I loved the experience. Very friendly customer service. Loved to hold conversation and help out as much as they could. Especially the Manager. He helped out a lot. I had bought a Malibu, and it worked very well. He helped out a lot to help me with insurance as well, and it was delightful. Thank you so much for helping me with buying my first car!

I must say the buying experience was amazing. Debbie walked me through the details of the automobile I was considering buying and the test drive was long enough to get a feel for the car. She made the paperwork process go very smooth and was a real pleasure to work with. Definitely would recommend her and Central 1 Auto Brokers to my friends.

Bought a 2020 dodge charger from Sandra on Dec 10, 2020. The car had an inspection sticker and seemed fine. Little did I know she failed to tell me it was in a serious accident and failed to disclose the serious damaged frame or any serious damage that the car had. Went to another company that also said there's no way the car should have passed inspection. Spoke with Bryant, he told me it was actually Sandra's car. The owner refuses to call me, I'm getting a lawyer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SELLING VEHICLES THAT ARENT SAFE TO DRIVE AND PUTTING YOUR LIFE AT RISK.

I went to work for this dealership for two months and thought that I was selling good reliable cars. I believed the owner when he said he would take care of preexisting conditions on his cars when they were sold. This man Eugene ignored customers calls needing satisfaction. He would not call anyone back and overall did not care after the cars were paid for. I left due to his screaming and yelling when I told him of these concerns.. Customers continue to call about there problems only to fall on deaf ears once they purchased the vehicle. I apologize to all the customers that I sold but could not stand behind this treatment of customers. BUYER BEWARE . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP> YOU WILL REGRET IT.!!!

Had good selection and seemed honest. But the woman selling the vehicles was extremely condescending. It was almost like she was given a book on techniques to make sales and just read the cliff notes. We expressed concerns about the sound the engine on one of the cars was making and she proceeded to try demeaning instead of being open about the history of the vehicle. The mechanics were much more forthright and pretty much confirmed our thoughts on the matter. Overall I can't recommend the place.

I bought a Ford Mustang from them. They did not have the car title when I pay cash for the car in person. They promise they would mail me the car title and they have yet to do it. My temporary car tags are about to expired. I have been calling them every other day and they still giving me some lame excuse saying they are looking for the car title. Now I am stuck figuring out what to do next. So car buyers beware at this dealership.

The folks at Central 1 were straight forward, honest and easy to deal with from the start. The sale transaction was smooth and I got a great car at a great value. I would highly recommend doing business here if you are looking for a quality used vehicle without the hassle and runaround so common at most dealers.

I feel that they are fair, friendly, good with explaini g everything and any issue you have. The mechanic came and talk to use the owner helped us and the finance manager. We were very happy withthe whole process. We will be back amd sending people.

After test driving the car we were interested in, we noticed the AC was not cooling. We were very hesitant to purchase, even though Zack told us that they would fix it. We signed an agreement about the repair, but we also signed that we were purchasing "as is." Their mechanic is not fast, but the repair was done, even though it cost them a lot (it was the compressor). Thank you for keeping your word and repairing the car!
