Service advisor Anthony was great! The problem was once I picked up car it was completely ransacked ! Don't leave anything in your car!!! I have never felt so violated. I had 2 modems that needed to be returned to company gone, missing hub cap and missing cash not much but I know it was there, those are the only things I noticed who knows what else was taken. I have always gone to this location but never again!!

As far as new car dealerships go I give Central Cadillac of Houston a good rating. Inventory was a little short , but that was due to the pandemic and all new car dealers are having difficulties in getting new vehicles right now. The sales staff was outstanding especially my salesperson Mr. T. Mooney. I also find the location very convenient. All in all, I had a great experience, and drove out with a fantastic automobile.

I went in a few days ago to get my car serviced as I was already having a bad day at work I didn’t think it was going to go well here. Upon arrival a gentleman I believe named Julio was so helpful and courteous he understood my frustration and made the process of my service much faster than expected! I really do recommend this place to everyone I know and to look for the great exceptional employee named JULIO!

I recently got my new 2020 vehicle form Central Houston Cadillac, I had the best customer service from Kimberly Bell. She was there by my side throughout the whole process, she was kind, sweet, attentive and detailed. Kimberly answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and safe. I recommend you got see Kimberly Bell, she's awesome! I am very happy with my car!
