This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Central Buick GMC. I continue to go back because of my salesman Glen Eldridge. It is a comfortable and no pressure atmosphere which I greatly appreciate. I also love their service department! I feel they have always been honest and ethical with repairs done on my vehicles.

For the last month My wife and I have been actively looking for a second vehicle. We have looked online and then would visit the dealer. Nothing really stood out to us until we Visited Central Buick GMC. We drove a couple of different ones there, AND then their was this Acadia Denali looked like a new one just off the assembly line in candy apple red. This was a 2016 Denali. The buying process was exceptionally smooth. My salesperson Brian Osborne had all the right answers to my many questions. The price was slightly higher than I wanted to pay. I then spoke to general manager Brett Henderson. He was able to lower the price enough to cover the major portion of the extended warranty I wanted. Financial paper work with Lori Franklin was quick I wasn't signing documents for a long time like at other car dealer I've been to. My one request was that the dealer not send out multiple inquiries for a loan. Jacob Hood finance manager only sent out ONE. Got a Very low interest rate from a credit union. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a vehicle. UPDATE: My wife and I have had this Denali for almost 2 months now. I can say without reservation that this was the correct purchase. the car drives like a dream absolutely no issues. I feel very secure driving this car. with all the built in safety systems. I highly recommend this SUV and this dealership. It is easy to find a good car. The trick is to find a good dealership to buy from one who you like you are their one and only customer. That combination is hard to beat !!!!

Our sales associate/manager Jacob was outstanding. He was able to find us a very hard-to-find vehicle and "held our hands" through the entire process. Outstanding customer service, transparency, thoroughness, follow up, etc. Given the nearly unlimited number of dealership choices, I would and WILL recommend Central to everyone living in Tampa, Orlando, and everywhere in between.

Had an ongoing issue with my 2021 Enclave. The maintenance staff was very patient with me until this issue was resolved. This took more than one visit to the dealer before it was resolved. I appreciate all the efforts made by Central Buick.

This place has been in business for a long time, when you go there you'll know why. Not only did I not feel like a number, there was absolutely no pressure at all. The staff we worked with were outstanding and answered all questions promptly. Everything that was discussed with our vehicle was honored and delivered promptly. Communication was superb and more than cordial with everyone we talked to. I recommend asking for Glen when you stop by, he really made my wife and I feel informed, comfortable, and secure in our car buying experience.

I spoke to Justin in service because of a malfunctioning AC (2nd time in 2 years)!....He was not able to repair it on the morning I called due to scheduling but allowed me to bring the 2013 Enclave to the dealership, so it would be there first thing the next morning! AC was repaired and service (oil change) was completed by 11:30 am on Friday!...As of now, all is working as intended!...excellent service!
