Had an appointment because it was a safety recall. Was there maybe an hour and half and was all set. Very quick good work. They explained everything to me and Will go there for future issues. I was really impressed. Edit: went in 10/6 I went in for an oil change and I couldn’t have been treated nicer. They explained everything to me, didn’t suggest a bunch of stuff I didn’t need and were so friendly. I felt important and like my business was important

Excellent staff. Brian was awesome! He communicated with me on every step they made on my truck. I felt very reassured that my truck was in good hands. Even checking out, the woman was so personable. Let me tell you, when I dropped my truck off, Brian walked back with me to my ride and opened the door for me. Then, when I was leaving he pulled my vehicle right up and when I was ready, he walked me out, opened my door once again. What a nice touch! Brilliant. Thank you.

I have had to update my review. 2 years later I am looking to get a new vehicle. Having a great prior experience, I went first to Central Chevy. I made an appointment to test drive a new traverse & requested pricing and financing information. I spent more than half an hour with a very friendly sales person (not my original sales person) who kept trying to work the numbers for me. I explained that I was just interested in driving that vehicle, as I had not previously. I also explained that I wanted the cost of the car, not the payment amount. I explained that I just wanted to know what the current financing availability was from Chevy. I was told that the boss just wants to make sure that he doesn’t put someone in a car that winds up outside their budget. I was finally able to take the car for a spin. Not the current model year, a 3 year old car that is “the same exact” as the current model. Back inside we looked at the website page some more while the pricing was explained to me. Rebates and incentives listed as “dealer discount” are removed when 0% Chevy financing is applied. I walked away with my head spinning, unsure of what just happened. I don’t think I’ll be returning. ((Previous review : Such a great staff & great atmosphere! I went in to have my current car appraised & took a quick look at what was available. They really have a LOT of cars at Central Chevrolet. The team worked together to get me help right away. My salesperson Todd Martin worked tirelessly, even when I had to make a major change midway through, to find me my “new” car. Definitely ask for Todd, he’s very personable and was professional and fun to work with. Everything was perfect, we worked together to ensure my satisfaction. I got a great deal great payment & I love my new-used car! ))

Thorough service. Thorough checklist. Service completed quickly. Twice as fast as the "Big Place" across the river. Brian said that the truck was in great condition and didn't try to oversell what was actually needed. That honesty alone will make me return.

Joe Healy was our sales person. He was very professional but also very personable. My wife and I felt very comfortable with him as he was not pushy and he was very easy to trust. We ended up taking an unannounced ride to the dealership one evening and it turned out Joe had left for the day but the rest of the staff including the manager, Henry where very helpful. Central Chevy does not have that corporate feeling that a lot of dealerships have. We purchased a 2021 Chevy Spark LT. This is my first Chevy, the way Central made my wife and I feel I can tell you it probably won't be or last.
