Melissa helped to get me information about a vehicle I was interested in leasing. She provided photos and went out of her way to allow us to do a lot of the work from home through an app which could reduce our time spent at the dealership. Although we decided not to purchase at the time, I would highly recommend working with her. I will seek her out to work with again if we shop for a new vehicle in the future.

George was very professional. He listened to exactly what I needed and did not try to pressure me into getting anything different. Also finance guy was good. He did go a little fast on the warranty part which made me unsure but still overall was informative.

It was a great experience. Cody was very helpful and knew what every gadget on my new Armada did. We feel like he went above and beyond what our expectations of a sales person were. The finance manager was also very helpful (I can't remember his name).

Its was a very pleasant sale experience. Stephanie Kendrick was great. My most recent visit was to have my car sent off for the ceramic coat. I pull up and sign a paper and my loner car was sitting gased up waiting on me.

Carl Deal is amazing. No betters words. My family and I had a terrible experience just right next door but Carl assured me that we wouldn't have one there. Not once did I feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. He is so knowledgeable and friendly, feels like family!! He just helped my mom purchase her new vehicle a few weeks ago. Central Nissan is LUCKY to have HIM!!

Long story short. I bought a Maxima from them with the promise that they would replace the broken sunroof deflector. Six months later, I was still fighting for it. They claimed they didn't have any in stock, but a tech slipped up and told me they had 3. They tried to tell me that they were already sold and that I couldn't have one. I told them that unless they could show me where these people had ordered their deflectors before me, I was going to sit in their service are until they put it on. They complied. I then tried to trade vehicles for a Z. They would never work with me or even call me back. I went there on two occassions. Each time, they offered me 15K for a 1 year old GLE with 10000miles...half what they sold it to me for. Then they would say that they were going to talk to the manager and would give me a call at home. I never heard from them. I now drive a BMW and would tell anyone to avoid Central Nissan in Jonesboro, AR.
