Staff was friendly, no pressure. Their building looks amazing on the inside, fancy floors, fountains. Looks as nice as a lamborhini dealership.Was shopping for a car, called about a car they had, told me it was ready. When I went to examine it, car did not start, and rear end damage? yet a clean carfax with no history past 12,000 miles. After checking under the hood, many items that should be maintenanced were not done.

Just sent them an email and you'll see. Also, notice they they never make Carfax available on any of their vehicles (again, email them to ask for a carfax and you'll get nothing). I would not recommend them at all.

I would recommend this business to anyone. Very hospitable and friendly. I left feeling like I had just left a loving family. I was helped every step of the way by Paul, with assistance from Vanessa, who picked me up from the bus transit. They make it easy to fall in love with them. I needed a car in a hurry. I found what I was looking for on Cars.com from Central Autohaus. They called and told me about the car I told them I would buy it if they could bring it to me, which they did the very next day. Ellis arrived at my house with all the paperwork and the deal was done. I later had a issue with the key not working on the drivers side door that had been replaced. I emailed Ellis and he sent someone out to fix the key problem very quickly. I am pleased with the transaction and service I received..

Saleslady informed me of all the problems with the vehicle I was interested in. Price listed was lower than average, so it was kind of obvious there was a reason for the lower price. But still, sometimes they never want to tell you what's missing or wrong. I appreciated her honesty, and I might buy from her down the road.

I looked all over the United States for a used Chevy Sonic via the internet. The price for this fully loaded, low milage sonic seemed too good to be true so I was suspicious all the way. I contacted them over the phone and they responded right away. Because I'm from Michigan and was interested in a car from texas I had many questions about registering the vehicle, the buying process through a bank loan and titling. They walked me through the process, worked with the bank and made the transaction easy. When I flew in to pick up the sonic they sent over a very nice driver to pick up my wife and I. They offered to pay for my hotel, they worked with an authorized chevy dealer to get me an extra Key FOB at a low price and I picked up a great car that was still under factory warranty. I will be looking at their inventory first when looking for my next car.

I responded to there on line advertisement with an inquiry...they never responded to my e-mail.I bought a vehicle from another dealer who did respond.
