Recently had new tires put on by the service department and could not have been happier! They were quick and professional, I was greeted right away without any waiting and in and out in no time on my lunch break. When picking up my car was done, washed/dried and ready to go. The service manager even came out to make sure I was happy! Great job, will be back!

Just picked up my vehicle from the Body Shop and they did an amazing job. Mike, Jennifer and Katie took care of everything from getting us a rental car to handling all the insurance billing. They kept me informed along the way and then delivered our Jeep back to us absolutely spotless from their detail department!

Recently I leased a Cadillac CT4 from Central Cadillac. I had the pleasure of working with John A. From start to finish John was professional and knowledgeable. I’ve had bad experiences in the past purchasing cars, John made this most recent experience very easy and was not overwhelming. If anyone is interested in a Cadillac I recommend John and Central Cadillac. Their showroom and service was top notch. I will definitely be going back to Central Cadillac for my next purchase.

The staff at Central Cadillac is first class. My sales person Bill Mash went above and beyond in every way especially with his time , his manager too. Got a great deal on a 2008 STS. Other dealerships small and large could learn a few things from them on how to do business.

Excellent service for our 2011 Escalade.Service Manager was excellent in customer service and diagnosing the car's problems. Also, the the service team minimized what I thought was going to be a 'greater repair'. The mechanics did a great job in completing the repairs in a professional and timely fashion.

It took a bit longer than I expected. I bought the car in with 146,492 miles on it. At 146,529 my check engine light came on ? So that is a bit dis-concerning to me. Did they check fluids and for leaks ? Everyone including Ken Mathews were very pleasant.

if you purchase a certified car from these people you must have your car rechecked because they don't tell you everything wrong.And please don't a DTS all of them leak oil.

From purchasing our vehicle to the maintenance, every interaction with Central Cadillac as been exceptional. Most recently I had routine maintenance and detailing done. I'm completely happy/satisfied with the service. My daughter-in-law picked up the car and said she loved how everyone at the dealership with so nice and welcoming. Great to hear. I would highly recommend this dealership. I am very critical of the customer service provided by GM dealerships because I believe that poor service results in people purchasing cars by other automakers. Central Cadillac impresses upon their customers that they are valued and appreciated and keeps them coming back for more.

I purchased a 2012 Cadillac CTS Coupe - It is a beautiful car and in excellent condition. A lot of my friends think it is a new car. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The sales people are dressed in suits and the building has a very classy look to it. I am glad that all of my car searching paid off because I got exactly what I was looking for.

The gentlemen who dealt with me was so very helping, concerned about my wants and needs and treated me with the most respect and courtesy. I think we worked well with each other and although I am getting up there in age and think this will be my last car, if I were to buy another in this lifetime, I would certainly come back to this dealership and ask for the same gentleman. They went way beyond and above.

I called Central Cadillac late on December 30th after seeing a new post on a 2013 ATS 2.0T AWD for a great price. They were more than 500 miles away but I had to call them to see if we could negotiate a price to make my drive worthwhile. They assured me that they would not waste my time, so on good faith I drove up the next day. They were incredibly accommodating, I met with Mike Hamilton, the salesman with whom I spoke the day before, then I was introduced to most of the family and they were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. I am 24 and active duty Army and I can happily say that not once was I made to feel out of place by my age. As it turns out, Central Cadillac has a proud history of military service and treated me very fairly because of my occupation. When it came to negotiations, they were quick and incredibly fair, making sure I got a great price on both the vehicle and my trade-in. I really felt like they went to bat for me with the regional managers making sure I was taken care of. Everyone stayed late on New Year's Eve when I was up there to purchase and Mike stayed especially late making sure I understood all the features of my vehicle. This was undoubtedly the best car buying experience I've had as my third vehicle and first Cadillac. I would recommend anyone to do business with this dealership based on their level of professionalism, fairness, kindness, and overall welcome feeling.

This is the best dealership we ever worked with. We buy our company cars at Central. Their sales and service, aside of their detail shop, is simply outstanding. I strongly recommend John M. in sales. We have never experienced such level of customer service anywhere. I had an issue with my car on Saturday night while the dealership was closed. This person proceeded to tow my car to Central for Monday morning as he handed me keys to his own vehicle to drive for the weekend so I am not stranded. They are extra sensitive to their customer needs and their service department is quick and efficient. Warren in service is simply excellent. These people are awesome to deal with. I am looking forward to working with Central for many more years.

The salesman was great, not pushy, the dealer came down on the price and I feel I got a great deal on the car based on my research of similar vehicles. I was in the market for a used Suburban with twins on the way and 3 girls already at home. I found what I wanted on Cars.com at Central. I live in Cincinnati and worked with Joe and Andy over the phone and through email to negotiate price and value of my trade over the course of a couple days until I was able to make the trip to Cleveland. The Suburban was waiting and ready for a road test before making the final decision. They even took extra steps like contacting my insurance agent for me! I had a small issue a few days after I got home to Cincinnati and Andy worked with me to have the work done locally and covered the expense. Excellent customer service and I would drive to Cleveland again to purchase from Joe and Andy!

I took my Cadillac in for service to fix and oil leak. The service people ended ruining the engine and trying to cover up. The were extremely rude and horrible to work with. There service people did not even cover the seats and ended up ripping my leather seats. When I inquired about the damage, they told me to bring it up with my attorney. After having my car over two weeks, I got my car back and the first day the check engine light came on and the car died. I refuse to take my car back to them. AVOID THID DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY WILL F YOU!!

My husband and I had been looking for a crossover SUV for our growing family for over 3 months. We needed something with the price and the ammenites we needed and wanted. I told him we'd be driving from out of town (4 hours away!)to pick up the car. No problem!! Bill was more than willing to go the extra mile for us and made us feel comfortable and not rushed.
