Ryan Foley is the best! We reached out to him on Monday morning and told Ryan what we were looking for. By 1:45pm that day, he had two options for us! We chose one to test drive so the next day, Ryan picked up the car and brought it to our home. We love the car and decided to purchase it. Wednesday afternoon, Ryan delivered our new car to us and he took our trade with him. We had a lot of questions along the way and Ryan was always available to answer them. He was very pleasant and not pushy at all. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had and we didn't have to leave our home. Best experience here!! Kieth helped me get the Jeep Wrangler I wanted. He was so welcoming and helpful! Very easy process. I will never go to another dealership again. This is my second car purchase from centennial leasing and I am so happy. Thanks again to sales rep Kieth for making this the best experience! Supper easy and non stressful. Keith is the best!

I can honestly say I had the best car buying experience with Dean Massi at Centennial Leasing! Absolutely NO PRESSURE and zero sales tactics. Dean got me the exact car that I wanted, and I ended up paying $100 less per month than another dealership quoted me! Their customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend both centennial leasing and Dean for anyone looking to buy or lease a car who wants to save time and money.

Wow oh wow what a FANTASTIC experience I had with Chad. I was shopping with a friend, not a car salesman. He did not push anything on me. He was honest, kind, and easy to work with. I ended up buying a Honda Civic with only 40k miles on it for a great price with a low interest rate for being a first time buyer. He explained all my questions, no matter how silly they were. He worked with me (and my budget) for almost 8 hours finding me the perfect deal, while also going above and beyond to help me find affordable insurance. I had a wonderful, stress free experience.. which is not expected for a first time buyer. I will forever recommend Chad to anyone who is seeking to buy a car. I worked with Eric Wilson yesterday and he just made the whole experience so much easier than I had ever anticipated. Do not buy from them if you want a honest salesman, they are liars and cheats they do not stand behind their own warranty, they do not return calls and they avoid you after the deal is done. I had to give one star to write this review other wise it would been a zero.

I was so happy our bank connected us with Gary from Centennial Leasing and Sales. We told him the must haves of our truck and price point. Within days he had it delivered to us, without us ever having to step out of the house except to pick up our car. No haggling, no pressure! Save yourself the headache and give Gary a call.

Quality of cars seems competitive however lack of true customer service simply outweighs any positive experience with this company. Was planning to purchase vehicles but after repeated emails & texts to finalize deal, it was quite evident there was little respect to accommodate my schedule & perhaps even some prejudice given my gender, & the scheduled delivery never took place, despite full payment. Will NOT send anyone this way & buyers BEWARE!

I would highly recommend Gary Mclaughlin and Centennial Leasing & Sales; this was such a great experience! No hassle. Instead, friendly, helpful and straight forward! Gary was the only person I delt with and didn't have to go back and forth between sales managers or the financing department to get the deal done he handled everything from start to finish, what a pleasure to buy a car.

I worked with Gary to purchase a new Chevy Equinox; he helped me for over a couple of weeks, as I started with a plan to purchase used vehicle. After test driving and him bringing the vehicle to me, at work, I decided to go with a brand-new vehicle. He was able to get me a good interest rate and completed the paperwork at my office - I never had to leave work and drove home in a new car. I was pleased with the entire process. My Boss has even purchsed a few cars through Gary and it is a smooth process and one that we will continue to use in the future.

Not so pleasant experience I recently purchased a 2007 Doge Magnum and according to the representative all the vehicles go thru a 180 point inspection, come to find out there was a Coolant Leak within 2 weeks of car being purchased and now the Radiator needs to be replaced. I called Rep and he was more than happy to take the car to have it repaired and also gave us a loaner car, but should we have to pay $300 for a repair that apparently was NOT caught in the 180 point inspection? My Girlfriend and I are very disappointed. Rep stepped up and picked up $260 of bill and we still are having to pay $100 out of pocket. I am very disappointed with Centennial Leasing & Sales of Arizona, LLC . I will bring this letter to Rep, will also write a letter to BBB ( Better Business Bureau) and contact Channel 3 News on your side for further clarification on this matter and on why bigger Companies seem to be out to get US.SincerelyJose A Alcantara Jr

Jack was excellent to work with! I plan to send friends/family his way for new vehicles. He followed through with promises and made my experience painless. He gave me comparisons of several vehicles and let me test drive them. He does not use high pressure tactics and I felt very at ease with the process.
