The whole shopping experience was amazing. From the beginning we were greeted and taken care of by Luis Hernandez. Never felt uncomfortably pressured. From explaining and answering all of our questions to helping us get the car suitable for our needs. The rest of the staff was friendly and cordial as well. We were even offered drinks which and our kids snacks that we greatly appreciated since we were there a couple of hours. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Jesus Mejia was our sales rep and did a FANTASTIC job assisting my wife and I. When we came into the dealership we had a fairly good idea of what we wanted which was a new Rogue, but Jesus was able to explain to us the difference between the S model and the SV model as well as recommended the appearance package which we definitely loved. I was very appreciative of the fact that he new the model VERY well and was able to get us the exact car we wanted, color and all. Next summer we will definitely be back to trade in my wife's car for a new model and we will be sure to contact Jesus again!

But I highly recommend coming to Nissan first before going to a used car dealership. Our sales rep, Ignacio, was welcoming and not pushy. He listen to what we wanted and suggest some cars. We decided on a use 2014 Versa Note, but told him that we wanted to not have to put a deposit. He was able to give us a great deal w/o have to put a deposit. Our financial rep, Jose, was also very good. He explained what is going on honestly and without persuading use to get all the bell and whistles. We did exchange the used 2014 Versa Note for a new 2015 Versa Note since we decided we should got a new car instead. Our sale rep, Ignacio, took it well and was understanding. He help us get the best new car around our budget. He did tell us in advance that the payments will be higher than the used car which we understood. We had another financial rep, Enrique, who was very funny and helpful just like Jose. All in all, it was a great experience! All the employees that helped us were very nice and attentive without being pushy. We got a great car and a great deal we are happy with. Highly recommend coming to this dealership first!

I was referred to Nissan by a friend. He told me to see one person but when I got there he was very busy so he brought me William. This was my first time at a dealership. Saleswoman Rebecca was professional and friendly. After purchasing my Altima SL I felt it was not fully equipped. She did everything to resolve my concerns. She introduced me to Dennis in Service so he could see if he could fix or install what was not equipped on my Altima SL. He could not resolve it. I later found that Nissan Company its self did not provide all the equipment on the first versions of the Altima SL and would come out with a future SL model so I would suggest if you want a fully equipped Altima SL to wait for the SL that is really the top of the line.

For a change this was a very pleasant and not stressful like so many other times I have purchased a new vehicle, Rebecca me and Connie my wife consider her a friend, she gave 110% and more to make purchasing my new car pleasant and Enrico if I spelled his name correctly the finance officer really went above and beyond to get us the best deal, especially me being completely upside down on my trade in, I didn't even think it would be possible to get out from under the old car, but the team at Central Valley Nissan made it happen and now I'm in a Brand new Car with only after driving all over Modesto with 63 miles on it, so I'm very pleased except for Nissan factory shipping nice cars out with the CHEAP wheels with CHEAP hubcaps, Nissan should be ashamed of their selfs for cheaping out on the wheels, that doesen't make any sense to me, but it is not Central Valley Nissan's fault, so I don't put that off on them, I'm already looking for some nice looking Rims to switch out with, but I think more people or buyers I think should start complaining about things like that to the Corporate management and let them know how cheap that really makes Nissan look, anyway I'm still happy and content with the service and treatment Connie and me received from the team, Rebecca & Enrica the finance guy, they were really great.Thank You GuysConnie & Mike Berwick

Richard Sweetman was my dealer, and he was great/ amazing. I spoke with him along with other auto dealers, but Richard when I told him my history credit he was truthful, and he was one that listened to me without interrupting me. When I got there he was not a what I call phony he made go eye contact and I knew he was going to help me get this car. I was using an online application through work to obtain a deal while looking for a Nissan Altima. I received a call from a Russell Calvan who works at CV Nissan and just in talking with him I knew I would be there that night when my husband came home from work. Meanwhile Russell sent us an email with what they had in stock and when we arrived we ended up purchasing the car we test drove. Russell not only made this car buying experience easy- he was very polite and friendly... never pushy and stayed with us until the end (10:30pm). To finish off our night we worked with Enrique Ibarra to "seal the deal" (financially) and this guy is funny... I mean he had us laughing to the point we didn't realize how long we had been there or the time nor did we care. I would highly recommend this place of business any time!

One of only two places in the region I could have bought my certified pre-owned for my budget and particular needs. What put Central Valley Nissan over the top though is the reception I got from ALBERTO AGUILAR. I preferred him so much so that when I wanted to return the first car for a better model, I called him directly and made arrangements to meet with him. He was kind enough to come in on an off day ready with all the Carfaxes I requested. Having commuted from San Jose, I truly appreciated his professionalism. Albert kept his word and facilitated every request I had. He is very resourceful suggesting things I didn't think of for my car. Happy with this place. From the finance staff who didn't pressure, answered our questions and bought me one month worth of car insurance to the repair shop which happily put my car up and gave me tire and brake measurements, it was all fantastic. I came in to test drive and get information on a 2015 Nissan Altima. I originally asked for an online quote and was assisted with my request right away. Although I didn't know an exact date or time I could make it in, many questions I had were answered prior so when I finally made it to meet with Jason Robert I felt very comfortable and Un pressured. We haven't purchased a vehicle since 2008. Always hate the process, but we have to say our experience yesterday was great! No pressure. It was a very smooth process. We really didn't know what we wanted but had a definite price limit. Jesus was our salesman and he was very patient and wasn't afraid to talk about different options. I was very anxious about financing a vehicle when we first began but I felt very good about our choice when we left with our new car :)The finance manager was also very pleasant and did not try to sell us 10 other things at the end.

Just bought my first new car since the last millenium from CVNissan yesterday. I had shopped around used car lots already and decided on a versa note, but hadn't decided if I would buy a 1-2 yo car or go new. I did a "build your own" on nissanusa website to explore the options available, and saved/submitted it. I had a very quick email response from Rebecca E at CVNissan offering to be of service in helping me find/recreate the Versa Note I was interested in. Spent several hours at the dealership with her the next night, where she allowed me to test drive anything I wanted, answered all my questions, reviewed options with me again, etc. I told her I needed to "sleep" on my options before making a decision and she was terrific and not pushy at all. The next morning (which was a Saturday), I emailed her some additional questions, which she answered within mere minutes back and forth a couple of times. I went down to the dealership--again, test drove--again, and finally made my decision to purchase a 2015 Versa Note from Rebecca. Throughout this whole process, she never pushed, never made me feel like she was trying to get me in or out, so she could move on to another customer looking for a higher end car, never once let me down in any portion of the process. Just bought my first new car since the last millenium from CVNissan yesterday. I had shopped around used car lots already and decided on a versa note, but hadn't decided if I would buy a 1-2 yo car or go new. I did a "build your own" on nissanusa website to explore the options available, and saved/submitted it. I had a very quick email response from Rebecca E at CVNissan offering to be of service in helping me find/recreate the Versa Note I was interested in. Spent several hours at the dealership with her the next night, where she allowed me to test drive anything I wanted, answered all my questions, reviewed options with me again, etc. I told her I needed to "sleep" on my options before making a decision and she was terrific and not pushy at all. The next morning (which was a Saturday), I emailed her some additional questions, which she answered within mere minutes back and forth a couple of times. I went down to the dealership--again, test drove--again, and finally made my decision to purchase a 2015 Versa Note from Rebecca. Throughout this whole process, she never pushed, never made me feel like she was trying to get me in or out, so she could move on to another customer looking for a higher end car, never once let me down in any portion of the process. We went into the dealership on a 'fact-finding' mission. We had not bought vehicles in 7 years (Nissan Titan & Nissan Altima) and wanted to find out about all the safety features now available, what are vehicles would be worth and how much a new vehicle would cost. Because of our primary concern for the newer safety features, we didn't think we could find a comparable pre-owned vehicle. Our specific criteria was looking for a vehicle that could comfortably seat 5 adults and their respective luggage for road trips and got good gas mileage. I had looked online at the Quest Platinum, but my wife did not like the body design and the bucket seats in the second row meant that we would lose too much luggage space by having to use at least one of the seats in the third row. Our salesperson, Dakota Anderson, directed us to a Pathfinder Platinum in my wife's favorite color and we were satisfied that vehicle met our needs.Dakota was able to explain the safety features to us and if he didn't know the answer, he immediately obtained the answer. He is very personable and a no pressure salesman. Once he turned us over to Jeff the "closer" he remained with us and continued to provide support,Dealing with Jeff was a unique pleasure in that he was creative in his negotiations to win the deal and allowed us to feel we got the best deal possible. It turned out to be the shortest negotiation session that I have ever experienced in buying a car.

I had done some research online before going into Central Valley Nissan so I had a good idea of what I wanted and my plan was to be able to walk out of there with a new car, and Dakota was able to make that happen for me, which I greatly appreciate. He even took the time to set up my bluetooth for me before I left. Everyone at Central Valley Nissan was great, but Dakota really made buying my first car an easy and smooth experience. Hands down Jason Roberts his manager Jeff and finance department Aj all provided excellent customer service. I had a great experience not once but 2 times. I did not buy a car the first time i went in which was like december of 2014 and Jason was the person who helped me the first time as well. He did not make me feel pressured to buy something i couldn't afford so i walked away with no car in hand. I visited this site again on May 28 2015 and it was about the time they were closing. I meet Jason not realizing he was the one who helped us a few months back. Even though it was closing time for him he still came out too the lot was friendly and answered the questions i had took my info down and what my price range was. When he got too work the next morning i got an email with cars that were in my price range and he even sent me pics of the cars. I had gone too a different dealer right before i went too Nissan and they said they would work on it. Jason had called me the next morning when he got too work before the other dealer even reached out too me even though i had spent 5 hours at this other dealer and 5 mins with Jason since they were closing. I made an appt for the next day looked at some cars and I am now the owner of a 2012 Nissan Sentra. I was intially looking at older cars that were in my price range but they made a newer used car fit my budget .I never thought it was possible but Thanks too to the AWSOME staff at Nissan Central Valley they made it happen. My wife and I were in the market for a 2015 Nissan Murano AWD, had been to other dealerships and test drove the vehicle. On the way to dinner after visiting family, we dropped into Central Valley Nissan to see what they had. They did not have the vehicle we wanted but guanteed they could have what we wanted there in less than 24 hours and meet the pricing we had been given at other dealerships. We were handled courteously and professionaly by Jeff Surber, the Sales Mgr and Jesus Mejia, a sales consultant and that resulted in our decision to give them a chance to perform; and they did. If you want a dedicated salesperson who will get the job done, to your specifications, look no further! We just purchased a 2015 Nissan Murano from Rebecca E.. She was amazing and we love our new SUV!! When we met Rebecca we explained that we were looking for a mid-size, gas efficient, SUV to fit our 3 Siberian Huskies. We originally went there looking for a Pathfinder but it didn't fit our Huskies needs. Rebecca then suggested the Murano and it's a perfect fit!! Throughout the entire process she went above and beyond the call of duty (including coming in on her day off to complete the transaction to our satisfaction). Since our vehicle came in from Bakersfield and did not go through the normal detailing process she did the job herself prior to us leaving the lot!!! We had the option to go to other local dealerships (which I had purchased from before) but Rebecca was instrumental in C.V. Nissan getting this wonderful car off their lot. We will return to C.V. Nissan to purchase our next vehicle, assuming Rebecca is still there. You cannot do any better than Rebecca! 5 stars across the board!!!

I have a delivery route through the Central Valley which made this dealership very convenient to visit and they had the best price on a 2014 Frontier with my options of preference in the entire state! William Palma was my sales consultant and did an outstanding job of making me feel welcome as well as explaining other options regarding the Frontier line in case I overlooked anything in making my selection. The vehicle was even less expensive than the internet price when I arrived as it had been made a Manager's Special!! We have purchased or leased cars from Central Valley Auto Nissan or Infiniti for the last 5 years. We always have the cars serviced (all servicing) at the dealerships. Its a fantastic easy process. On the rare occasion we have a warranty issue it is handle quickly and efficiently by the service department. That being said we have only had 2 issues for warranty on 7 cars.. I highly recommend this dealership. We refer people to these dealerships constantly.

Jose Brajas became a friend since we got altima last year and even up to now he'd been helping us from time to time. He's the kind of person who will never get tired responding to your questions. He's just so wonderful! now we traded in our altima so i could include my name on it, He's still there to guide us even if he's already moved to another dept. He makes sure we're okay and satisfied with the deal and car we wanted. and there are more couple of people who are wonderful like Javier and Tisha. Initiates the process from the Internet, had a few rounds of emails with the sales staff. Unlike Stockton and Tracy, Modesto found the car equipped as I wanted--in Oregon. When that fell through because the OR dealer had installed unwanted extras, they found a better equipped car in WA. We agreed on numbers and the car was here in two days. Car buying is typically painful and leaves me needing a shower, but the experience with Modesto was almost pleasant. It still took more than three hours start to finish, but they were all very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Went to CVN (first time in my life) Sunday with my wife to look at the Altima, on the way there I was mentally getting ready for the piranha acting salesman you normally find at a dealership that tell you anything to make a sale up to and including lying. BUT we met CVN salesman Eric Manzo and my attitude towards car salesman drastically changed. He was by far the very best car salesman my wife and I ever dealt with. He listened to everything we said without interrupting. He is very professional and made our purchase a painless adventure. When I went to CVN I knew in advance what I needed to complete the deal. The Maxima I purchased a year before did not live up to my expectations. As a premium vehicle I expected more bells and whistles but they were only available at a premium. I researched the Altima on line and knew exactly what I could afford and what I needed on the car. I want to take a few minutes to write about my car buying experience at Nissan in Modesto. I went to to buy a car for my daughter. We were greeted by Erick Monzo in sales. He was super helpful and really knew his product. Thanks to him we drove out in a hot Red Sentra with all the bells and whistles. Thank you very much Erick for all your help. When ever I am in the market for a new truck I'll make sure to look you up.

I bought a new 2012 Nissan Versa from Central Valley Nissan in the Spring of 2012. I could not have picked a better place to do business. Here's Why : 1) Eric Manzo , the Salesman : He sold the car to me , and was as good as they come as far as salespeople go. He was friendly, professional , smart and HONEST. That's what impressed me. I didn't feel like I was shark-bait like you might feel with some salespeople. We struck a deal pretty quick and I was very happy with the price. He literally did everything he could to get me the color of vehicle I wanted and ensure my complete satisfaction. Eric wrote the book on service and style , when it comes to selling cars. He also offered me drinks and snacks at his own expense. I felt I made a new friend in dealing with Eric, we hit it off well. Highly recommended. 2) The Facility : it was very clean and had a good look to it on the interior and exterior. It is a well designed showroom and was pretty darn comfortable , overall. And the other staff at the facility had a good sense of humor about them and made me feel quite welcome, adding to the facility ambience. 3) The Buying Process : Smooth and things went extremely well, even though it was a busy day at the dealer. Youbert is the main reason we will be back to Central Valley Nissan for our next car purchase. My husband & I went to 3 other car lots besides Central Valley Nissan & decided to come back to Youbert specifically. We were dreading purchasing a car from the very beginning due to the reputation "used car dealers" have earned for themselves. I recently visited this dealership within the last 2 weeks. I would have to say it was one of the most "Positive" experiences that I have ever had at a Car Dealership.I came in and looked at the Nissan Altimas, which I am very interested in. The "Vibe " that the Salesmen had was very uplifting. John Leder was the Sales Associate that I worked with. The "Fun and Energetic" energy that he had was Awesome. He listened to everything that I was looking for. He was more interested in finding a vehicle that "suit" me than just trying to sale me any car. I was so impressed with the knowledge that he had and will be coming up soon to purchase it. I have recommended him and this dealership to a very good friend of mine. Which coincidentally, she just purchased a car from. I will defineltly keep recommending this Great place to all my friends....And I will very soon be driving My Altima!!! Christina Blair

We recently purchased a 2012 Maxima from this dealership. We had a great experience at this dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were able to get the car that we were wanting. We worked with Manny Dhillon; he was not pushy and is a very personable person. Before leaving with the car, he made sure that we knew how to operate all the features of the car. He has personally called our home to see that everything is OK with our new car. We would definitely recommend Manny and this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I recently purchased a new 09 altima from this dealerships and they really worked with me to make sure that we could work out something in my price range. I would definately ask for Reeter (not mispelled) he sat with me and made sure the deal would not put me out of my price range while not being overly pushy to make the deal. Also they brought in the color I wanted from another dealer at no extra charge, while other dealers had said there would be a fee! All in all this is a good dealership and they offer a lifetime limited powertrain warranty which you cant find elsewhere. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.
