I just bought a new car and everybody here at Nissan Cerritos were wonderful! My sales guy Peter Chavez was great with helping me select a vehicle. Enrique Labrador in finance was THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! He really made it as easy as possible for me. He answered all my questions and really walked me through the steps! I can’t get over his customer service. Great to feel like that when you’re buying a new car. If I can give him 10 stars I would. Thank you!!!

I had a great buying experience. Martha has been wonderful to work with. She followed up with me regularly until she found the car I wanted. As soon as it came in, she called me to let me know. Martha was very thorough with going over every detail about the car and always checked to see if I had questions - probably the best car sales person I've ever worked with. Enrique in Finance was wonderful too - made that process very smooth!

We are happy with the price of the vehicle we purchased, but, I will NEVER buy another car from this dealer. In the beginning we felt comfortable but as time went on we didn't feel comfortable after we started asking and clarifying questions about our Interest rate and the remaining Manufacturers Warranty. Bottom line is at times I felt certain things were shady.

I make an appointment for my first oil change for a Nissan Altima that I purchased at this location. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Apparently this location is going through a makeover so we had to enter through a different location of dealership. I was given a purple laminated sign with my service advisor on it. 9:15 comes and I still don't get any type of acknowledgement from any service advisor. Picture this I'm on front of the line inside my car and all the other service advisors are walking past by me looking for there customer and cars behind me are passing me by. I asked one of the employees there if so and so is working today they said yes he is he must be backed up with the recalls I tell the guy is He a mechanic also?!?!by this time running out of patience. its 9:30 a.m. my appointment was at 9:15 I still get no acknowledgement 9:35 a.m. I'm trying to control myself from going crazy. At 9:40 I take out the laminated homemade sign with the service advisors name along with the plastic cover that covers the seats and I tell the next person that walks by my car here I don't need to service your service sucks very apologetic is the Young employee it was not his fault. How can someone not notice working knowledge or just ask have you been helped this that exist anymore is it too much to ask for? My oil change was a complimentary oil change I didn't even go back for that I rather pay 40 bucks somewhere and give good service I will never go back there not even to purchase a car

I have been looking for months, for "just the right deal" and finally found it on a sunny Saturday morning. I called, the car was still available, two were, at that price. When I got there, the white one was gone, but the black one was still available. I test drove it, filled out the paperwork, and my salesman and the sales manager were able to instead, find me a white one just like the one that was sold before I got there, and gave me the best possible outcome I could have hoped for! They bent over backwards and looked for quite a while for the right car to make me happy, and made a deal and a price and financing that made me happy. They fed me hotdogs from the barbecue out front, supplied cold bottled water because it was a warm day. I drove out of there completely happy with my whole experience, the price, the car, the financing, all of it. I have been driving the car for more than a week, and still in love with it. The mileage is noticeably better than the number posted on the window sticker, but maybe I am just a thrifty driver LOL. There is not one scratch, smudge, whistle, rattle, buzz or smell that I am able to tell. It is a GOOD CAR. Everyone there was very courteous, helpful, and sincere. THANK YOU CERRITOS NISSAN! You ROCK!!!

An appointment was received via email and proved that there was no appointment, but an email that was sent out by the IT team and the Service team was unaware.Scary that there is no control over very important information of personal nature from a big dealership like Nissan. In addition, post the mess, the Delaership management can only defend itself stating that none of the service managers were not courteous. What about the time wasted ?what about no control of the data ?what do we know what appointment communicaiton is valid and what is not ?Do we call in to check up on every communication from Nissan ?Do we track mileage and oil changes and brake pad changes, etc ....... to keep the car up and running ?Lost on the reliability of my transportation ...........

I was completely satisfied with my purchase of a new Altima on SaturdayAugust 8th at Cerritos Nissan. The salesperson Ken Yates was absolutely professional, and personable, and covered all the details. I would buy a car from Ken any time, and send refferals in to see him as well. The management made the deal a pleasure as well. I own a commercial truck dealership, and know the business very well, and I had an excellent experience purchasing the Altima from Cerritos Nissan, and especially Ken. After buying a "used" car I used quotations since I keep hearing that as an excused for having it for six months and things are going wrong with the car and that's all they can say. When buying a car here make sure to ask what exactly was done to make the car "certified" to sell and show you proof of the work done because if you do not purchase their extended coverage that should be explained when things start happening they will no longer help you or feel they have done anything wrong because it was "certified".I am truly disappointed ever coming here and thinking I was making a smart purchase since there well known guess this is a lesson learned .

Then David Swayne, the general sales manager is a down to earth guy, very personable and charismatic, then there is Miguel the finance mananger who also was very helpful. I emailed in photo/s VIN# and info on a free & clear 2015 Tacoma we bought, "I" don't like automatics. I found this dealer had a 2015 Frontier with a 6 speed manual in my fav. color. After a few emails they said they couldn't value the trade for the Tacoma. So I posted the Tacoma for sale on Craigslist. I had it sold in less than 12 hours! I then email, text & called to say I sold the Tacoma and was a CASH buyer! NO return emails, calls or text! I even called the GM to ask if I could buy? What a waste of time! Van Tuyl Group should look at the Sales Management from this dealership! Regards,

Went looking online for a NV3500 Passenger van & Mr. Baker called back the next day to check in with my progress. The wife & I stopped in during our lunch hour & Mr. Baker was availalbe to take us out on a test drive & provide many details on the NV. He appeared to be very knowledge on the van. At the end we decided to hold off on the NV purchase but I would definetly give Mr.Baker an opportunity if we circle back to the NV.

I was seeking information about the warrantee on my Nissan battery that had gone bad. The woman that answered the phone was not friendly or helpful. She said that she would have someone from their auto service and repair contact me by phone. I never received the call. I am assuming when their sales personnel is trying to sell you a car, they have to be extra nice. However, when you are having trouble with a previously purchased Nissan, whether it be at this location or another dealer, they seem not to be interested.

Bought a Leaf here and ended up meeting 1/2 of the staff. Sales guys (Jorge, Shon, Kentucky, Jose and Shant) are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. If they couldn't answer a question, they knew someone that could. Finance manager, Omar, is amazing at his job. The General managers (Pat and Jeff) are nice, friendly and not bossy as one can expect from a large volume dealer. But the "icing on the cake" is Karen, Customer Relations manager. She is caring, personable and made this the most pleasant car-buying experience ever. I've worked in car sales before and I wish I had such great people on my team. Service team is great too. Everyone at Cerritos Nissan deserves top accolades. We are looking for another car and will definitely shop here first. A lengthy review, but they deserve it...

This dealer was amazing. The whole stuff was so friendly and helpful. We were really happy with them. The only thing was that it took way too much time. I was there for about 5 hours and we went around 12 so around 3 we became very hungry. Other than that everything worked out great.

I am a first time new car buyer and have been to two competitive dealerships prior to going to Cerritos Nissan. My husband was not even interested in the Nissan brand itself until we visited the friendly Cerritos Nissa dealership. Jeff Robertson our salesperson was terrific. He was well informed about all of the car features as well as the ratings. Unlike our other dealership experiences we were allowed to test drive many vehicles without being pressured or made to feel bad. By the end of our experience my husband and I had a completely different and positive feeling about the Nissan brand and are now considering buying one in the near future. It was nice not to feel pressured and we look forward to future dealings with the Cerritos Nissan dealership and Jeff especially.

We went to purchase a pathfinder. new or used. leaning towards new because of the vppe plan at work. the sales man and finance guy literally took less than 15 minutes to tell us that they could not work with us. They wanted to sell us the car they wanted, the color they wanted . They didnt even try to make us an offer. We didnt even have a chance to tell them we were pre approved. They were just rude. So we drove to west covina the same day and there we bought our new 2012 pathfinder. I have never had such horrible service at a dealer as I did at cerritos.They were even pushing us to lease a vehicle. I've purchased two nissans at west covina and will now always go back to them because of their service.The difference was night and day. West covina also manged to get us an amazing 2.9 apr on our loan. love them. cerritos should learn from them. I will never recommend Cerritos for buying a new car which is a shame because we have been servicing our vehicle with them for years.

I can't express the gratitude I have towards the people of Cerritos Nissan. I took my family on a vacation over Presidents Day weekend to celebrate my daughter's birthday. While driving down from the Bay Area our truck broke down and we did not feel that it would be safe to drive it back north. I put another vehicle on hold at another dealership before I stopped in at Nissan. I was lucky enough to meet Wally Awad who was very understanding of my situation. He was great right from the beginning. He was kind enough to take a test drive from Cerritos to the hotel I was staying at in Anaheim, about a 40 minute adventure, so I could show my wife the car before I purchased it. While waiting for the Kia Borrego to be detailed and the paperwork to be completed I was introduced to Richard and Robert, both in management and they too were great. When the paperwork was ready they sent me to the finance dept were I met Sarah Choi, again another great person who also understood the importance of getting back to my family quickly. I have bought about a dozen vehicles from dealerships in the past 20 years and I have never walked away feeling like I met good people. I usually walk away feel a bit used. I am 100% serious that the next time I'm in the market I will actually drive the 6 hours to do business with these guys again. I'm sure my family won't mind another trip to Disney anyway.

i bought a used 04 MBZ from them and had the worst experience ever. First i came in to look at the car, it took forever to locate the car, then after buying with cash and finishing up all the paper work.They put in writing the car would be detailed and in the proper dealership condition and it would take 2-3 max. it took them 3 weeks after constant calling and the final job was terrible. and their end of the paperwork was not finished.overall the experience sucked, when i called they would transfer me back and forth. and i would leave a message and nobody would call back.no one works with the customer.Nissan corp should take this dealership out of the current owner's

This dealership has been amazing to me since I purchased my new Nissan, even though I didn't buy it here. I had recently had some warranty maintenance performed at another dealership, and after discovering some issues, I came to Cerritos Nissan. Service Adviser Jeff Nomura shined with amazing customer service, and quite literally went above and beyond in helping me resolve an issue and keeping me from a very pricey repair. This is my second Nissan I bought because of Shawn Munoz. My first experience with him was so stress free at Universal City Nissan that I drove 2 hours to get to him at Cerritos Nissan. He is such a pro. There is no haggling and he is so honest and upfront about all the cost. This time at Cerritos Nissan I also worked with Richard Vasile and David Jimenez. Richard was incredibly helpful and friendly. David took the time to go through the entire car with me and even helped me program my address into the GPS system as well as link my blue tooth to the car. The entire process from beginning to end was incredilby efficient. They sent me on my way with a full tank of gas and an apointment in the service department for my first service for free. Very excellent dealership, people and service. I would highly recommend them to any looking for a car.

Had been looking for a nice and cheap in price vehicle for the past 3-weeks. I located your dealership and was looking in your web site for an Altima when I located just what I wanted. I did drive 1 hour away to be able to get a good bargain at Cerritos Nissan. Leo took great care of us and was very patient as we test drove the Nissan Altima. Service call was motivated by a recall notice to fix a behind the dash air conditioner blower fan that until it was fixed I hadn't it thought in need of repair. The air conditioning system works better than before when I though it worked just great already. My service advisor Peter Chaves took the time to explain why the recall repair was being done and what it entailed. He even apologized for the length of time the repair would take (2 hours) because they had to get behind the dash to do the repair/replacement.I spent the next hour and 45 minutes reading in a quiet and clean waiting area inside the dealership. Several employees passed by during my stay and were all very cordial and friendly, either saying hello, offering something to drink, or just smiling. It was nice to be in such a friendly atmosphere.Repairs were done 15 minutes sooner than initially anticipated and when my vehicle was returned repaired it was even washed, thank you very much.Overall great dealership, great people and a great experience. I will be back.

AMAZING environment. The sales person Mitch was awesome. Friendly and put up with my life's story. Which I'm pretty sure bored him to death. I had several phone conversations with Mitch that helped me with my decision. He was detailed and there wasn't a question that I asked he didn't know the answer to. I spoke to several sales personnel and they were all great. Another gentleman there was very nice too. I think his name was Richard--he seemed fun. I guess you can say he was like a very formal clown. He made everyone laugh. The finance guy Adolfo Simoni was awesome!! Great attitude overall and plan to take my mother to Cerritos for her next purchase. Thanks Everyone!!! Oh and there internet is Fantastic!!! Grace was very sweet on the phone. Sadly I never met her.

I am happy I purchased my Altima at Cerritos Nissan. I am always contacted when my car is due for an oil change. They also call me after to see how my visit went. I was worried I was not going to be able to afford to have my tires rotated, it turned out I didn't need to because it came free with my gold membership. My Service Consultant, Dan Millhouse asked if I had any coupons to do that for me, but remembered that I was a gold member. During inspection, he called me and notified me regarding my brakes. I did forget about my brakes and procrastinated on them. He was able to fix my brakes and it didn't take all day either. I love bringing my car in every time because the even wash and vacuum your car free! Dan even got my license plate screwed on for me. I always get a run down of my cars diagnosis, and I feel safer to know what my car needs or has had done to it. I even got an email from Dan when I got home regarding my cars diagnosis. The staff always makes me feel like I live in a close knit community, they make me feel like family and that is why I decided to rate them on this site.Thanks again Cerritos Nissan,Edgar Quevedo

The sales staff was very courteous, professional and patient. They wanted to make sure that my son got the car that he really wanted and we did through their dedication and perseverance. Over all my experience was pleasant and friendly. I was not pressured and all of my questions were answered. Everything was above board and when I had choices to make regarding extras, everything was explained and my choices were honored without any pressure. I have purchased a new Nissan through this dealership a few years ago and I had a similar pleasant experience then, so I would say that this is a dealership focus. I have also had service done at this dealership before and I respect and trust the service department, too. Cerritos Nissan is a top-tier dealership in my opinion because they have a top-tier staff!

I had an excellent experience at Cerritos Nissan. I was treated with patience and respect. I was never made to feel like just another customer. The guys were great and helped me for over two days until I found just the right car! I highly recommend this dealership. Finance was incredible. Last March, 2011, we had a minor problem with the "service engine soon" light on our 2011 Nissan Versa. I called the Cerritos Nissan Service Department and scheduled an appointment to get it checked out. Mr. Jeff Nomura was the employee assigned to us to check out the problem we were having with our Versa. Mr. Nomura was very, very helpful to my husband and gave him a breakdown as to what the problem might be. Mr. Nomura then told my husband that our car would have to stay in the shop because a Nissan Engineer would need to come out and check the issue we were having with the "service engine soon" light. Mr. Nomura helped out my husband with a rental car and told him he would give us a call when our car was ready for pick-up. Two days later, Mr. Nomura called me at work to let me know that our car was ready. When I asked him what the problem was again, he was kind enough to tell me what the issue was in such a way that I could understand. Mr. Nomura was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE when he explained to me why the "service engine soon" light was on. In addition, he was sweet and very patient at answering all of my questions. The phone conversation was altogether pleasant! To add, in our phone conversation, I was very pleased to hear Mr. Nomura say that he really cares about his customers and works his best to ensure that they are 100% satisfied. And folks, this is true!Our overall experience with Mr. Jeff Nomura was outstanding! Our 7,000 mile service is coming up soon and we hope that Mr. Nomura will be available to assist us again. If Mr. Nomura isn't available on the day we schedule our appointment, we will schedule an appointment at a day and time that HE WILL be available. I had a problem with a tire sensor, went to a local nissan dealer in Los Angeles and was told have I put air, and that it would cost $150.00 to replace the sensor. They gave me a price without looking at the problem. I scheduled an appointment with Peter Chavez at Cerritos Nissan which I should have done in the first place, and he told me he would look at the problem, within an hour he said the problem was fixed, and everything was covered. I enjoyed the friendliness of Mr. peter chavez and I am requesting for any future maintenance that he be my service advisor. Thank you Mr. Chavez

My car (2006 MINI Cooper S Convertible) was broken into from the convertible top, and was totally ripped to shreds. I went to Cerritos Nissan Collison Center for repairs. Danny helped me and the outcome was awesome; I highly recommend this location and Danny! The only downside was the price of the soft top, as some of my colleagues found a few cheaper tops (not by a lot though).The repair took about a week or two, but was worth the wait... They really did a great job and took the time to pay close attention to detail. However, when I went to pick up my car, the rubber moldings around the base of the soft top were further damaged (they were already worn and damaged from the previous owner). When I informed Danny, he was unfront and honest about it, and offered to repair it for free and only pay for the product (it was a cheap product for the car). Everything is now in perfect and mint condition.Once the repairs were finished, they detailed my car for free (an excellent job), and self-delivered my car back to my house while I was at work. He didn't even need to call for detailed directions, as my house is difficult to locate.Everyone at the office is wonderful, and definitely helped me get through my first vandalized car experience. I have never been anywhere where the customer service was better than here.

I have used this dealership before..everyone has always been very helpful , but in general for all dealers, tell them tostop the high pressure "finance officer" Sales !! Just be upfront with all that when you are talking about the purchase and stop the long drawn out process in the finance office. They are nice and all , but come on.

I bought a car from this dealership back in 2006 - Nissan Maxima - and then I returned this past week (2/3 & 2/4/11) and returned the used car (Nissan Maxima) and bought a new car. They were patient with me in that I tried several cars and ended up with a 2011 Sentra. I drove it off the lot after spending time with the financial person (Adolpho). Once I got it home and into my driveway, garage I realized I was not happy and that I could not keep this car and have to finance it each month. So the next day I drove it back to the dealer and spoke with Richard Vasile. He understood my problem and said that I should try a Juke. I told him "no" that I wanted a car with a little more "bells & whistles" but I didn't want that one because I had never heard of it. Well, suffice to say that after several times driving a different vehicle - I did try the Juke AND I am so delighted with it. I love driving it every minute. I would do advertising for it if asked. It is great!! Richard was very patient, caring and just waited while I tried every car but that and when I finally drove the Juke - that was it. Back I went to the finance person who was equally as patient and kind. I brought my friend, Steve, with me and I think he kept everyone entertained while I made up my mind. My friend was equally as impressed with the dealership and he, like me, would recommend Cerritos Nissan dealership to anyone and everyone. HAVE WONDERFUL DAY!!!! The salesman I spoke with at Cerritos Nissan was a knew very little about the car I was interested in, yet claimed to be an expert mechanic and could answer any mechanical question, but was not able to do that either. Rather than tell me that he doesn't know, or will find out, he would give me inaccurate information, or tell me that options on the car are available, but really aren't except on different models. If I hadn't already known about the cars, I may not have realized that I was being lied to, but I definitely was. Please be careful if you need to go to this dealer. They do not know what they are talking about. Even the manager who came out to help, did not know the answers, then when the questions got too difficult, just disappeared and did not return.

Went in to take my truck for a timing belt change and possibly other work. I obviously asked for a quote. I was told that it would be $900 for the work. I ask why that high? I told a bunch of junk, that provably was memorized from a book on "how to sell your service at ridiculous high prices". We only used quality parts, blah, blah, blah. That it is competitive. Competitive? This quote was almost twice (that is almost 2x or almost 100%) more than the second highest quote I got from nearby shops. After talking a few more minutes they went from selling me their services to making me feel like I was cheap and then they started the scare tactics, that is when I left. Well I took it to a shop a friend recommended in Westminster and for less than the price of changing the timing belt at this dealer, they changes all the belts, installed a new water pumped(with new coolant), change the motor, transmission and differential oil, installed new air filters, new fuel filter, rotated the tires, check the air pressure of my spare tire, check my brake pads, change the plugs, topped off all the fluids and wash my truck in and out. And I even paid tax on all the parts (for less than the dealer price). Oh and all that with 12 month 12,000 miles warranty. Then I found out that the shop I used to service my Chevy normally works with Japanese vehicles and would of done the same as the dealer in Westminster but cheaper. Well I learn, do not even THINK of taking it to the dealer.

Unless your name is Earnhardt, you're probably like the rest of us that can't stand to buy a new car. I've purchased MANY and this was one of my better experiences. I originally was looking to buy a new Maxima and this dealership is close to my house and I wanted to buy from the dealership that would be servicing the car. It turned that I found a better equipped used one at Cerritos Nissan. I was trading in my Dakota - got a fair price. I haven't taken it in for service yet but I'm sure I'll go back.
