Knowingly sold a car with transmission issues. I took my car back due to the Ford settlement and they didn't even try to fix it giving me the "shake threshold" excuse once again. Had to go to another Ford dealership to have the vehicle fixed. Today (7/28/20), the vehicle is yet again experiencing an issue with the transmission.

Exceptional from beginning to end! I have a 2002 T-bird that I put up every winter. When I tried to start the car there was an obvious problem. I had the car towed to Champion Edinboro Ford. The service personnel were awesome to work with... the care was ready in “no time” ... and I am enjoying evening drives with the “top down” — doesn’t get any better — thank you Champion Edinboro Ford!!

Bought a used car from them, they told me it was inspected and was in great shape. That same day the wheel tie rod rotted and the right wheel FELL OFF in the middle of the street, they refused to fix it since it was 'as is' and charged me over $800 to replace. It did the same thing 3 days later. Bad workmanship and used parts, charged as new. I went to my local mechanic, he put on a good used part for under $200. That was a year ago, the part is great. Champion did nothing but take my money and run, it seems they like to take advantage of those poor and financially challenged to line their fat pockets. Is Champion made from old Erie money, bathed in corruption and nepotism? Looks that way. My experience tells me if you want to trust your car dealer, go elsewhere....

The staff at Champion Ford in Edinboro were both friendly and professional. Happy to give them my business this go around, and will return for future business. I will also send anybody looking for a new car or truck to this dealer so that they may experience the same level of courtesy and professionalism that I did during my visit.

Was doing some car shopping and not thrilled about the whole dealing experience. I found a car I liked here and Jerry made the purchase pleasing. No pressure buying vehicle, no price haggling, and no paperwork problems. I realize they deal with Ford and I bought a Subaru, but were not very knowledgeable about it. Now I'm reading the manual and Googling videos.. All in all, thanks for a good experience..
