He is bright, honest, very fair and worked extremely hard to get us the best deal! This is the second Jeep we have leased from Jonathan, we actually waited for him to return from vacation. There is no one else we would rather deal with!! Overall Central Jeep is the best car dealership we have ever dealt with! They certainly have earned all 5 stars!! My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Central Chrysler Jeep and Dodge of Norwood. This is our second vehicle from them. Last year my husband purchased a 2019 2500 dog he ram and this year was my turn. I ended up walking out with a brand new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited. Adam and the manager George were so easy to work with, especially in these crazy pandemic times. Adam was quick to respond to all of our questions and made the car buying process hassle free. I bought a Jeep Cherokee Limited one year ago from this dealership. I only have 11,000 miles on it. I called the repair department today for an appointment for the first time I have had trouble with the car and was told no appointments for 10 days! I asked to speak to the manager because I was concerned driving over Thanksgiving and she was rude. I love my car but would not buy from this dealership again!

Very sneaky and bad business practices, we went to get a used Jeep, they wanted to get the deal like any dealer, no issue with that, we know how dealers are, although we know how credit is pulled, these guys go above anything I've ever seen, I think they contacted all the banks they could find which got our credit down 3-4 points in a matter of days.The credit part is kind of expected, what can you do, the unforgiving part is that they asked for a "down payment" check as a show of "good faith" well even after we decided that we would go somewhere else, they cashed the check. Problem was we had used the down payment for another car, and even after 2-3 days and they knew deal was off they kept trying to cash it. Bank charged me $35 plus a stop payment and now they are saying "We said it was a deposit" when we never agreed to that, it was the down payment if the deal went through.In summary, really sneaky I thought dealers have past this practice but obviously this one is at its best.

I dropped off my Grand Cherokee for a diagnostic check and warranty work the night prior for a scheduled appointment. My wife called during the day and was told she would know when the vehicle was ready when they did. No estimated completion time, no sorry for not updating you, just a simple good bye. I recontacted the dealer at 3:30pm only to be told they would not complete our services today and would need the vehicle for another day. Not something you expect to hear especially if you had a scheduled appointment. No reason for the delay was give when I went to pick up the vehicle, again just a simple sorry. Not only will I not use this dealership again, the odds of me buying another Jeep/Chrysler product are less than zero.

I purchased a Dodge Durango in May 2016, the purchase of the vehicle was great, smooth, fast, and I got a great price first. My issue is when I noticed a dent on the roof that was clearly caused prior to delivery, the dealership gave me the run around to get it fixed. They had me drive to the dealership to take photos, then they had me drive to another dealership location to have photos, then i got the "we are really busy, but i will submit it next week, then the following week I got the same story. After 2 months of getting the run around i went to Elmwood Dodge in RI, and they were AWESOME! Clearly Central was happy to make the sale, but clearly not willing to ensure the customer was pleased with the vehicle. A quota is a quota, and an unhappy customer is well not coming back!

Worth the visit-no sales pressure to buy a car. I only have 2 items I had to address and they were handled right away. I had 1 new part that had to be replaced and was ordered on delivery and 2 extra concerns that were left with the service department which I hope will be fixed and accepted by me. After this is fixed my rating will be so high for this dealership because they will have gone way beyond the expected service for their vehicles. If they treat everyone the way they have treated me then they should get a great rating from Dodge. Come this Tuesday the 19th of July or whenever they fix my Dodge Dart- They will get another great rating from me.

At first I didn't care for Mark. We hopped into a truck to test drive with me and, impatiently and rudely, he honked the horn (while I was in the drivers seat) at a couple in a jeep who's car was broken down in front of us. Their car would not start and they voiced back that they were not happy with his lack of patience. Eventually, the nice folks put their car in neutral and the man pushed it backwards so we could get out of our way. Overall, Mark was great. He is a good salesperson. I went in looking for a Dodge Sport and buying a Longhorn. I fell in love with it! I purchased the truck on a Friday, the day before leaving for a week of vacation. He said the features I wanted would be added while I was away and could pick it up the next Saturday. He held true to his word. I landed in Logan at 1:30 and was picking the truck up by 3:30 with total excitement! When I saw Mark, the first words out of his mouth were, "I thought you were coming in in the morning". I was taken aback by this comment especially since the time was never discussed and I felt as though I was "putting him out". I was too excited about getting the truck so I just brushed it off. I was very happy with Tom and Jason. Matt, and especially Dean were very helpful when picking up my truck. Tom, Dean, Matt and Jason I would give them all a 5 star for customer service. Mark a 3, because he asked me twice, to Write a good review for him and the last time I was there he even ask me to do the review right there at his desk. I felt very pressured.

I would definitely recommend getting a new car here at Central Dodge of Norwood. No sales pressure like at Imperial Dodge!! That Sales Manager was very sly. Let's say he tried to sell us a vehicle with a big dent in the rear and dismissed it as nothing. He also wanted us to buy a car without seeing it first!! How crazy is that?? My salesman Paolo Kurti was so nice and explained everything to us. He didn't try to force us to buy a car. We were ready and knew what we wanted so we test drive both cars we were interested in. I settled for the 2016 Dodge Dart even though I wanted the 2016 Dodge Charger!! At least I got the color I wanted. I couldn't afford the Charger-$10,000.00 more and then some!! So I'm happy with my Dodge Dart. It's my last new car. Next my husband will be getting a new truck and Central Dodge in Norwood is the place we'll be going to. Go there, you won't be sorry!!

When we first came here, we were hesitant to get a grand Cherokee. We talked on the phone with Brian, and he pointed us towards Mark Weisman. It was all uphill after that. He took us around the lot, showed us all the options on almost all the vehicles we were looking for and then he helped us narrow the search. We ended up spending three or four hours at the dealership and it was just fun, easy, and painless. We are repeat customers as this is our second car from this dealership, and Mark is our Go-To guy. I have bought three previous cars from this dealership with the same salesperson, TONY OKOH. He is a fantastic and very careful salesperson. I was looking at getting a Toyota or Honda this go around but the new amazing Pacifica was born, Tony, as usual was very good and stayed on top of knowing what I wanted. He did not push the Town and Country down my throat as I was not thrilled about it and it reminded me of the dodge caravan I already owned. The manager staff was very helpful, and I wish I could remember their names. One person named Dennis came over after the purchase and said if I needed anything to let him know. That was much appreciated. In the past, I have taken my vehicles in for service and it really is a five star dealership, the staff is polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

Sadly, people generally come on these sites to slam someone because they have to blame others for their miserable lives. They can and will complain about everything. I'm not delusional, car buying is one of the most dreaded consumer activities there is and most go into it with bad expectations. In practically no other industry do you have to negotiate the price and terms of your purchase. Not everyone has teh stomach for it, and feel 'bullied' or 'tricked' because they suck at negotiating. Many people are even offended if the dealership makes any money. People please, Its a business not a charity. That being said, since 2010 I have purchased 6 brand new and 1 used car from Central in Norwood and have never once had what would be a negative overall experience. yep..7 cars in 6 years. And all of them from Central. I live 45 miles away from Central Dodge and there are 5 Dodge dealers within a 20 mile radius of me, yet I go to Central because they are the best. Things don't always go smoothly, but I ALWAYS leave happy. I first came to Central on a referral, and i quickly saw why. Colleen has always bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied, and both Zenia and Tim S. have worked hard to earn and keep my business. That is no small feat as I am NOT an easy customer.!! They will get their hands dirty (- Zenia -) and go further than expected to make sure their clients are happy and that we make a deal that works for both of us.. Their efforts are appreciated and rewarded with my loyalty and referrals. There is no other place where I would want to buy a car. Do not buy a Dodge or Jeep without going to see Zenia, Tim, & Colleen at Central in Norwood.

Went in for a specific car that was at that dealership. I spent over 5 hours there while the sales guy played every game and used every tactic he had to keep us there. I witnessed other salesmen being rude to customers over the phone and talking about them with each other in the cafeteria. We bought a brand new car and it had to go back because the air conditioning was broken. I wrote a bad review online and ended up talking to the GM. He told be he didn't care about my feelings or my online reviews. He yelled at me and was condescending and rude. Not surprising given how his employees behave. Bottom line, we were treated poorly, sold a broken brand new car, and were then treated worse by management when they were confronted. Terrible experience overall.

I found myself wandering around the dealership, my dog in tow, while waiting for a new key to be made for our Dodge Caravan. I found a few Jeeps that I liked, and asked Dan Crivellaro about them. He opened one up and I sat in it - I kind of liked it. Brought my husband down (who had been pushing me to trade in the Subaru that I inherited from my dad) and we actually test drove a V6 Altitude, not the Latitude that I had looked at. It was nice. Dan was great to work with - a nice, knowledgeable guy who was straightforward and not at all pressuring. We came to an agreement on price and trade-in and I am now loving my Certified Pre-Owned Jeep. All car shopping should be this good!

I just got a new Dodge Dart from this dealership last week. I am very pleased all-around thanks to help from sales consultant Erick Noj. It was really a best-case outcome. I told him about my budget and my needs, and he found exactly what I needed. After looking at several options, I ended up driving home later that day in the first car that he showed me! The rest of the team was helpful and hospitable, and the finance manager was also very helpful and reasonable. I highly recommend Erick and Central JCDR of Norwood. Also worth mentioning is that the facility is really nice, with a Jeep store and restaurant on-site.

I spent the day car shopping going from dealer to dealer and it was exhausting. I arrived at Central Jeep and met Lulu. She was my beacon of light. Right away she explained that she worked for me and wanted to do anything she could to help me. That was a big difference from the other dealerships. I was reading in a Honda and jeep was new to me. Leased a Jeep for the first time. I knew I wanted a Grand Cherokee Limited, and Peter Amaral was a tremendous help in patiently showing me the inventory, explaining all the options, and making me feel very welcome. We finally picked one, and then Nick (sales manager) was also very courteous and flexible in arriving at a deal that fit my budget. I've been buying/leasing cars since the 70's, and this experience was one of the best (along with Metrowest Subaru). Anyone looking for a Jeep could do no better than Central in Norwood. I have been leasing Jeeps from Central for more than a decade. I have never had a bad experience and in fact I think it has continually gotten better over that time. I had the same sales person on my last two leases, Zenia DiSangro. Zenia was able to get my requirements, find me the Jeep I wanted and get me 4 leasing options within an hour of my phone call. After nailing down the details, I set up a time to review the lease, sign the paper and take delivery of the new Jeep. Zenia was there waiting for me, the price and conditions of the lease were all as promised and I was driving away in my new Grand Cherokee within an hour. Excellent! Thank you Zenia

Called Kyrstin at Central GMC and worked a tentative deal over the phone for a 13 Yukon. Arrived and parked at Central Jeep as it was the first open spot and was greeted by Lulu. Lulu was very attentive in working with me on the test drive and sale. The only negative I have to mention is the sales manager almost lost the sale when he tried to way low ball the trade. Lulu to the rescue as I grabbed my keys to leave, assured me we could work something better. They ended up giving me what I wanted and my wife got her Yukon. Lulu worked with me every step of the way to ensure a smooth process. Lulu has even been available after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.

Reading the reviews on this site just confirms that this is by far the WORST and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DEALER out there! We purchased a new Jeep at the end of January and the entire experience was painful. Everyone, including the salesman, sales manager and the finance personnel are the worst. We spent several hours negotiating a deal that would work for us. We were extremely clear in our budget and payment/interest rate requirements. Finally we agreed on the right deal however when we reviewed our paperwork and reviewed it again at home, we found that the interest rate was not what we agreed upon. We immediately contacted the dealer spoke with Kenny, the Sales Manager. Kenny proceeded to preach policy to us. He kept saying that he only agreed to the payment amount and the interest rate was between us and the finance manager. We kindly reminded him this was not the case. Kenny refused to let me speak so I talked over him and he took that as me yelling and told me he was hanging up. We called back and my husband listened to more preaching from Kenny for nearly 15 minutes. Finally, Kenny stated the sales manger had not gotten word that we had negotiate and agreed on an interest rate as well. We were asked to come in the next day and the error would be corrected. When we got there, the paperwork was still wrong and at this point we told the finance person (who was different from the finance person the day before) just to get our original vehicle and we would leave, we did not want to purchase the new car. Finally, he made the correction to the interest rate. We were told the registration would be mailed to us. Over a month later and we still have yet to receive the registration the dealer claims they requested. Out of complete and utter frustration we got in touch with the registry and obtained the registration on our own. Our sales person, none other than the infamous MARK WEISMAN was contacted three times. Once by me and once by my husband. Mark told us he handed the registration to the mailman and did not believe that it had not arrived. We told him that we had waited far longer than necessary and needed to have the registration either sent over night or hand delivered to us. During this conversation MARK WEISMAN proceeded to YELL at me, over and over again. He first accused me of yelling, I can assure you I did not yell until I was yelled at. He is just as rude an unprofessional as Nicole K stated. He even went as far as to tell me he was going to transfer me to a manager because this was not his job.We finally contacted Jeep customer service who called the dealer and we are told the registration is being emailed to us. I suspect this could have been done from the beginning but rather than have a satisfied customer, this dealer is antagonistic, argumentative and extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this dealer or any of their other locations.

Like most people, I was not looking forward to shopping for and buying a new car. Both my son and I needed to replace our vehicles and we both were inclined to purchase Jeeps. At the recommendation of a friend we went to Central Jeep in Norwood and could not have been happier that we did. My son has written his own review on his experience with Central (very favorable) but I wanted to write my own because I believe that there is great value in considering the reviews of others who have previously dealt with a dealership . Not only were my fears and anxieties about car buying avoided, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience; totally dissimilar to what I have gone through before at other dealerships. Like my son, I was fortunate to have Peter Amaral as my salesman. His approach was respectful and honest. He was knowledgeable about the cars that I test drove and was informative and pleasant during those test drives. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy. He went out of his way to understand my needs and preferences and to match me with a vehicle that I would be happy with (as he did with my son). Throughout the process Peter was patient and candid; friendly but never insincere. When I decided to buy I did so with confidence that I had made the right decision. I never felt pushed to buy a certain car or opt for a certain package. Peter was also great in assisting me in dealing with the business and financing part of the buying experience. I did not feel abandoned as I transitioned to working with Tom Lombardi (he was great also). The whole transaction was expeditious and professional; totally respectful of my time and needs. I feel I got a fair deal and was treated with dignity throughout the process. I am sure that there are other sales associates out there who are as decent as Peter Amaral. But if you are looking for a dealership that is professional and customer oriented, a salesman who treats you with courtesy and understanding, and a buying experience that exceeds your expectations, I suggest that you contact Peter at Central Jeep.

Buying a new car can be complicated even in the best of circumstances, and our family's recent car purchasing circumstances were rather complicated. Complicated because our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was a victim of the recent Crane collapse in New York City that generated front page news. An event that revealed that our Jeep had the structural integrity to remain intact despite a 560 foot crane falling on it, structural integrity that saved our Dads life. I recently purchased 2015 GC Summit fully loaded with 27k miles on it. I dealt with Mark Weisman who was the sales person. The entire sales was really smooth and professional. It was really quick. There was no typical sales pressure. We agreed on the price in 5 minutes. Mark was extremely courteous and honest. The only reason why i did not give 5 starts is because of the following 1. When i came to pick up the vehicle there was no full tank of gas. When asked i was told that it is used vehicle. But I think the dealer ship should have at least filled up the gas tank. It only cost $20 to $30 to fill up the rest of the tank. This i think could due to the Sales Mgr. 2. I did a take the loan from the dealership. Even though it was smooth and quick, I would recommend exploring different options for the loan through your own bank.

I was in the market for a new suv, I had Honda CRV Subaru Forester and the Jeep Cherokee Latitude in mind. I drove the Subaru first it was ok but their customer service was truly what turned me away! Then I test drove the Honda it was nice, customer service was good. When I got to Central Jeep and drove the Cherokee Latitude I knew right away that this was the one the others could not even compare! It had everything I wanted. Peter Amaral our salesman was also a contributing factor to my purchase! His kind and compassionate manor was what I was hoping to receive from a car sales person and Peter delivered all of that and did everything to make sure I was happy. I stopped by Central a few days ago to visit the restaurant. While walking through the showroom a Jeep Wrangler caught my eye. Charlotte rushed over and very quickly changed me from a browser to someone quite interested in the car. She is very knowledgeable and respectful of the customer. Most importantly, she is very patient. She took her time answering my questions, taking me on a test drive and generally explaining the benefits of buying a car from Central. What I most appreciated was the fact that she was quite affable and wasn't in any way pushy. While I'm not yet sure if I will buy the car, I do know that my experience at Central was such that I would recommend it to anyone considering a new or pre-owned vehicle. I especially commend Charlotte to the Central owners for enhancing the reputation of the dealership.

I am a Josh Brown fan. He is fantastic. I highly recommend him. I could not recommend Central though. I had a good experience there years ago when I purchased my LHS. I nearly purchased a 200 there two years ago. The sales person was pushy and in the end obnoxious. I eventually purchased my 200 from Quirk in Braintree. The service at Quirk is top notch! I did not think I would return to Central. I happened upon a 300 I liked when I was driving through. I liked the color. Josh had it serviced after the initial poor test drive. The car vibrated on the highway. The second time the car road like a dream. This time around I have been happy with all but one employee at Central. I have been very happy with all of my Chryslers.

I went in for a routine oil change and ended up stranded on the side of the road because they never put the drain plug back in! When I called the service department to tell them what was going on they made me feel as if it was my fault. They told me my "low oil pressure" sensor could be faulty as it was going off and the service technician told me to come back. At this time I was 20 minutes away from the dealership and did not feel comfortable turning around to continue to drive if I did not have oil in my car. The service tech told me to check to see if I had oil in my car. I called the dealership back immediately to inform them there was no oil in my car and there was oil underneath my Jeep. After explaining to the service technician that I was a female standing outside in the 20 degree weather, at night in an area I did not know, they finally sent a tow truck to my location. I then asked if they planned on providing me with a vehicle to get home. The manager explained I would probably need to find a ride. I had to insist on getting a rental car, which ended up being on my expense. After I had not heard from anyone the following day, I had to call to make sure my car was even being worked on. They told me my vehicle was fixed and supposedly did not run "completely out of oil". Now, one week later, neither the service technicians or managers have called or apologized and I am still in the process of getting my money back. One of the business employees even stated, "these things happen everywhere," referring to the faulty oil change and inexcusable customer service. I will never bring my vehicle back there and would encourage people to avoid this dealership at all costs!

It was indeed a very good and high quality customer purchase experience I received from the sales staff of Central Chrysler Jeep of Norwood. I spent 2 hours at Central Jeep in Norwood MA on 12/16/15 reviewing Jeep models and options. The sales associate was attentative but when she asked me to complete a credit report form I said I would but I requested they DO NOT pull a credit report until we agree on a vehicle and payment amount.I left the dealership because the sales associate and sales manager said they worked hard for my business but they kept asking for more money down and we could not agree on a mutual price.I have since learned that my credit report was pulled last nite, even though I had the sales associates word that they wouldn't.

I had a fixed $ buget to work with and needed to get a fair deal on my trade (car was 10 years old). I visited another Jeep dealer (won't mention the name) and once the saw what I had to work with they told I was out of luck. I went Central Chrysler Jeep in Norwood to see what I could get and after working with the salesman and he worked with the sales manager I not only got a new Jeep but I was able to get a better model than what I thought I was going to have to settle for. Its good to know there are still some dealers out there that are willing to work with customers.

Best dealership around...Central Chrysler/Jeep in Norwood, MA is the place to buy a Jeep! This is our 5th puchace there not counting other family members. This time help from as always Colleen then Tim, Matt and Jason the deal was done. The facility is great, there us a "Jeep Grille" to grab a bite to eat if waiting for vehicle service, a Jeep store there and online called "Just for Jeeps" and each summer they have a big Jeep gathering called "Jeep Fest" . Peter C the owner has made Chrysler/Jeep pround he knows how to make things special!

Purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan from my daughter to try out the Dodge product. When I called needing service the Service Department told me that because I did not purchase my vehicle at Central Chrysler that there was over a month wait to get an appointment. Not good. I need the vehicle for a long trip in 2 weeks. I have two Honda products and can take either Honda in for service right away. Guess I will NOT be purchasing another Dodge/Chrysler product. This is not a way to run any business whether your service area is small or not. How do you expect to get and keep customers who purchase your products whether from this dealer or not and not service them in a timely manner. First and LAST time I will call Central Chysler in Norwood, MA. Guess a call to corporate headquarters is in order here.

I recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee Ltd from Central Jeep. I was very pleased with the sales experience. My salesperson Shivani Girhotra was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The team- sales person, used car manager and finance worked closely to insure that my car was ready in a very short amount of time. Upon picking up the car Shivani took time to show me all the features of the car. I was pleased with the price negotiated along with the trade in of my car. Altogether a very professional experience.

Charles Rezil......Work with him, he can give you a no BS deal. The dealership is nice and has many friendly associates to help you get into something nice! I had issues with my deal that were self inflicted but they did not hesitate to work with me and get everything done in a timely manner. This is a pretty good place just don't go there with unrealistic expectations.

I was interested in trade my previous Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for a newer model. I spoke with Zenia DiSangro in advance. When I arrived, she had done her homework, had really listened to what I was looking for and was able to make it happen. I walked away more satisfied than I had anticipated with delivery of the new Jeep that day! I recently bought a 2015 Compass. I had looked at another dealership first that gave a very uncomfortable feeling. When I walked in to Central, I was greeted by Greg Brennan. He had a big smile and directed us to a sales person. Mijie was so nice. She helped us find the car we were looking for. After test driving the car we were introduced to Kenny (sales manager). They all worked so hard to make sure we would be able to purchase the car we wanted. I have never experienced such customer service. I felt like they were my best friends. The best part is we love the car. Central is the place you want to go first for your car purchase

Just got a used car for this place a few weeks ago... They buying process was complicated for me because being busy at work I couldn't dedicate a day or two and go visit dealerships and check the cars that I chose online. Once I reached out to Central things got much easier. My sales agent was Todd. When I told him that I could only come on the weekend which would be in 5 days, he offered to drive 40 miles and bring the car to me, right to my office for me to look at. The car was great, as beautiful as on pictures, ran and felt great so I put down a deposit immediately. Its a competitive market and if you want to be successful you need to go a little further than your competition in your service to the client. It looks like guys at Central do get that. So thanks to them for the great buying experience!

I had an incredibly horrible experience at the Jeep dealership in Norwood. I went to the dealership looking to test drive and hopefully purchase a Grand Cherokee, and left horrified. I explained to the salesman what I was looking for and he went to talk to his manager. I look extremely young for my age, and when the manager saw me he informed me that "much of the information I was looking for was online and I should come back another time with my father". Not only was this man extremely rude, but also sexist and ageist. He was also unwilling to speak with me about the features, size, model, engine or basically anything related to the car I was looking to purchase. I will never be returning to this dealership and I advise anyone else to be cautious of doing business with these people.

My experience started off working with the computer guy Peter! He was the one I talked with when I called asking if they had any Grand Cherokee Altitudes. Peter set me up with Toni the salesman and he was fantastic as well! Peter followed up with me everyday until I bought the vehicle and there after! I took my 2009 Jeep Wrangler in for repair. My Jeep has 165000 miles on it. It's in great shape, everyone thinks it's a new Jeep and they are quite surprised when they find out the year and mileage.Anyway... After giving JIM in service my information and Keys, he hands me a "Higher Mileage and Older Vehicle Repair Order Disclosure". A waiver? What the heck for? Why do I need a waiver to have my Jeep serviced?I could not upload the actual document so I copied the context of the waiver (Higher Mileage and Older Vehicle Repair Order Disclosure). I like the part where it states the repairs might not fix the problem. Truck was advertised on line with assist steps. No assist steps were on the vehicle. I ended up paying extra to have GM factory assist steps installed. noticed After market assist steps were installed at time of delivery. They promised to switch them out for the GM ones. Two weeks later still waiting for them to call. Truck was not ready on day of delivery. Had to wait for them to put an inspection sticker on, meanwhile I signed the deal 6 days prior. The salesman I dealt with no longer works there found out two days after purchase. Very deceptive people. You've been warned.

I bought a 2013 Dodge Caravan from this dealership before I moved to Florida. I got financing for my vehicle before I entered the dealership. While I was finalizing the purchase with sales rep Winston Kelly, he introduced me to Tom Lombardo who handles the financing at Central. He of course offered a better deal on a loan, blah, blah, blah. I told him I don't want to do anything to damage my credit score. Excessive inquiries lowers credit scores. He absolutely promised me that he would need no more 2 or 3 inquiries to get me a much better deal. I told him I wanted to play it safe and not get any inquiries on my credit report. Again Tom Lombardo gave me his word of honor, that he would not have more than 2 or 3 inquiries into my credit. He finally agreed that if could not get me a better rate at the first two or three banks he contacted, he quit and I would go with the financing I had. I finally signed the authorization form, which turn out to be one of the biggest mistakes of my life.Tom Lombardo went into his office shut the door, and had me wait for a long time. After hours he let me know he was still working on it. I asked him "You only had two or three banks pull my credit, right?" He said "Yes Dan just two or three." After waiting a 2-3 more hours, he offered me great deal! A loan for slightly higher loan amount from the SAME BANK I GOT A LOAN FROM BEFORE I ENTERED THE DEALERSHIP. SAME INTEREST RATE TOO. I just needed to sign up needed to sign up for some extended warranty program. So he wasted half a day of my time and saved me no money. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE..... I got home and found 11 lenders placed a total of 23 inquiries on my three credit reports. My credit score dropped by over 20 points that day. I am stuck with inquiries for the next two years. I contacted Mr. Lombardo but he doesn't want to help me remove the inquiries, because he has more important things to do with his time. I have attempted to contact the General Manager, none of my calls were returned. So I post what a dishonest dealership this is on review sites and social media. I posted a negative review about Central Motors on their Facebook page ( most reviews there are negative). I got a call from my sales representative, Winston Kelly. He was upset with the posting. He told me would have the GM call me and out with my problem. But only if I deleted the Facebook posting. Like a dope I believed what he said. I deleted the post and guess what'---nobody calls me back. After four or five days of this crap I reposted it.These people at Central are dishonest and stay away from them!

Contacted the service department to get a price on replacing rear axle seals in my 2009 Wrangler. Was quote around $400. I felt that was reasonable after comparing them to other dealers. I made the appointment and dropped off my jeep. I decided to drop it off the night before. Upon arriving at the dealership I spoke to Jim and wanted to confirm the quote I had received. He punched away at the keyboard, made a phone call and came back and told me it was going to be between $600-$800 for the repair. I was flabbergasted.. I told him of the quote I had received over the phone and he said "did you get it in writing?" Really?I argued with him the reason I had brought it there was because of the quote I had received. He said without a written quote he could do nothing about it. After arguing with him about the difference I reluctantly agreed to have it fixed anyway. The next morning I received a call from Jim. Now I've never been to the dealership before for repairs so I was a new customer not use to how they operate. Anyway... Jim says "Where is your Jeep?" "did you leave it?" I said yes I left it out front to the left. Very arrogantly he says "No wonder I couldn't find it service is on the right" Are you kidding? They couldn't look for it? It was right in front of the dealership! I was so aggravated with his response.Later that morning I received another call from Jim and he said upon dismantling the axles they noticed grease on the emergency brake shoes and recommended I replace them. Now I know a little bit of brake clean will remove the grease and because the shoes aren't used to stop the vehicle but to hold it in place that this would be fine. He then tells me it's going to be $300 to replace the shoes! Wait a minute... they already have it apart because they took the axles out. Why is it $300 for a part I can buy at any parts store for about $30 bucks? Another rip off in the making. I told him to forget it. He writes on the repair order "the customer refused to replace emergency brake shoes."Later that evening I picked up my vehicle and found the repair was not $400 as quoted but almost $600. I said never again!This was a couple months ago. I've cooled off now and I figured I'd give them another chance.My jeep has a lifetime warranty on the power train and one of the components that is covered is u-joints. Now I know with 1000% confidence that my left front axle u-joint is gone. So I thought I'd give Central another try, ANOTHER MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!Before calling the dealership I researched the warranty online to confirm the u-joint was covered under the warranty. It was.I called this morning and low and behold who picks up the phone in the service department? JIM!Leaving my past experience with Jim behind I wanted to confirm the warranty was active on my Jeep and the u-joint was covered. (Funny he didn't remember me.) I gave him my phone number and he looked it up and confirmed my Jeep was under warranty and the proceeded to confirm that u-joints were covered.So I said lets make an appointment and get it fixed. He then proceeded to tell me there would be a $122.50 charge to inspect the vehicle and confirm the u-joint needed to be replaced. I said "wait a minute you just told me it was covered under warranty" He said yes, if that is in fact what it is it is covered. I told him I was certain it was a u-joint, 100 % positive and he said there would still be a $122.50 charge to verify it. I said is it cover or not? Well I don't know, if that what the warranty says then it is. I said you just confirmed it was covered. You told me u-joints were covered. He said they are. I said so it's covered? He said if that what is wrong and it's under warranty. I asked him if he know what was covered under the lifetime warranty. He said yes. I said are u-joints covered? He said yes. But there would be a $122.50 charge to verify it needs a u-joint. I said I'm telling you with 1000% confidence it needs a u-joint in the left front so there is no need for a diagnostic charge. He said they charge a diagnostic fee whenever the work on a vehicle.I said "you are making this too difficult" Forget the whole thing" I don't want to leave my car now. He said we have to diagnose it before we can work on it. It's too difficult to work with you. He kept going firing back at me.I hung up! Never again will I deal with Central Chrysler Jeep of Norwood. I wouldn't buy so much as a bolt from them. I am a lifetime Jeep owner. I've been driving Jeeps for 40 years. I am a former auto mechanic. I know Jeeps inside and out. Never in all my years have I dealt with such an arrogant and unfriendly dealership. How may stars would I give them? -5 sounds about right.DRIVER BEWARE!

For the first time I understand reviews that wish a system would have negative stars for rating as you feel that even 1 star is too good for some places.This is one of those places.I have been very disappointed from the after sales support I have received for the below reasons:When I purchased the jeep I was not aware or informed that the gps navigation option was not included. After signing the sales paperwork I was told it could be upgraded for 595. That is an insane amount considering all it is, is an activation code which enables the gps built in feature in the uconnect 8.4a dash. I asked if you guys could look into adding it because if I had asked for it before signing the paperwork you would have added it no questions asked.The day of my signing I waited a ridiculous amount of time to get everything sorted.A couple of days later they called me and asked if I could come in to sign a duplicate title they ordered. I took time out of my day to drive in there and accommodate them. This was not appreciated.Later I had some issues witht he uconnect remote start through the mobile app. I called uconnect and explained the issue and after them trying to find the issue with my phone even though i was telling them that the car was showing no signal whereas my phone had a green icon meaning it connected just fine, they finally said that from their system it showed that my software needed to be upgraded and I could contact the dealer to do it free. They mentioned I could do it myself (which I knew), however I mentioned that if something goes wrong during the upgrade of firmware, manufacturers can deny coverage later saying you voided the warranty. She laughed the thought off even though I told her that I have performed several firmware upgrades and have had to deal with this before.I called the guy who sold me the vehicle to let him know and he advised I come in to talk to service. Since they are only 10 minutes away from where I work, I did.When I went to ask about the issues I had with the uconnect software I waited another ridiculous amount of time to have an "appointment" scheduled to have it looked at.I say "appointment" in brackets because it was not an appointment to come in and get it fixed but rather to drop off my vehicle, which I could have done without said "appointment" and it ended up costing me 20 bucks for the insurance I paid for the "free" rental provided. I always purchase that insurance as it is not my car and I do not want to be liable for anything while it is in my possession. During said "appointment", I had to wait 3 hours for a rental since i had to drop off my vehicle (Unbelievable that I had to wait so long just to get a rental...a crappy one too). If I was told before hand that this was what this entailed, I would have arranged to drop it off early in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day.I recently called in for a recall notice I received. It is about the air bags deploying unintentionally when off road and at certain angles. The first "appointment to have them look at it was over 2 weeks from when i called. They told me that it is just half an hour, but after several visits to their facilities which should be under half an hour and result in several hours..I asked to just come in and drop it off in the morning. Now, this being a recall, it should be something that would be looked at right away. Fortunately, I do not use the vehicle off road so the likelihood of this occurring is low. However, when I would receive a notice of a recall on my Toyota rav 4, they would schedule me to come in the next morning, drop off the car which was ready by noon. Another sign of poor after sales support.I called uconnect and know how to get the activation code for the navigation. All I need to do is give them the radio id pictured, pay them 595+tax over the phone, receive the activation code that I enter after pressing ok on the screen pictured and navigation will be unlocked and enabled. This is not something that should cost 595+ tax and it should have been something that was provided by the dealer.I have read on forums that several people have received it as a free upgrade from their dealer....this is because dealers can get this code with no cost associated to it. Mainly during purchase of the vehicle since that is when you are willing to offer support.Now the reviews of this dealership are not great and I wish I had looked at them prior to even visiting.I even contacted Jeep about this dealer and after several calls that were not satisfactory, we did not reach a resolution and when they spoke to the dealer, they even had the audacity to state that they had informed me of the lack of gps before signing. This was clearly a lie as they even asked me before signing what they could do to have me sign right away. They matched my banks rate, they gave me over blue book value and had I know that the gps was not activated they would have done this.Check Reviews before buying. Never buying a Jeep again. Bad dealer and horrible support from Jeep which should have tried to make up for bad dealer

I have purchased two Chargers at Central, and in both cases, the sales reps were more than helpful, and worked hard to get my business. My most recent purchase was my "bucket list" car....'14 Charger R/T with a Hemi. I bought it off the dealer floor! My salesperson, Zenia was more than helpful, as well as the Sales Manager Kevin. I especially want to thank Tom Lombardi, who really went out of his way to make this "deal" a winner. I have also used Central's Service Department, and worked with Peter. I think the bottom-line to any successful experience is respect, and the Central people had that ingredient, as well as other very positive attributes. Needless to say, I highly recommend this fine dealership.

Just replaced my 11 y/o Ram :-( I tried a bunch and decided that I couldn't give up my Ram. Stewart was my salesman and he very friendly and wasn't pushy. Doing the financing was irritating. Amazing how this other guy found much better interest rates - just after I flipped out. Most car salesmen make me feel like I need a shower after talking with them. Bottom line is I got what I wanted at an okay price and Steward was great to deal with.

When you go here make sure you ask for Brian. Not only did I get a great deal right off the bat no games but I have veterans plate so it was hard to transfer the plate. Brain left for the registry right away. He waited there for 5 hrs to get my reg that day. This was on a very busy day with the end of the year sales going on. He spent his day at the reg instead of taking another customer. Great service his clients matter to him!

She knows the product inside and out, easily able to explain everything about the vehicle before you can ask a question. She worked with me on the price in a highly professional manner, with no undue stress which was refreshing compared to some other dealers. I'm very happy with the entire experience at Central in Norwood this is the 4th vehicle I purchased from them. There is a Jeep dealership closer to my home, but I do business with Central in Norwood because of the professionalism and how they treat you not only at point of sale but also in service. They really did make a stressful event fun!

went in a couple weeks ago to see if i could trade in my car to get another one, and they made the whole process extremely easy. Mark Weisman was my sales associate and he did everything in his power to make the experience pleasant. we know how stressful it can be when negotiating car sales, but Mark and the rest of the team at Central know their stuff and i was out of there with a new car in about 2 hours! furthermore the dealership itself looks like a boutique, sporting a fancy eating area and a pretty cool gift shop.

My brand new Dodge Charger broke down while I was up in Massachusetts. I had the car towed to the nearest dealer, and had to rent a hotel room. They did not even offer a ride to the dealership, and though Jeff was very friendly and smiling like a Cheshire Cat, the had nothing to offer me but the opportunity to rent a car from them with vague and not-completely-accurate promise that the dealer I bought the car from would cover the cost (I still don't know whether it can be arranged). A week later, I finally get him on the phone, only to learn that they have not touched my car since I left it there. Jeff felt fully justified because after all "We have a two and a half week backlog!" It would have been nice to know this ahead of time. Action only occurred because the dealer I bought the car from was proactive and got Chrysler corporate involved, and I was trying to arrange for the car to be towed somewhere else. If they can be this arrogant in servicing, how fair a deal can you get if you are buying from them?

Everyone likes buying things. No one wants to feel like their being sold something. Our salesman, Mark, epitomized this. After going to, and failing at, another dealership that very morning, it was refreshing to feel like I was talking to a friend about a new purchase. I've been enjoying my new jeep for the past couple of weeks and I plan to for many years to come!

I was in between purchasing 2 different suv's. I ended up deciding on the Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Altitude. Until my salesperson, Mark Weisman pointed out this particular vehicle, I was leaning towards the other brand of suv. Seeing the altitude pkg made my decision. I had never seen one before. The dealership has a very comfortable feeling and Mark went out of his way to go and get the exact vehicle I specified and they honored the price I requested. The owner of the dealership personally met us along with several of staff members. I had my car the next morning.

I had simply the most amazing experience at Jeep Norwood and would recommend them to anyone. Buying a car can be one of the most annoying, stressful experiences, however this was not the case at Central Jeep. My salesman Tony Okoh was straight forward and was able to get me exactly what I wanted, while spending as little time as possible negotiating. I was also treated to $50 worth of merchandise from the Jeep store, and was also offered lunch from their cafe. I can't think of a time where I actually enjoyed buying a car in the past, but this changed my view completely.

I had an excellent experience at Central working with the whole team, including Tom Eysie & Mark. Mark was professional and knowledgeable. He did take the time to get to know us and find out what type of Jeep we were looking to buy. When my wife and I came in, he showed us a couple different models. Central's GM, Tom Eysie, came over multiple times during the process to check on us and make sure Mark was taking good care of us, which is almost impossible to find at any car dealership. I have purchased a few cars over the last 10 plus years, and I've never had a GM ever came over to check on me, let alone introduce themselves. I have already recommended a few co-workers to Central and a few purchased within a week. I would certainly like to work with Central again in the future and would absolutely send friends/family looking for a Jeep to Tom & his team without hesitation. Thanks again. Scott

I went in in a Friday to buy my son a challenger met mark Weismann took a car for a ride but just didn't feel the 6. Cylinder. Asked if I could start up a 8 with a hemi there was this lime green sort of challenger it sounded great mark didn't push me at all ended up with a 2014 I went away for weekend my son went up wanted to change but changed his mind again so Monday thought about it all night and my son loved that green one called mark said no problem went there made deal drove away with car great experience I would recommend mark again

I recently bought 2015 grand cherokee limited jeep, custom made one. I have been fully satisfied With the customer care service especially dealing with sales rep Jeremy Garden, he been so patient & Polite dealing with. My custom car took more than 10 weeks to be delivered to the store where I was dissappointed when central promised me for delivery of of the 6-8 weeks of time. Except the wait I have no other issues and Jeremy was so helpful updating the my car shipping status & took care of entire paper work to get my car out of the doors once they got the shipment. I say, anytime I recommend central & Jeremy.

At the recommendation of my husband, Sean, who bought a 2010 Challenger from Central Dodge, I stepped into the showroom, interested in seeing the 2014 Durango. From start to finish, everybody that we met and worked with at Central Dodge made my whole family feel extremely welcome and our needs very important. Mark and Colleen (and probably a few others that I don't even know about!) worked tirelessly to find the exterior/interior color combination that was, to say the least, hard to find. I walked away about a week later with the exact car that I wanted (and I'm glad I held out for the color combination... I absolutely LOVE it!) with a lease in the exact terms that I wanted. After driving the Durango for a week, I have to say that the ride is extremely comfortable, quiet and smooth, and the 'extras' that they threw into the Limited make the driving experience so very enjoyable! He was not pushy, there was no pressure to buy, he didn't pretend to know everything... he was just very down to earth. They gave me a great deal and I drove off the lot that day with my new car. Central Chrysler Jeep of Norwood has restored my faith in the car buying process. My husband and I arrived prepared to simply test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, however we walked out with a new car! Stewart, the sales associate we worked with, met us out front and answered all of our questions. He listed to what we were looking for, and even suggested that the items on our punchlist did not require the Limited, but rather we should take a look at the Grand Cherokee Altitude (we were looking for most of the 'bells and whistles' and tthat standout "look", but didn't need to spend the extra $$ on a few items the Limited had that this model did not (and that were not on our original list of requirements anyways)). This alone I thought was admirable - we didn't even know this special edition existed (we were blown away by the look of it!! It was exactly the "wow" factor we wanted after owning our Wrangler) - and now we were saving thousands and still getting everything we wanted, without paying for things we didn't. Thank you for not trying to sell us something we didn't need just to make extra commission!! Stewart was very helpful with our exhaustive list of questions. The "sales pitch" process started when we got back (even though we had said we just wanted to test drive), however they were not overly pushy, and kept a very cordial atmosphere/tone. The sales manager Nick came over as well, and was very friendly. We threw out out "this is the only number that will actually get us to buy tonight" number (after doing extensive research), and, unlike other dealerships we have been to in the past, worked with us with a smile (rather than saying that was a rediculous offer). They met us very close to our "dream price", and we walked away with the Jeep of our dreams. Easy as that. Over and done with in under an hour. No overly pushy salesmen. No rude remarks. I picked up the Jeep 2 days later and although this process took longer than I had expected (the inspection sticker was a bit of a wait), they were very courtious. I also LOVED the "Jeep Lounge" they had, and was offered lunch on them! I would absolutely recommend Stewart and Nick to my family and friends. And I will certainly be back from my next Jeep in the future!

I had an excellent experience at Central working with Mike Pappano. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very patient. I felt like he really listened to me. Before I came into the dealership, we spoke over the phone a couple times, and he remembered my particular situation and what I was looking for in a Jeep. When I came in, he showed me a couple different models. I never felt rushed or pushed in any particular direction, which I appreciated. With his help and guidance, I got a unique Jeep that I really love! Mike has a polish and maturity that one doesnt often associate with car salesmen, and I imagine he is a real asset to Central. I would certainly like to work with him again in the future and would send friends/family looking for a Jeep to him without hesitation.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy Garden when I was shopping for a new 14 or 15 jeep grand cherokee. I told him exactly what I wanted, which was a black on black preferably 15 jeep grand cherokee. He showed me plenty of cars. Different models. I wanted the altitude model, and there was not one on the lot. So I went home to sleep on it. A few days later Jeremy called me to let me know they had the exact car I wanted. I went down there, saw the car from a distance and knew it was the one! We talked numbers, he was excellent and patient as I've had a bad experience before. I had earlier gone to my bank to see what the interest rate on a new car was. Although I have perfect credit, the interest rate was high. Central got me a much lower interest rate with a different bank. So we made the deal, I signed papers and left with my new baby! Thanks Jeremy! I will def be telling people who are interested in buying a new car about you!!!

this was my second purchase from the Central auto group. 10 years ago i purchased a 04 Ram Laramie J (sport appearance) from central in Raynham (at the time trucks were not available in Norwood).this visit was to Norwood and i ended with a 2014 Laramie Limited. Sorry for what is about to come, I want to say that you should do a little research before arriving at ANY dealership. decide what you like and what options you want/need/cant live without. I walked in was greeted by my sales professional (tony O) everything was great i said what i wanted and how i wanted it. he asked all the right questions , price range, what are you going to do with the old truck, what do you want in it/ what does it have to have. then we started with the sales stuff , incentives , leases, rates. alot of the in one ear out the other stuff, you know. so we didn't find what i was looking for at that time it was late and i had to go . Tony said he would look around and see what was coming in and what was in Raynham. so 2 days later (i couldn't wait the old truck was on its last leg) i made a return trip (just to check his progress you know those car dealers). i got to the door and was greeted by tony who was in demand that day he had 2 other people looking for him he told me what he couldn't find so i whipped out a list of stock numbers (i told you do some research) he referenced a few and bam i found my new truck he was making every effort to keep cost down not showing me a diamond when i could only afford a piece of glass. i told him i had a down payment but I Made the Mistake of not letting him know how much it was! any way central is great the service dept is strait forward and honest the body shop is a group of magicians and the sales team is always willing to help. and i will say every time i thought something was wrong (or i didn't like the truth) it all made sense . sorry to be long winded but i read some reviews before writing mine and some bad reviews are just wrong.

My experience at Central Chrysler is worthy of a raspberry award. Its amazing how a dealership like this is still in business. The salesman was a complete snob. His comments under his breath while at the negotiating table were unprofessional, unwarranted, and overall abhorrent.STAY AWAY. They may have bullied others into purchasing from them, however they will never get business from me in their current condition. The vehicle that was looked at was $4,000 above NADA and KBB. They had the nerve to say that it was a great deal. They werent lying when they said it, because it was a great deal... for them. Bring your business else where.

Sales manager was not experienced with other financing programs, I did not feel comfortable dealing with this dealership (central Chrysler jeep of Norwood) went to another dealership and felt more comfortable with them (courtesy Kia ) and went with there financing . First impressions are everything.

Most dealerships I have visited over the years are awkward at best. From the moment you walk onto the lot, it feels intimidating and not inviting. This past Sunday my family and I took a ride to visit Central because they had a specific Jeep Wrangler on the lot that I was interested in looking at. Right away it felt like no other dealership! The lot was buzzing, the showroom was full of customers, and the employees were all having fun! Almost as if you were amongst good friends! We walked around a bit, looked at some vehicles, and then came across a really nice cafe, right inside the showroom! It was so cool with food, drinks, and lots of seating. Then adjacent to that was a retail store in store, that sold accessories, apparel, and all kinds of fun stuff branded with the Jeep name. This place was definitely designed to enhance the overall consumer experience. The rest was gravy! We worked a deal together, and it was great! Lucy was very knowledgable about the Jeep brand, and made it very accessible to think you could walk right out with a new Jeep. She made the whole thing fun and made me feel so good about the purchase. She was genuinely happy for ME. It was refreshing to get that type of treatment rather than just being a business transaction or commission. She has since called a couple of times to check in on me to see how my new Jeep was doing! The whole team was super nice! Dean talked values of trades and helped to get me to a comfortable number for mine. Natilly worked through the finance deal with us and she and my wife were as if they were old friends. She explained every little detail slowly and clearly, and made it very painless. Every single employee I came in contact with told me how amazing it was to be a part of the Central Family, and they all could not say enough kind things about Peter Cantanese (owner) and how wonderful he treated them. This is the 2nd Wrangler I have purchased from Central, and I am a return customer for life! Thanks for the experience! BTW, I love my friggin' new Jeep!

My wife and I went into Central on Monday August 4th looking for a new Jeep, but we were not sure what we wanted. Michael Pappano a sales person at Central introduced himself and was not your typical car sales person (the ones that are on your back and pushing anything and everything to make a sale) he was very nice and asked my wife and I what we were looking for and said he would do his best to help. In the end the great customer service, the non-pushiness and of course my wife and I loving the 2014 Jeep Cherokee really made our minds up. Even after the sale Mike was very helpful and so was the finance department person Natalie. In the end they met all of our needs and even though you can buy a Jeep anywhere Mike at Central really knows that great customer service is what a customer wants.

Seeing Central Jeep owner Peter Catanese's commercial on TV recently where he states, "We Make it Fun," I remembered I meant to post a review ... because at Central they really do make purchasing a car a pretty painless experience. I had started looking for a new Jeep last April (2014), and found dealers that either presented the sticker price set in stone, or tried to strong arm me into signing their "great deal" immediately. My first day out to look, a sales manager at one dealership wanted me to sign instantly, and when I said no, he said, "No?!? No is a very dangerous word ... you may never get a deal like this again." It felt like I was talking to a Bond villain. My brother suggested going to Central where he had good luckand it was great. They had what I wanted (a 2014 Patriot in Mineral Grey Metallic) and the sales person Lucy Tovar was great: knowledgeable about the cars, really friendly and great to do business with. She offered me the car at a great price (and from what I'd already encountered, I knew it was a good deal) and so there was no need for haggling on my part. The day I picked up the car, Peter C. came out and talked and joked with us for awhile and then Lucy went over the operation of the vehicle with me, set up the Uconnect system with my phone (for calls and music and didn't even laugh at me when Barry Gibb was the first artist that came up on my playlist). I had had my last Cherokee for 14 years, so Lucy made sure I knew the Patriot inside out before I left. Lucy also touched base with me a few times after the purchase to make sure everything was going smoothly with the car. As an added bonus, Central also has the unique Jeep Grille, where you can get made to order meals while you're visiting the dealership. Good treatment, and a cool environment to hang out inCentral really did "Make it Fun."

The reason I purchased this car is because Fred was not your typical pushy salesman. He was very informative of my vehicle, he listened to my "wish list" , and spent a lot of time upon delivery of the vehicle helping me with iPhone set-up, car seat settings, etc.. Plenty of inventory to choose from. Our sales person went through all available incentives and updated rebates. Facilities were great and welcoming. There was only one DOWNSIDE to our buying experience. We made an apt with our salesman to come in at 10:00am the next day to sign all papers, and when we showed up he asked, "oh hi, when are you coming to pick up your new car?' and it was not a joke. Other than that everything went well.

I stopped at the dealership at around 8pm (an hour before closing) to shop around and met Mark Weisman who greeted me on the lot. I knew it was late, but Mark took the time to show me around and genuinely cared about getting me into a car that met all my criteria. When I was ready to purchase the next day he came in on his day off to meet me. This was my first car shopping experience and I had heard nightmares about the process, but I didn't experience anything of that nature. I have already referred Mark to friends because he got me the right car at the right price and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I would be happy to work with Mark again in a few years when my lease is up.

This was my second Jeep dealer I visited. The first one was awful. Sales person was cold, acted like I was a bother to him. Knew nothing about the Wrangler. He didn't even ask for my name. So much for traveling to Framingham. When I got out of my car at Central, I saw a salesman tending to a golf cart. I asked him if I could get a ride in it but it wasn't charged. He then approached me, asked for my name, made a quick joke to each other and then the rest was history. I immediately felt comfortable, he sat me down and we began discussing why I was here. It was like I was talking to an old friend of mine. Mr. Weisman is a true professional. I felt no pressure. We looked at a few Wranglers and he was very knowledgable of all of them. I've purchased a dozen cars in my life and this by far was the best experience. All the sales people seemed great, but you can't go wrong with Mr. Weisman. Also, my kids loved him too! The dealer also has a cafe in it which is very handy. I would also like to say Tom Lombardi, the business manager, is amazing too. Trust me, you will not go wrong when going to this dealership. Sure you can go to other dealers like I did, but in the end stop by Central and you will experience the pinnacle of professionalism like I did.

So if you're thinking about purchasing a vehicle here... be warned!I just walked out without the purchase that I was there to sign for. I spoke with finance and sales via email and telephone for over a week. Explained that I wanted to get as much of the legwork done ahead of time so I didn't have to spend hours in the dealership or make multiple trips. Joseph West assured me that I could come in, sign, register the vehicle and drive away. I said, are you sure? I'm getting dropped off and won't have a way home if that's not the case so just let me know... Guess what?????So I get there - sent the credit app, proof of income, insurance company info, everything ahead of time. He told me I would literally come in to sign and drive. I sit across from Jamal and I'm told that my insurance company is closed so I'd have to wait until Monday to get the vehicle. I specifically ASKED ahead of time about this...and was told it would be all set. Jamal says, "let me see what I can do." Walks away for a little while and comes back with paperwork asking me to sign here and here to get started. I picked up the pen and said so what's happening with the insurance... he then tells me that it will still be MONDAY and there's nothing they can do. He tried to be a snake and get me to sign BEFORE telling me that I still couldn't drive today. UNREAL! What a sleazy salesperson move to pull!! Just because I'm a woman, doesn't mean I'm a moron. I pushed the papers back at him and walked out to stand on Route 1 in Norwood for an hour waiting for a ride from someone I had to make leave work to come and get me!Then multiple people come out to try to talk me back into the dealership, including Joseph who had the nerve to tell me, "well if you had an insurance company like progressive or metlife, we would have been able to do it today because they're open 24 hours a day." I sent him my insurance company name, telephone number, fax number and policy number ahead of time for specifically this reason....and then emailed earlier today to remind him that I was getting dropped off and making sure there was no issue with me driving away with the car. Do yourself a favor... stay away... .sleazy sales people that really just want to get you to sign on the dotted line. They couldn't pay ME to take a car from them now! I'll bring my business to their biggest competitor instead. Funny... I was sending my brother there this week too b/c he also is trying to buy a car. Too bad Central... not from this family!

Literally, our sales person Mike Pappano opened the door for us as we entered and from the moment we shared what we were looking for to when we purchased our car...the experience was wonderful. Central Jeep is a great company filled with a great team who yes, treat their customers as if they were the best to serve as well! After a long weekend of car shopping to replace our Honda Pilot, we finished our search at Central Jeep and saved the best for last. There was no hard sell or arm twisting. Mike Pappano asked the right questions which helped to steer us in the right direction for which vehicle would suit our needs. We purchased a Cherokee Latitude and LOVE IT! I recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart from this dealership and Mark was a really big help. Mark was one of the best salesman I ever worked with. I had been shopping for a Grand Cherokee Overland for 6 months and looked at various dealerships, driven the Grand Cherokee a number of times but was not impressed with the sales staff. I walked into Central Jeep and met Mark and he was very helpful and informative not only about the features of the Grand Cherokee but about cars in general. He has been in the business for a number of years and he was not the typical sales person. He was low key, extremely knowledgeable about cars and loves his job. It was important for me to get a good trade in value on my Honda Pilot and I wasn't disappointed with the final numbers. Since purchasing my Overland Grand Cherokee Diesel, I have been very pleased with the performance, the Uconnect system, navigation system, the interior is plush and comfortable and overall the diesel engine is quiet and has good acceleration. I have been averaging 25 mpg and after 4500 miles no complaints. If you want good service from a salesman who cares, than give Mark a call.

I walked into Central Chrysler after discovering how ample their inventory of the car I sought was. It may sound trivial or even obvious, but finding that a dealer has a variety of colors and models of the car you seek is harder than one might think. At Central I met Mark Weisman, whose vast experience and calm were a perfect complement to my interest in the car. He was informative and encouraging without dominating my experience of the showroom or overly orchestrating it. After I decided to buy I came to appreciate the efficiencies and comforts of this dealership--the presence of a terrific cafe/restaurant right in the middle of the dealership, and the conviviality of the whole staff. In a classy gesture one of the managers made sure that my lunch was free, and in general the buying process was facilitated with grace. It particularly impressed me that I was given a tour of the garage area and even introduced to a mechanic and the head of the parts department. The place felt cohesive, whole, unified. If I hadn't studied the competition--spoken to a gaggle of salespeople at other Chrysler dealers locally and even driven to dealers who claimed to have cars that they didn't have--I wouldn't be so effusive about Mark Weisman and the team at Central.

This is the third Jeep that I have bought at Central Chrysler and each experience has been good. Sales team here isn't bad but the service department is horrible. I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel at the end of April and after 340 miles it had 2 junk CV shafts and an oil leak. I brought it in to be fixed and they ended up having it for a week. Anytime I called for an update on repairs no one really knew what was going on with it. Once I picked it up and got home I crawled under it to see if they did a good job cleaning up after they finished the repairs and noticed there was grease all over the place and hardware missing. The price was a little less than other dealerships but not worth it because the customer service and service department are terrible. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

My experience at Central was a very positive one, in large part thanks to my salesperson, Mike Pappano. From the first time I stopped in to look at the Grand Cherokee, I felt that Mike was there to help, not to sell. He answered my questions, put no pressure on me, and took a big chunk of time out of his day to take me on a test drive and review the car with me in great detail. Although I visited other dealers and looked at other comparable models that day, I was impressed enough to come back the following day and start the negotiation process. Mike was respectful and helpful throughout. I am very pleased with my purchase. Picking up my new vehicle went very smoothly and Mike even followed up with me a couple of days later to make sure I was happy and see if I had any questions. I did, and he got back to me within minutes with an answer! You don't find that kind of service in a lot of places. I'm grateful to Mike and look forward to doing business with Central in the future.

I bought a car here years ago and had similarly bad experience. I thought I would give them another chance because I lived close by AND they had the car that I wanted (which was not a common car).The sales guy was decent enough, but then the managers did their usual BS of playing the good sales guys/bad sales guys and repeatedly haggling over little crap. Then when I went to finance office to do the final paperwork he tried to charge me for an item that sales agreed to throw in. I was literally walking out the door before he got it clarified with sales.The service is horrible. I went in for normal service and when I got my car back (really later in the day) there was black grease all over the passenger seat really? How do you not see it. Then they wanted to charge me $75 to replace wiper blades (on a car less them 6 months, the original blades were junk). I told them that top automobiles dont even charge that.Needless to say, I will never buy another car there and recommend all to stay away.

I recently purchased a brand new Challenger R/T from Central and I have to tell you I couldn't be happier. I was in contact with Jamie the Internet Manager about the purchase of my new car, and with in a few days we agreed on a price I was very happy with. I went in to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon to see the car and complete the paperwork. I was greeted by Lucy. Jamie came out and introduced herself which I thought was very nice. Lucy got a plate and went for a test drive. Lucy answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. When we came back, the sales manager had the paperwork ready and I was off to see Natalie in finance. Natalie was also fantastic, explaining all of the finance options. The whole process from the second I walked in the front door to the second we left took only about an hour! I picked up the car 2 days later. The plates were on it, sticker was done, full tank of gas, spotless and there was Lucy handing me my keys. I have nothing but the best to say about Jamie, Lucy and Natalie, My dealing with Central was flawless. This is my second brand new vehicle from Central in 3 months, the other being a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara.

The dealership was willing to work with us and figure out the best route for our finances and needs. Our saleswoman Zenia was so great! Zenia helped us find the PERFECT jeep!!!! It had everything we wanted and more! She was fun and outgoing so it made the process of trading our old car in and buying a new one easy. Even when the car was mine, she took the time to sit and explain everything about the car to me. She even helped me set up my bluetooth! :) We discussed our finances with Tom and he also did a great job making us feel at ease. I came in looking for a pre-owned Wrangler within a definite price range and mileage range. I was quite clear about this to the salesperson I was working with. I asked to test drive a pre-owned Wrangler and the salesperson brought out a new Wrangler. After the test drive, I reiterated my desire for a pre-owned car and the salesman took me inside and started to 'build your new jeep' on the computer (he was not familiar with their system and I found myself jumping in to help him speed the process along). I was very frustrated at this point and decided to take my business to another dealership. As a customer, I just want to be listened to!!

I was buying a chrysler minivan in that dealership and it wasn't good experience. Firstly the guy who I working with couldn't tell me anything about vehicle features. He just kept silence and said yes or no for my questions. I didn't notice he wanted to sell me something. Only reason why I bought that vehicle that chrysler had a real good finance offer and I just didn't want to look for another dealer and do the job I already done with them. When I paid for vehicle and came for it I realized that my manager is sick. There nothing abnormal, everybody can be sick, so I just asked them to give me another guy. They say, "yes, no problem", and then ... nothing. I was waiting about an hour, and then told them I'm going to leave. After that they invited me to sign final papers. Then they sent another guy to mount licence plates on the car. He was doing that during another 30 minutes, he must know how to do that SO long. And then he came back and told that they didn't do the state inspection and now is 7:01pm so it is to late, and I need to go back tomorrow. I said "ok" and drove away. Next day my wife drove to dealership and got inspection ticket. And after that she drove home and decided to put floor mats into the floor. But there were not floor mats! Those guys just forgot to give me them! And there also were not wireless headphones which suppose to be there! So I called to dealership and must went back for mats and headphones. And next day I realized there should be rechargeable flashlight in the vehicle but it was missed as well. I called them again, and guess what??!! they forgot about that flashlight. So freaking 3 times I had to went back to them to got everything which supposed to be in that car!I'm not going to go in any Central dealership, ever! And I would not recommend anybody to buy car from them, unless you have a whole bunch of free time for driving to them who knows how many times!

I would recommend this dealership on Tony Okoh's merits alone. He was very friendly and wanted to sell me a car, and be sure it was the car I wanted. Tony had answers to all of my questions and treated me with a great deal of respect, which, as a woman, I appreciate. Tony was fabulous!!Then there's Mr. Lombardi. It was clear to me that he didn't want to sell this vehicle to ME (the buyer), he wanted to deal with my husband. This was evidenced by the fact that he slid everything (the booklet, the keys, etc) to HIM and not to me. (My husband slid them across the desk to me.) I purchased the PursuitTrack protection, and Mr. Lombardi asked my husband if I was "going to have the car a great deal", to which my husband replied, "IT'S HER CAR." Then, and only then, did he ask ME where he could contact me to have this protection installed. I was singularly unimpressed with his treatment and quite honestly was relieved to get out of his office.Fortunately for me, my last contact with this dealership was Tony. I thanked him for his time and his help, AND his respect. And I do have the car I wanted. THANK YOU TONY OKOH!!

I did not have a good experience buying my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership due to inattentive service and rudeness when problems with the car surfaced shortly after purchase. So I generally avoided this dealership. But I've recently moved to a town nearby where the location is particularly convenient, so I decided to give it another try. Oh boy was that my mistake. The customer service rep tried very hard, but it was clear that he hadn't been given adequate training, nor could he command the resources internally to make anything happen. My biggest complaint is that in addition to just not addressing several requests I left on the instructions sheet, there were several things they did do where they utterly failed. One example: I asked for a backup key, as I had lost my spare. They cut me a spare, charged me $280 for it, and then when I put it in the ignition, it just flat out didn't work and wouldn't turn. They attributed that to a "poor cut" and would need to keep me several hours to "redo" it. I didn't have the time so simply wanted a credit refunding a key that DIDN'T WORK and they made that time-consuming, generally painful even though it was their fault, and the cashier was rude and terribly unhelpful. Moreover, they took valuables out of my car without asking me to do so to put in their safe (apparently to safeguard from their own employees) and when I arrived on a Friday at 4.30pm was told I couldn't get access until the manager came back during the day Monday. I have a job, and had to take more time off just to come reclaim what I assumed I could trust wouldn't be stolen. The issues go on and on: the engine light they said they fixed immediately came back on upon departing the lot, etc etc. Warning: poor work, poor dealership, avoid it if you can.

I went to this dealership looking for a 2014 Jeep Patriot manufacturer advertised at a set price. With barely a welcome I was told they do not have any in that price range nor are any available generally. I was not shown any new vehicles. I did take a test drive for a used car. My car was driven without permission as appraisal. Without discussing any cars I was first asked to complete a credit application. The focus was on getting me to leave with a new car and as soon as I stated that I would not make an impulse buy, nor drive off with a new car today I was dismissed. I was not offered a business card nor even a handshake. The whole attitude was not enthusiastic, welcoming or even willing to make an effort with me. As I was in dealership the Jeep website stated this dealership had 17 models of what I was looking for, another local dealer had 39. I was not offered to see even one. I would not recommend this dealership.

I was on the auto mile looking at SUV's, we drove into Central and looked at a 2012 Town & Country, I had not planned to buy a minivan, but it had more interior room for our four teenagers. We looked at it the saleswoman came out, we took it for a test drive. No prices on the vehicle, we had to go inside for pricing. Should have been a red flag. After a lot of "what can we do to get you in this vehicle today?" We left to think about it. I checked Edmunds, Kelley blue book, prices and reviews on the vehicle. The following week we went back in, dreading the whole car buying experience, but prepared to negotiate. We came to a price, left a deposit, signed the paperwork because my husband couldn't come back the next to pick it up with me. I was happy with the deal I made. Later that night, a friend asked to see a photo, I went on the website and was shocked to see the Internet price was $2500 less than the price I was given in the showroom. $1000 less than the agreed price. Should I have checked that, yes probably, but I didn't think about it to be honest. Is that legal? I'm not sure, I thought there were laws about false advertising. I know it's not ethical, it's offensive and its a shady business practice in my opinion. I called the next morning, understandably upset, they " couldn't find" the ad even though I had seen the ad, with the same VIN #, at 2am. Clearly they took it down, immediately. After offering free oil changes for a year, we came to an agreement, they gave me a remote start. I was not happy with the way Central does business, but everything was signed and I needed a vehicle. I did cancel the warranty I was going to buy. Picked it up on Friday, had to bring it back on Monday for a sticker, There was a problem with the seats, I wanted to put the remote start in at the same time so I wouldn't waste another day. Went back on Thursday, 9:30 am, rude, dismissive service rep. Got a loaner with their logo all over it, got a series of phone call because apparently no one knew what was going on. Finally got out of there at 3pm after being chastised for being 11 minutes early, I had told them I had to work at 4.I responded to the survey they sent me, Tom, the customer Service manger told me he'd get back to me, I was waiting to hear back before I posted a review, that was a week ago. I guess I won't be hearing from him. I got a lot of lies, a lot of excuses, I didn't get good customer service. This is why people don't trust car salesmen. Don't trust Central Motors, seriously shady.

It was awesome and I love my Jeep Patriot. Everything went very smooth and was done in a timely manner. Everyone was great and made it more of an experiance then just a transaction. My parents are looking at the jeep liberty or Patriot and they live out of town and I told them that they should check them out when they come down to visit.

I had to bring my new Chrysler 300S back 4 times for the exact same reason, the Air Bag Icon kept coming on. Not a huge deal but the manual said to bring it in immediately. After each repair the Icon would remain off for a couple of days then come back on. Finally the fourth time I brought it in they said I would need a part ordered to fix it. This is the part that really irks me, they had my car and I told them that I really wanted it fix prior to the weekend and that I did NOT want to have to drive the minivan all weekend and to please fix it before I had to leave for home (I live an hour away) They never called but said they left a message late Friday afternoon that my car was ready to be picked up. Great I'm 3/4 the way home up Rt 128 in bumper to bumper traffic. I thought I would just bring the rental back on Monday. Monday arrives and I go to pick up my car and they want to charge me $115.00 for the rental of a car I didn't even want to use??? So they waste my time bringing the car back FOUR times for the same reason (never an apology) and then want to charge me for the rental when the service advisor never contacted me directly (he had my work and cell number). It gets better, after I saw the charge from Enterprise Rental I called the Service Manager and after a lengthy explanation he told me he would credit me for the rental.ALL LIP SERVICE... He never followed through, I eventually wrote him a letter to ask why he never credited me and to call me back to discuss. I waited 5 days and HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Finally, I called him and he started to change the account of what actually happened...REALLY? You need to lie about $115.00? Next he said "if I gave an extra day of car rental to every person I would go out of business" Yeah, except you had my beautiful new car, the car I wanted for the weekend, and I had your crappy minivan rental. You would think that a dealership that claims they are a FIVE STAR dealership would handle things much more professionally. My guess is the FIVE STAR rating is on a scale of TEN STARS...I like my car so if you like the Chrysler 300, go for it, but do yourself a HUGE favor and steer clear of this dealership and advise anyone you like to do the same.

I went in to look at the Challenger on a busy weekend day--but who has weekdays free to look for cars? When I got there it took more than 15 minutes to get a salesman. There was no one at the "check in" desk--or rather there were always people there but no one had the inclination to greet. (I understand it was busy; that's a failure of whoever set up the schedule. But it only takes five seconds to say "someone will be with you in a few minutes".) Finally someone got around to saying hi, and I got assigned one of the worst sales people I've had to interact with in a while. He sat me down while he finished up with another customer, then, when I told him I was here to test drive a Challenger, tried to sell me on another car, and finally flat-out refused to let me test drive it. After hemming and hawing he drove me to their auxiliary lot with some other random customer (why?!) and let me sit in one. Oooh. Aaah. Could have done that in the show room. Then he went back and wanted me to put money down to get a test drive. Haha, no. Bye! They do have an on-site cafeteria, which meant I could sit there and eat and think about a polite way to tell him this had been a giant waste of all our times. Joke's on them. I ended up buying a nice AWD R/T Charger--from another dealer. Their loss.

I gave Central Jeep this rating because they deserve it. Did great job of outlining my options in my car search new/used. Were very open and fair with trade in discussions and made things work with the lease payment. When picking up the car Lance spent great amount of time making sure I was aware of all the new features added to the new 2012 wrangler. I would recommend this dealership group to other because of the price, friendliness and the overall experience.

I was expecting a "typical" car buying experience (i.e. the back and forth on price with the sales person checking with the manager that kills half the day), but I did my research and Central was aggressive on their price so it was a painless process.

The experience was great. The sales department worked with me to show me different trucks. Once I found the truck that I wanted they worked very hard to get me the price that I was comfortable with. I would recommend Central Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Norwood.

I have bought 7 Jeep Grand Cherokees from this dealership since 1993. I have always been treated respectfully & fairly-----would never think of going anywhere else for my Jeeps. Previous models were all the Limited----this time I went way out & got the Overland Summit! Thank you Central for finding me what I wanted ( and then some)-----you are the best!!!!

They worked very hard to get to a price that worked for me. We had a small delay in getting paperwork signed but the whole team worked to make sure we got everything squared away later that same day and everything worked out great.

Visited dealer to view vehicle which was in advertised with the asking price. The salesman confirmed advertised price for car but when an offer was made for the same car, it was increased by $5000.00. When I questioned the manager about the difference in the price I was told that the price advertised in the Internet was not correct even though the salesman had 20 minutes earlier confirmed the lower price. Obviously I walked out.

WE HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY AND BLATANTLY PROFILED AT ANY BUSINESS EVER BEFORE. That said, we should have looked at the customer ratings here even before we bothered to enter the door. Clearly management does not care what customer feedback is nor whether their sales force is interested in selling cars. We need to buy a 3 row vehicle for our business within he next 2 weeks. We went with 2 small children to look at the new Durango, gave our name and waited for 15 minutes after which we were told it would be 10 more minutes before we could be helped. Fair enough. I left my cell number with the front desk to call me so we could go next door to look at the Acadia at the sister GMC dealership where, by the way, we recieved fantastic service. Needless to say, we never received a call. When we went back on our own an hour later, the front desk claimed they gave my number to a sales associate who, of course never called me. A salesman named Tony Oko (forgive me the spelling as he refused to give me a business card ... AND BLATANTLY PROFILED AT ANY BUSINESS EVER BEFORE. We left OUR business card with the front desk and still want to buy an American car from a company that is trying to turn things around. Sad, even if the product may be awesome (we never got a chance to find out), but the people behind it at this dealership appear to have no idea or concern over how to conduct business. We will go elsewhere - that's our privilege as Americans. Still, we left feeling that this dealership profiled us based on appearance and, dare I say, race?

I have purchased a new 2011 Dodge Charger R/T AWD Max and the Forward Collision Warning (FCW) has not been functional since I bought the vehicle. On top of it all my main reason for purchasing this vehicle was specifically for the Forward Collision Warning Alert System. I dropped off my vehicle at Central Motors in Norwood, MA to have it repaired. I dropped if off on 8/15/11 and picked it up on 8/17/2011. I tested the Forward Collision Warning Alert System and it is still not functioning!! This is completely unacceptable after purchasing a nearly $40,000 vehicle!!! I tested the FCW once more at home, and I very, very, slowly inched closer to my garage door until I bumped it and the Forward Collision Warning Alert System DID NOT ALERT ME WHATSOEVER! Now I have a brand new 2011 Dodge Charger R/T AWD Max package, nearly $40,000 with scratches on my front end bumper!!! I will NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE ANOTHER CHRYSLER VEHICLE!! I should have gone and purchased a beautiful Acura TL for nearly the same price, with an outstanding customer service department. They actually employ individuals who are COMPETENT in performing their jobs, unlike the incompetent Service Representative Brandon and the Service Department Shop Foreman, who are completely, and utterly incompetent.The Salesman Joe Haskins assured me before I purchased this vehicle that the FCW would audibly and visually alert me once the front of the vehicle was close enough to another vehicle! Perhaps this is precisely why Chrysler Motors should have not been bailed out by taxpayer dollars, and allowed to FAIL! The free market should have decided the fate of Chrysler, and the end result would have been that no one would want to purchase an unreliable and overpriced Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep vehicles! Perhaps Chrysler LLC CEO Mr. Sergio Marchionne should investigate Central Motors and other dealerships who are going to bankrupt his company.

we purchased many vehicles from chrysler auto group and it seams like we were treated so badly first on the day we were picking up our grand caravan the salesman couldn't answer any of our question about anything his words to us was he doesn't know anything about chryslers they installed a dvd player and lost the remote to it so they said they would order a new one and call us well the new remote came in they never called us so after 3 months we called and they said they sent it back the right rear lens on the van was scratched they said they were ordering a new one and 4 months late we had to get on them it seamed that we kept calling we even went to the office manager see they passed us around so much because the salesman who sold us the van either quit or was fired the day after we picked up the van the dvd player was installed incorrectly because it's very hard getting a dvd in it also we were told the van had 1 mile on it when we picked it up it actually had 100 miles on it we have made many request as to having someone go over the van so we would understand some of the options on it that we quite don't understand also we were not given the anti theft info that was suppose to come with it we stumbled accross it under the center console which is not accessible we purchased this vehicle in october 2010 and we are very disastified with the treat we got nobody should be treated this way after months we finally got the remote but they had the company mail it directly to our home 5 months later i think we were patient still haven't gotten anyone to go over the van with us and the book is really no help it's mostly for the town and country even though it says grand caravan thank you for allowing me to post my opion

I have purchased several cars in my driving career. but have never had a such a wonderful experince as when I purchased my 2008 mercedes C300. My saleman Joe Mclean is a true salesman without being pushy. He has a very good intuition about people and what car will work for them! He was patient and calm, he answered all my questions and eased all my concerns. He spent time with me and eased me thru the process of loan application all the way through to me driving out of the dealership with my new car. I have and will recommened Joe Mclean as a GO To salesman and Central as the Dealership to work with.

I had been thinking about buying a new vehicle for a long time. When I finally decided to take the plunge I went to Central and had an excellent sales experience with Joe McLean. Not only did he have a tremendous amount of knowledge and was very easy to work with, Joe found me a used vehicle that had all the features and more than I wanted for less then what I wanted to spend. Joe and Tom in the business office were friendly and made my car-buying experience smooth and virtually stress free. From the beginning my experience was above what I expected. I have a 2004 jeep liberty which I crashed . They made sure that I got a 2010 jeep liberty to drive during the repair time which only took two weeks to fix. They changed my rear differential and rear end suspension. My truck feels better than when I first got it. Drives even better than the rental I had. I made a smart choice bringing it to these guys. If you need a good collision center I rate this one above all the rest. Thank you to the technician who worked on it , I could tell he loved my truck the way I do. Took the time to vaccum and wash it for me. Thanks A+++

The service at Central Chrysler Jeep and Dodge of Norwood was excellent. My salesman, Joe McLean, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Joe was able to answer any questions I had and made me feel very confident in buying my car. Joe offered additional services that I didn't know existed and I'm glad that I was able to choose which options were best suited for me. Mike from financing was also a great help as he quickly got me approved for a loan and made the payment process timely and painless. Overall purchasing my car was a great experience and I will (and have) recommend Central Chrysler Jeep and Dodge to friends and family.

Great deal on a used vehicle. The service was great. They basically bent over backwards for me. My old car died (10 years old). I saw the used vehicle I wanted online, but couldn't get to the dealership. The salesman, drove the vehicle out to me, and I loved it! It was low miles, affordable, and clean as a whistle. It had everyting I wanted for extras & the price was right. I had some credit issues, and they really worked with me to get the financing done. Thanks for that, Mike! I know you wnet above & beyond what you needed to do. My salesman, too, was Joe & I agree with the other posts...he was excellent.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. The salesman, Joe McLean worked very hard to find the right vehicle for me. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Pricing was excellent. Financing was fast & a great rate. The service was fantastic. All questions were answered. Closing documents were prepared efficiently & quickly. I highly recommend this dealership. They've really got their act together. And I recommend Joe as the salesman. I've purchased many cars over the years from multiple dealerships, and I don't think I've ever had a better experience.

I found the dealership at Central Chrysler in Norwood and the salesperson Joe to be very friendly,and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and answered any questions that we had. They gave us a good price on the vehicle. Our overall experience was great.... and when the need arises again we will be back to purchase another car from Joe at Central Chrysler in Norwood. I recommend this dealership and the salesperson to anyone I know looking for a new or used car, jeep, or Van.

I was given friendly service and was able to find the exact model with limited milage for the price I was willing to pay. From start to finish they took good care of me. Joe treated me like I was buying a new BMW or Ferrari and made sure even after selling the car that I was still happy with the purchase.

I brought my parents here to look for a vehicle and the salesman had us standing outside in 95 degree sun for 20-30 minutes.My mom is 72 and my dad is 78. This was the start of our bad experience and it never got any better. I would NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Stay far away from this company! Far Away. Had a problem with their JustForJeeps Department. Let me explain, the "founder" Peter when calling about a product that they sent me that was wrong and faulty, threatened me, swore, and when I said I would be reporting them to the BBB, he said he will call the cops on me. Well, news to them I work for the Police Department in WA. But at 1am (PST) I started receiving prank phone calls from this Peter guy, on a police issued cell phone. We called the phone company as he was blocking the number and they said it was coming from a cell tower in MA. Grown men prank calling at 1am. We blocked all incoming numbers from their area code into the cell phone, as well as all blocked and unknown numbers. Though nothing illegal done yet, still made a report to the Sergeant of the Day in Boston. Point is, if this is who this place employs, stay FAR away. I would not want my personal information held by people like this.

I bought my Jeep here. It had to be ordered. I was told it would be in in three weeks. It ended up taking almost three months. I felt the price was reasonable.I feel their service department charges the most of all area Jeep dealerships.My main gripe is with their Body Shop. I hit a deer when my "new" Jeep was three months old. I told them how important it was that it be fixed properly since it was so new and I intended to keep it for a long time and even said that if they didn't have the time to do it carefully, I could take it somewhere else.I got it back, empty light sockets were dangling under the truck, there was a heavy layer of white powder all over the back seats and floor, they didn't remove trim to paint but instead painted around it leaving tape marks, painted over paint without preparing the surface, so the paint started peeling off, left a hole the size of a dime between the floor panel and the firewall so water comes in, and charged me for parts on an invoice that were completely obvious that they did not replace, and even charged me for things that are not even on my vehicle ($25 for a license plate bracket and it didn't have one when it went in, and didn't have one when it came out). The bumper was still scraped up when I got it back, but it said they replaced the bumper. Before I even left the body shop I noticed a large panel on the front had deep gouges in it from the accident but yet it said they replaced that panel and charged me (my insurance company) for it. When I said something, they PULLED THE PART OFF A NEW JEEP IN THE PARKING LOT AND PUT IT ON MINE.The icing on the cake was when I was driving home and had no heat or ventillation because they never hooked the system back up, and the star on the top of their 5 star rating was when the fan flew off of my engine and came through the hood because it was not bolted back on.Thanks for taking such good care of my car and charging me for a bunch of things you didn't replace.I wouldn't go back.
