I went into Central Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram on Sunday to inquire about a 2016 Dodge Challenger SXT Plus and long story short, I ended up driving it home today. From the moment I walked in, I had a good feeling about the business and Robert Costa, my customer service hero, helped me every step of the way. I'm new to doing business with a dealership and he made me feel 100% comfortable and confident in my decision. He took the time to assess my needs, get to know me personally, and help me find the perfect match. As of today, I am the proud owner of a black 2016 Dodge Challenger SXT Plus and at 23 years old, that is a substantial milestone in my life. Robert Costa isn't a salesman. He isn't there to make a sale and cash in on a commission. He's a hero, plain and simple. He treated me like a friend and talked to me like a friend. His extensive knowledge on automobiles is wonderfully impressive, his sense of humor is brilliant, and he's a on-the-whole amazing person. I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured or rushed. He took hours out of his day on Sunday to answer every question I had and assist me in making a decision that I couldn't be happier with. His outstanding customer service was neverending, keeping me updated on the status of my automobile throughout the deal, all the way up to the point of signing the final paperwork and taking my keys in one hand while happily shaking his hand with the other. I don't know how else to describe my experience other than perfect. My expectations were exceeded by a landslide and I couldn't be happier with everything I've received in the past three days. I have to give Robert Costa and Central Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, my highest of recommendations. I couldn't thank Robert enough and I am eternally grateful for everything he's done for me. Robert really went above and beyond and I look forward to all future business endeavors with him.

After a horrible experience with another dealership in MA I was blessed to have contacted Central Jeep. As a women with a serious disability I was looking for a new Jeep but it was imperative it have certain features. My CT dealership did not have any that met my needs. My first call was to Dan Silver who assured me they would assist. He then gave my call to Mike Galuski. I knew when I made the call that I was basically looking for a needle in a haystack but they never gave up. It took a couple of weeks but they found me the perfect new Jeep that met every one of my needs and allows me to add accessibility features. They were incredibly, kind, compassionate and understanding. They then sent their employees to CT to register it for me. My local dealer is an angel and told me to stop by when I got it and he would show me everything. When their manager realized where I bought it he said he knew them and they were the nicest people ever. That is quite a compliment coming from another dealer. I am so incredibly grateful to Mike and Dan and this dealership. By finding me the perfect Jeep to meet my disability needs they truly gave me back my freedom! I love, love, love my new Jeep! And Central Jeep seriously rocks! I'm now back on the road in the perfect vehicle! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I've owned jeeps for over 25 years and have had multiple service experiences. the lack of professional treatment from Raynham Jeep is disheartening. I booked an appointment for a re-call which took 4 phone calls with 2 non-call backs from the dealer. Having an 8:30AM appointment on a Monday I was then told they were backed up and I needed to have my vehicle left for the day. I explained this was not communicated to me and I was unable to leave my vehicle for the whole day. They told me to rent a car. The service was then explained to me that they could only confirm it was an issue, then book another appointment to have it partially addressed. Again, first I was told of this process.I left the dealership. Upon discussing my "issue" with two other dealers I was told the re-call parts are not even ready and it is useless to book an appointment until a fix and its parts are ready. needless to say I will not be making purchases in the the very near future for my wife and daughter's new vehicles at this dealership. I understand re-call work can be difficult for a dealer but it is part of the buying/service agreement they need to commit to if they want re-peat business

I worked with Adam Silver, Kelsie, Jamar, and John from financing and purchased a new Jeep Laredo within 10 minutes of arriving. I Never felt pressured and didn't have to waste any time haggling. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Central Dodge and I am a customer for life. Next year when I purchase a truck I plan on calling Adam to have my truck ready for me when I arrive. If you don't believe it was that easy, go there for yourself. Every staff member there had a smile on their face and greeted me. It was definitely different seeing this many people happy to be working. The only thing they didn't do for me was rub my back. This vehicle was an anniversary gift for my wife who was very excited to see her new car in the driveway and thanks to Central Dodge they made it happen stress free. I can't say enough good things about everyone there. I originally wasn't taking the vehicle home because the purchase was made later in the evening, but thanks to John, he made me a happy man and when I got home I had a happy wife who gave me that back rub they didn't give me, haha. Whether you are a car expert, or someone like myself who knows very little about cars, Michael can explain (and re-explain) anything you ask. He was very easy-going and gave us no pressure into buying a car even though we couldnt make a decision right away. When we finally did decide to buy a new Jeep- Michael became our personal Apple IPhone consultant as he was helping us rename my all of my families IPhones to show up on the screen correctly. I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Central Jeep in Raynham and I couldnt be happier. The entire experience, from my first visit to the dealership through taking delivery of my new Jeep was excellent! For starters, when you arrive the salesman are not waiting to pounce on you as soon as you step out of your car. This was something that had steered me away from other dealers. My salesman, Gary, was a pleasure to do business with. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles and patiently answered all my questions. During my first visit I test-drove a 2015 model that had a black interior. At the end of the test drive I explained that I wanted to think about the car and decide whether or not it was the one for me. Gary gave me his contact information and told me to call with any questions, no pressure. After some research I decided on the 2016 model with a tan interior and found the exact car I wanted online at another dealer quite a distance away. When I called Central Chrysler I spoke with Adam as it was Garys day off and he quickly got back to me stating he could obtain the car I wanted for the price I stated I was willing to pay. The very next day Gary called to say the car was on the lot. I arrived to view the vehicle and Gary suggested a test drive to ensure this was the right vehicle for me, after which it was a quick and painless process to sign the paperwork. I returned the next day to pick up my beautiful new Jeep and Gary made sure before I drove away that I understood the vehicles many features. If you are in the market for a new car and want a no pressure, pleasurable buying experience I highly recommend you go and see Gary and Adam at Central Jeep!

My family and I just bought a Dodge Journey and we love it. We went in expecting to be treated like another number also like we would have salesmen hounding us, to our surprise we were treated like we were family. Everyone was so very nice. My wife and I went to Central to purchase a Jeep for her a few months ago. Our sales consultant was Gary Rose and he was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my wife's questions. The experience was so great, that a few months later when I decided it was time to trade in my Jeep for a newer model I went back to Central to see Gary again. He remembered who I was and after I gave him my long list of "must haves" and the budget/payment I wanted to stick to, he narrowed it down to two options for me to see. The only feature missing was a tow package which Gary said he would have installed in whichever vehicle I chose the following day so it would be all set for me to pick up after work. I arrived the next day and Gary held his word, my new Jeep was parked right in front sparkling clean with the equipment installed and ready to go. I had a great experience getting my new vehicle through Chrysler of Raynham. I was upside down in my current vehicle and felt stuck with it. I wanted a newer car with more technology but I didnt think I was eligible. My salesman Gary Rose discussed the benefits of leasing and while I was highly skeptical, he ensured me every step of the way. No matter how many questions I asked he answered them for me. I initially was interested in leasing a Chrysler 200 because I thought it would be affordable (even though I didnt love the look of it), but Gary showed me a bright red 300 that I fell in love with. While I didnt think it was possible for me to get it, he made it happen. He made sure to get me every discount I was eligible for in order to get the car within my budget, and he allowed me to make sure I didnt settle when purchasing my vehicle. I made sure to get all the bells and whistles instead of just settling on a car that didnt really have all the features I wanted. I was very particular about what I wanted and what I liked and he made sure to provide me with multiple options until we found the car I loved. The process was extremely fast and effortless on my end which made the entire experience so much better. There is nothing worse than sitting at a dealership for an entire day. The longest wait in getting my vehicle had to do with my insurance company being slow with sending my paperwork. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the salesmens genuine desire to get me what I truly wanted at a price I could afford and for being so thorough in answering all of my questions.

Just got a used car from this place a few weeks ago... They buying process was complicated for me because being busy at work I couldn't dedicate a day or two and go visit dealerships and check the cars that I chose online. Once I reached out to Central things got much easier. My sales agent was Todd Desjardins. When I told him that I could only come on the weekend which would be in 5 days, he offered to drive 40 miles and bring the car to me, right to my office for me to look at. The car was great, as beautiful as on pictures, ran and felt great so I put down a deposit immediately. Its a competitive market and if you want to be successful you need to go a little further than your competition in your service to the client. It looks like guys at Central do get that. Wanted to purchase a new jeep renegade, went to another dealership first which was really busy and couldn't even give me a "hey be right with you, or could you come back at another time?" So I left that dealer, and looked up another on my phone, called and got in touch with Tommy Verola, told him what I was looking for and 30 min later he had a vehicle ready to go to test drive. I was getting very discouraged at the car buying process. I had been to several dealerships in the area and always left disappointed and more confused than ever. I saw a car on Central's website, and thought ok I'll go look at it but I didn't get my hopes up. I walked around outside and Tommy Verola approached us within minutes. I was lucky to be helped by a salesman named Dave Gilday. I found him to be honest and upfront. He was not trying to SELL ME he was truly interested in what type of vehicle I would be happy with. I must of asked a ton of questions and he was very patient. He made my car buying experience awesome!!! I want to thank the general manager Adam Silver he quoted me a price and followed through there were no surprise when I got to the finance department. Speaking of the finance department the gentleman there was also good. He did not pressure me into adding any extras that I did not want. Overall EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

I was in the market for a 2015 Grand Cherokee Altitude for a few months. When I stopped into Central Raynham, I met with Frank Schiavulli. I knew exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. Although Central did not have my vehicle in stock, the test drive, negotiation and formalities of purchasing the new vehicle was done in under 90 minutes. Central located the model and color of Jeep that I wanted and I picked it up a couple of days later. The was the third vehicle I had purchased from Central and the transactions are getting smoother. Frank was a true gentleman and personifies professionalism. Thanks Frank!!!

I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. Everyone that works there is so nice. The sales people don't try to pressure you to buy. The salesman took his time with me and went through every option so that I could find the perfect vehicle for me. Adam, the General Manager was great! Very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car buying process and a he has a great personality to be around. Mike G, the sales consultant spent so much time with me and was so nice. Mike knew everything about every detail of my car, as if he drove one himself. I have never been so confident in buying a vehicle! I would recommend no other dealership to my friends and family.

We bought a 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland what a great vehicle. A special THANK YOU to Chad Gray who was very helpful, patient with us. It was very cold outside to search for the perfect vehicle, but we found it!! We are Very Happy with it!! The staff was very nice as well. I didn't buy my Jeep at Central, but had all my service work done there. That is, until I needed a cylinder head repair done under warranty (check engine light was coming on). I was told by the service department that it was a four month wait because the dealership was only ordering one cylinder head per month. I could not get an inspection sticker without having the work performed, so I asked to talk with the manager (Adam Silver). He told me if I had bought the Jeep there he would do the work, but otherwise it would tie up several techs for a couple of days so I was on my own. I called around and every other Jeep dealership could do the warranty work that week. It took a single tech approximately 1 day to complete the work. I won't be bringing my Jeep back to Central...

I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and it was such a pleasant experience. The salesman was helpful but the general manager, Adam Silver, was over-the-top accommodating and made us feel as if we were his most valuable customers. Ron, in the Parts Department, was actually able to save us a 1 1/2 hour drive by sending what we needed UPS, free of charge. It was so refreshing to have such a stress-free experience purchasing a car. Next time I need another vehicle, I will head back to Central!

Called Gary Rose from another dealership because they couldn't get the color scheme I wanted. Central had the exact car on the lot in the right colors and with the package I had already seen. He was informative, calm and very collected. He was not like any 'sales guy' I had ever dealt with, and my husband and I went to Five other dealerships first. He and John made the purchase / registration / insuring of our new car so quick and painless. Thanks, Guys!

I went to get an estimate they told me they weren't sure what they'd give me for my car instead of being upfront when I was given the figures looks like they only have me 550 towards my trade and the mitsubishi loyalty program? that's pretty funny definitely will not be going back.....and also I told them what I wanted and they put me in something that was far from it....

I recently traded down my vehicle to a model that was a year older & with less features. I had a price point I needed to meet and Central not only met it, they were the ONLY dealership out of over a dozen I met with, who would or could. The other dealerships offer me half the deal with vehicles that were far less nice. The transaction went quickly & smoothly. Very happy.

This dealership was doing all my maintnece on my 2011 Ram. But when it came time to do some warranty work the service manager called to cancel my appointment and told me "take it where you bought it. We have to take care of our customers". Funny because untill the warranty work I was a customer.
