Used Cars for Sale at Central A/S LLC in East Windsor, CT

I got a pretty decent deal on the vehicle I purchased from their dealership. The overall sale process of the vehicle purchase was pretty quick, therefore no issues there. Staff was pleasant. So here is the where the problem starts. My salesman informed me that their repair shop will conduct a safety inspection on the vehicle, once my purchase was done, and prior to me obtaining the vehicle. I informed him that the brake pads needed to replaced, tires will need to be changed and there was noise coming from the front of the vehicle, when the vehicle ran over a speed bump or a pot hole. All these issues were supposedly noted on the “to do” list by the salesman. Fast forward, the vehicle was checked and the only thing they fixed supposedly was the sway bar. I brought the car over to my wife and the following things were repaired by a mechanic. 1) Old tires were not that bad, but were the original ones. The vehicle had approximately 65,000 miles. Cost: $1000. 2) Car battery, which was also the original one. $220. 3) New struts and shocks for the front. This was the noise issue. $500. 4) Front and rear brake pads: $400. Basically $2000 extra dollars for a car I just purchased. The salesman never offered me the extended warranty program they offered. I inquired about it after I saw the poster on their wall. The salesman kept telling me that the finance manager will go over the stuff later, which never happened. I personally wouldn’t buy a car from them again.

After having a terrible experience purchasing a used vehicle elsewhere; I was skeptical about buying used again. I am very pleased with my decision to purchase from Central A/S this time! Tevon was absolutely awesome! He was friendly and helpful. I had questions and a checklist on hand, but he provided all of the information I needed and answered my questions before I could even ask them! I love my Jeep! It’s in great condition and was more than reasonably priced. Thanks again!!!

I have to say, as someone who has personally had the worst experiences purchasing used vehicles, these guys were an absolute breath of fresh air. Less than 48 hours after realizing I needed a new car, I was driving off the lot with a beautiful vehicle. They even took my car (that I had to baby there as it seems to be on its last leg) and paid me for it. They let me do a full mechanical inspection of the vehicle before purchasing and accommodated my questions. An honest retailer with nothing to hide! Blew my mind. I absolutely love the vehicle, and highly recommend Koster. He is very professional, but also made the purchase process fun and beyond easy. The rest of the staff were great as well, so much so my father and I brought them coffee and donuts. A thank you for the completely painless experience so uncommon when making a major purchase. Highly recommended!

I bought a 2016 Mercedes C300 from this dealership about 10 months ago and since I took it the check engine light has remained on. I’ve called them and brought it to the service department to have that looked at and other issues to witch the service manager down played the issues. I was told the check engine light was the oil so I paid Mercedes to change it and the check engine light is still on. Then I made an appointment online as they asked and no one has called me back. It’s sad because the sales department was very welcoming but service is not up to the dealerships advertised standards luckily I have a warranty on the car I guess I’ll have to look for a repair shop but I would’ve preferred them to fix these issues since they sold me the car..

I had a very positive experience buying a car here. The staff was more than accommodating. They helped me every step of the way, answering all of my questions and going out of their way to make sure I was driving a safe and reliable car. I would definitely buy here again.
