Usual car buying experience is a stressful hassle. With Clark at Century.... complete opposite! He was helpful without being overwhelming. Ease of sale was comfortable and easy to work with. Staff was pleasant. Follow up is nice as well. Would definitely go back and recommend to others!!

We we're surprised at how friendly, fair and efficient this dealership was at getting us just the right truck. Our salesman, Clark patiently and expertly helped us in all aspects of this sale. He made we were 100% satisfied.

A great car buying experience. My salesman, Clark, was patient as I tried to decide on a car. He kept in touch for several weeks, letting me know when cars came in that I might be interested in, and he never hesitated to meet with me when I had questions. I went to several dealers the past few months looking and he was the only one that kept in touch, that was very important to me. I knew I would be purchasing a car from Century Ford. I have already recommended them to a friend and I will return when it's time to purchase another car.

I started looking for a used Jeep a month before my purchase. I visited dealerships from York, PA to Hagerstown, to Cockeysville, to Westminster (6 dealerships). Century Ford,Jeep, Chrysler of Mt Airy was incredible. They were friendly, positive, and knowledgable. You would be making a mistake if you did not at least give this folks a shot. Thank you Desmond and Mark for making this a great experience.

The whole experience was good. Christine and Joe did all that he could to get us the car that we wanted, including Joe taking it away from the owner to give to us. I have not used Century for any service but looking forward to it.Tom Blue

Just ask one of their own technicians about the service writer and the management. That should tell you all that you need to know. Just avoid the sales people and the only woman in service and your experience should be fine. She might as well be a salesman for all the honesty she has.
