This was by far the best dealership I had bought a used car with as they were honest and most helpful. Cheryl was patient and provided all the information I needed to feel comfortable and travel two hours and look at a vehicle that I end up leaving with. In addition, they were willing to meet with me on their day off to allow me to test drive and look at other vehicles. So far the car has been reliable with no issues. Highly recommend Central City Auto West.

I'm so proud of my truck. I got a great deal from Dave. Great help from Cheryl. Fast and friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone. I drove 600 miles for my truck. You do the math...its a great deal.. thanks Dave and Cheryl.

Central City Auto is hands down the best place to buy a new vehicle! Friendly, understanding, and willing to go above and beyond to help you get in the rig of your dreams. I would recommend Central City Auto to any young person wanting to finance a vehicle for the first time. I will definitely be returning when it's time for a upgrade!!! Thanks 🙂🙂🙂 *After 3 months of owning the vehicle* Literally less than a week after purchase, my truck wouldn't start. So I called CCA, and was told that it was a "as is" sale. $921 dollars later, a professional Chevy dealer in town said that the part that needed changed was not only for a Ford, but the truck I purchased had been in this Chevy dealer shop a couple weeks prior and it was determined that the truck wasn't even safe to drive, let alone worth the money I paid for it. So be extremely careful, thorough, and really question why a vehicle would be a "as is" sale, but you're paying so much. Central City Auto is not what it seems whatsoever. My view has changed drastically as I've put more and more and more money into this truck that I purchased. But! I was told multiple times that "it's a great buy! Stealing deal! Runs amazing!". Be careful.

I walked in to buy a car after food poisoning and a rough few days in Great Falls. GF had what I wanted but for way too much and their salesmen were a pain. I stepped onto the lot of Central City Auto, ready to give up, and told them what I wanted and he dropped the keys in my hand for a test drive. An hour later i had a new car! My new car is beautiful, the staff friendly and informative, and the paperwork cost less than $100. Will definitely be doing my business there again.
