Recently purchased a new F150 from Central Ford in Ahoskie NC. This is home-town service in a small community that provides excellent service and a very competative price. I have purchased several Fords from Central over the years and I keep coming back. Their price is always in line with the "Big Boys" in larger cities, and the service is always friendly. They located the truck I wanted- I committed to it on Friday and drove off in it on Monday. Could not beat the experience.

At the moment my vehicle is not a Ford but I do have all my repair services done here. The staff are all kind and wonderful. Not everyone or every facility has that demeanor during our given time. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change, not only did I get my car service in a quickly manner, I was offered water and popcorn, staff went above and beyond to make customers feel at home. I got my oil change, tires rotated, battery, brakes, tires and air filter checked, was offered a loaner car when I arrived, was feed pop corn and water. What else can a girl asked for, great experience all around. I love Central Ford.....

I went in to have my old car serviced. While I was waiting, I decided to walk around and browse some of the vehicles on the lot. I met one of the sales people named Dale, and prepared to fend him off since I wasn't looking to buy anything. He wasn't pushy, and told me about some of the rebates and specials that they were having at the time. To be honest it sounded to good to be true. It did get my interest though. Long story short, he was telling me the truth, and I left with a new car and my payment was less than what I paid on my old car 10 years ago!I wish I had looked into buying earlier. I'm saving a lot of money on gas and don't have to worry about any more repairs for a long time. Oh, and they also didn't charge me for having my old car serviced. I'd recommend them.

I went to Central Ford looking for a nice used car. I found the vehicle that I wanted at a price lower than the big city dealerships. I actually bought my car for less than the Kelly Blue Book Value. The car is perfect! Seriously, it's like new! My salesperson (Dale) was so easy to talk to. He patiently answered all of my questions, and I never felt like I was being rushed. Super-friendly! Recommended!!

Brought vehicle in for blowing hot air with a/c on. Was told had a bad temperature control actuator and dash would have to be removed for repair. Was given an estimate of almost $1000 for repair including 9 hours of labor. Brought to advisors attention that Mitchell labor guide only called for .8 hour and dash did not need removed. Advisor persisted in her lie. I took this to another dealer who did the repair for $225 who did not need to remove the dash. This kind of dishonesty gives other dealerships a bad reputation.
