning, and by Thursday morning, they had delivered us the car we had purchased. It was EXACTLY as described! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealer, am very happy with how everything went, and would do business again with them in a heartbeat.

I bought my camry about 3 years ago. The experience I had at Cedric Theel Toyota was excellent. I had gone to a few other dealerships in the area but none of them were as friendly or as knowlegeable as the Cedric Theel sales team. I have also gone in a few times for routine service and questions regarding my car, and the service team has always been very helpful. The dealership is also very nice and clean. They have a great staff and approachable management. I would recommend Cedric Theel Toyota to anyone looking for new or used vehicles.
