They made my car buying experience delightful and hassle free. They listened and understood what I needed and helped create a deal that fit exactly what I went in looking for. Sales person Dustin was awesome and his manager was awesome. But overall we walked around the whole lot before they saw us and stepped out. No one else bothered to check on us. While nice not getting hounded, a little disconcerting that it took that long for us to be greeted and helped.

I was very fortunate to be able to find a car that was made for me in such a short amount of time here at Central Hyundai. I came in after going to many other dealerships, and feeling defeated as my car was totaled due to a tree falling on it. When i arrived Carlos was there to help me find exactly what i was looking for. I ended up going back the next day, and had to have the 2022 Hyundai Tucson. Carlos was great and was on top of making sure I was making the right decision. Peter and Tyler also helped through the buying process and they were amazing as well. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to check out the guys at Central Hyundai Plainfield, Carlos is your go to guy.

Great car buying experience. Sales rep (Dan) was polite and very pleasant. He had a great sense of humor, which is important to me. He wasn't pushy or condescending (which I have experienced in the past). He listened and as soon as I found that my initial choice really didn't meet my needs, he listened to my reason and provided me with the vehicle I ultimately bought. Over the years I have run into the proverbial pushy car dealership, especially it seems because I was a woman alone. Not the experience at this location. I was treated with respect and didn't receive any kind of "sales pitch". Even the paperwork process was handled professionally, politely and efficiently. Kudos to everyone at this dealership. It was a pleasant experience for sure.
