My husband and I went in to find a new van for our growing family and we were greeted by Joe Lopez. Who was very friendly, professional, and listened to everything we were wanting in a new car. He was not pushy with trying to just get a sale. He was very personable and made you feel like he was a friend. He didn’t try to just push us towards the most expensive car on the lot, he really listened to our wishes and tried to find the best option for us. They say at Kia you’re not just a customer you are family; and honestly that’s exactly how we felt while there. We didn’t end up buying the same day, and they were understanding about why we wanted to keep looking.( it was honestly the first place we had looked) Joe did follow up with us later in the day and we had made up our mind on getting the Kia Carnival. We went in the next day and got our brand new car. It was a good experience, we didn’t have to wait very long, and the process was really painless. He offered to get us waters or snacks if we needed anything (which I truly appreciated). I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about our entire experience with Kia or Joe. I would highly recommend going by to check out what they have to offer even if you don’t end up buying from there. I can definitely see us going back to Kia in the future for other vehicles.

My experience with the purchase of my new car went extremely well. I was greeted as soon an I walked in the door,an was introduced to Preston. He was very professional an very knowledgeable about the KIA line of cars. He was also very personable an accommodating. The whole process took a little over an hour,an I left very satisfied. I would recommend this dealership to any one interested in the purchase of a new KIA. Ask for Preston you will not be disappointed.

I’ll start by stating that I did not purchase a used truck from this dealership, yet I’m leaving 5 star feedback anyway. I dealt with a salesman named Preston who was wonderful. He was patient, professional, answered all of my questions, and I never felt pressured in any way. He sent me several high quality videos, and my texts and emails were answered immediately. Ultimately I chose a different truck, and Preston was really good about it. Very polite, very professional. Sometimes you can learn more about a person’s character when they don’t get their way (no sale), than when they do. So I’d highly recommend this dealership and salesman. Thank you Century Kia.

Took my car in due to a recall. I told them I was going out of town the following day so they made sure everything was up to date and safe for the road. They were faster then I thought it would be and Kris kept me updated throughout the process. Great experience.
