February '21 - Just had my '14 F150 in at ~80k miles for normal service, a new set of brakes, alignment, turn signal fix, etc. Less than a day to do it all and super high quality, as always. Competitive pricing and they are very focused on doing what is necessary and appropriate, compared to some places that will run it up and not deliver a OEM-quality result. You should have no concerns whatsoever trusting your vehicle and your safety with Century Ford December '20 - Great service on the scheduled maintenance. In on time and out in under an hour. The dealership is excellent - we dealt with them for many, many, years and have purchased all seven of our cars here since 2007. Always a good deal and always trustworthy and professional.

Had a very pleasant buying experience at Century Ford. Traded my F150 for a 2021 Explorer Platinum. They did not have the exact Explorer on the lot, so they found one for me at a dealer in another state. It was exactly the one I wanted. Alex, my sales consultant, went over and above to meet my expectations. I couldn't be happier. I received a very good trade in number for my F150 from sales manager Jackie. She took an interest and made sure everything was perfect. Financing was quick and painless. They found the best rate and I was out in no time. This is the second vehicle purchase from Century Ford in three years.There will be a third next time I'm ready for another new Ford. I'm a Ford fan and a Century Ford fan. You can't go wrong. Our experience was great. I can’t believe how fast my husband and I purchased our truck in less than 2-3 hours. A man of his word in not keeping us all day to but a car. My salesman, Desmond was courteous, forthcoming and knowledgeable at the same time very personable. A very good trait to have. The deal we got was amazing and I am glad that my husband was happy in the end. He finally got the truck he wanted. Just got my new Ford Fusion from Century Ford of Mt Airy. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I feel I got a good deal. Salesman was nice and let me take an extra long test drive. From the time I walked into the dealership until I drove out in my new car it was less than 3 hrs.

Amazing staff from the "big man" to the salesman, to the financial expert. I did not encounter a single person who was not exceptional. The car, a Jeep Cherokee, was purchased with no pressure and for a very nice price. Anyone considering a purchase should definitely visit this dealership first. We recently purchased a 2015 Grand Cherokee. We were extremely pleased with the knowledgeable sales staff and the overall experience. Nate the finance manager did an excellent job explaing and breaking down the difference between the available warranty options without pressuring us to purchase one. Never have we entertained the thought of purchasing a warranty for any vehicles in the past, but with Nate's explaining of the benefits we chose to purchase the Lifetime Maxcare Warranty!! Overall it was a excellent experience and I would highly recommend Century of Mt Airy!

In 2005, I bought an Explorer from Mike Kelly who, at that time, managed a different dealership in Maryland. That experience was so good that I decided to see him again for a new Explorer. After several attempts, I managed to locate him via the internet at Century Ford in Mt. Airy, Md where he is the manager. Mike and Desmond Drummond, our sales rep, were wonderful to work with. They were both experienced professionals, highly informed about all the Ford Explorer line and personally interested in what were my mandatory and desirable needs in a new vehicle. Mike and Desmond worked tirelessly to help me decide on the best Explorer model for my lifestyle, transportation needs and wallet. They worked with me as partners in negotiating a deal that was extremely fair and affordable (better than any I know who have bought a new Explorer elsewhere.) Mike also spent a considerable number of hours locating the vehicle in the exact color and trim that I wanted and had my new Explorer on his lot in a few days time. I think Mike Kelly, Desmond Drummond and the entire Century Ford staff embody the very best in Ford's customer care philosophy. And I recommend them to anyone who wants a fir deal and great buying experience.

We recently purchased a new Dodge Ram 3500 Dually at Century Dodge. We were very specific in what we were looking for and looked at dealership inventory in MD and 4 additional states to find it. There aren't that many out there with the options we wanted, and we didn't want to special order. We were also trading in a vehicle, which often adds an extra level of stress to the buying process. They had the vehicle we liked the best, and while I was willing to go out of state to get the deal I wanted, I was hoping to not do so. We had a good buying experience here. Our sales person, Bill, along with General Sales Manager, Andy, were very responsive and we were able to come to purchase agreement that made us both happy.

Best car buying experience I've had. I emailed for a price quote and received a response in minutes. Went out for a test drive. Frank Shockley our sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales. Loved the silver Ford Fusion just not the black rims. No problem, they put silver rims on it and I was ready to purchase. Chris in the finance office was also friendly and got out in no time. Highly recommend checking them out if you are in need of a car.

We test drove a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Duke and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the accessories. Went back about a week later intending to buy IF the price was right. The price was right and I couldn't be happier with our new Jeep. Having bought Chevys my whole life I had worked with the same dealership for 30 years. I was a little worried how things would go where no one knew us. I am happy to say it was just like dealing with our long time dealership. I would definitely return to Century in the future.

I was shopping on the lot and greeted by - JT on his card. I liked the way I was approached and felt comfortable asking a few questions about a vehicle that I am looking to purchase for my business. He showed me a couple options and we went inside to sit down and get specific. He spent the time to make sure what I needed and wanted. We even took a test drive. I did not feel pressured and that was refreshing. I have not purchased yet but, I plan to purchase from him based on his attention to detail and personal interaction.

We looked at buying a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in July 2013 and did a test drive with Duke. He was friendly enough, and we decided to look into ordering a jeep through him. He told us to build a Jeep online, then call him with any questions. I called the next day, but he was very hard to get ahold of. Finally, he called back and wrote down the specifics of what we were looking for and said he would call back the next day with a price. We were very motivated buyers, as I had recently totaled my car and needed to make a new purchase ASAP. Duke never called back. We waited and meanwhile went to look at other dealerships. Still no call. 3 weeks later, he called my husband to see if we were still interested in a Jeep, but never mentioned that he forgot to call us or anything. By then, we had already bought a vehicle somewhere else. Apparently Duke was not very motivated to sell us a Jeep.
