My wife of 27 years just bought me my very first new vehicle for my birthday. We were never pressured, it was actually a very pleasant experience. When we gave them a budget they made sure the trucks we viewed were in that budget range. Thanks to Cody Hall and Mark Talbot I am the envy of the town. Ha! When you go there tell them the Walley's from Downsville sent you and don't forget to ask about The Jack of Spades and Dollar Story it was a was very unique and fun story!!.

My husband and I went to Certified Auto because we were referred by a friend and what a WONDDERFUL experience. We worked with Cody and Mark and they were super amazing. Greg was also in on the deal and he too was exceptional. The facility is clean and the vehicles are easy to access. This was one of the best vehicle buying experiences we have had and will be referring all our family and friends to check it out before buying their next vehicle. A huge kudos to each of them as well for their interaction with the whole family during the process. Defiantly check them out before buying a car anywhere else.

When I went to Certified Auto I was discouraged with looking for a reliable used vehicle and financing that wasn't almost criminal, I called Certified Auto and talked with Cody Hall, He was kind and not pushy like he was doing me a favor, he right away was helpful and found me a vehicle that was exactly what I wanted, also He and Mark Talbot went to work getting me financed. When you are a senior on a fixed income it is not easy to get financing for a newer reliable auto. I am so happy I was treated with respect and got the vehicle of my dreams. I can not thank them enough. They got my bank financing through and worked with me every step of the way. I drove away the next day with a vehicle I never dreamed I would have been able to own. Thank you so much again and again Cody and Mark. I highly suggest anyone looking for a good vehicle to go to them. Cody is much more then a salesman he is also extremely personable and honest and honest is the big world here. He and Mark listened to my needs and wants and when I got there already had steered me towards a much better vehicle and one I really wanted then the vehicle I had called about. Set every thing up for me cutting the stress of buying a vehicle to nil.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with this dealership! Cody Hall and Mark Tabolt went above and beyond! Very friendly and clean dealership. I wasn't expecting to have my new car that day but after just a short wait I was ready to drive home in my new car! Just an FYI: they have way more cars on their lot than what is on their website! Worth the drive!

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Certified Auto now. Every time I have been a very picky and stubborn person but they always treat me great and they are very patient. I have been very happy with all of the purchases and my experience with them is always very good. Great service department and great salesmen. I will definitely be returning to Certified auto.

I have purchased 3 cars from Certified and the entire experience has been nothing but great. The service team is very helpful (even when I was picky about miles, color, rims, etc...) I have continued to go back because there is no sales pressure and I know they are going to get me in the right vehicle for my needs. 5 stars!
