I visited central Houston Nissan to purchase a car and I met Mona in the big building where they sell new cars. She was super helpful, nice, and understanding. She is a great listener and even let me take home a new Nissan kicks to show my boyfriend. I loved the car so much I came back the next day and bought if from her at a great price! Thank you Mona and Central Houston Nissan. Super nice people and great service!

Mr. Raul Martinez was really helpful when it came to purchasing my new car! He was nice, patient and professional and made the whole process run smoothly! He was the perfect sales rep I could’ve used. He exceeded all my expectations, not to mention, he speaks perfect Spanish as well so that was a plus. Impressive experience. 10/10 would recommend! Very friendly and professional service staff. I was amazed to see how well everything was organized. Once I dropped of my car for service, I started getting the updates from my advisor Joseph Mejia on the car inspection, service etc. Once the car was ready not only they send you text but they personally call you to make sure you haven't missed the text message. Personally I was very much impressed with the amount of effort this dealership has put on to provide an awesome customer service.

I was very satisfied with my buying exp at Central Hou Nissan. I was esp impressed w sales rep Fernando Ortega. He was friendly, professional and diligent...he went the extra mile crafting a deal that we could both agree upon. Sev times we came to an impasse, but Fernando consistently kept the negotiations on track, devoting sev hours of his expertise to achieve a resolution. He actually made the car-buying exp "not awful"! In my mind that is the highest compliment. I would heartily endorse the Central Hou Nissan "combo" experience...a state of the art facility staffed by exceptional employees like Fernando Ortega: they are both a credit to the Nissan brand!
