The salesman was very friendly and listened to our needs. He showed us two vehicles. He then took our information to the credit manager to see what they could do. The end result was purchase of a new vehicle. The credit manager even sat with use as the salesman finished getting the car ready to go. The young lady who did the paper work was very friendly and new her job very well. I would recommend Champion Ford to anyone.

Found the car we wanted on the internet and called Charles Morgan. He offered a great deal including our trade in. We arrived and the car was ready and full of gas. "Dog" took the time to explain every feature and technology of the car to my wife. Another fine example of great service. I will definitely go back for my next car.

I recently went there to possibly purchase a new vehicle. My sales person was very helpful and informative about my selection. He was very patient and showed me how to use the many electronic devices in my new car. I am very pleased with my experience and I would purchase from there again.

my name is Darrell Campbell and Im writing this letter in complaint about the horrible and traumatizing experience I had while taking my 2005 Lincoln avitar in for routine oil change at the champion ford Lincoln mercury rockingham north Carolina. on Thursday feb 20th I was given the appointment time of 11 oclock to have my oil changed after parking my car and going through the routine paper work I was given a time of about an hour (due to other people ahead of me) I hand them my keys and decided to spend my hour at the local wall-martupon return I was told they were unable to change my oil due to the fact that they were unable to get it out of park Im never given an explanation as to why they could not get it out of park they had me my keys back I said that I would return since I have a class coming up and a test to study for I attempt to leave and only to find that the device used to engage my car into its gears has been pulled apart by force I rush back into the shop for an explanation as to what happened to my Lincoln but all Im told is that my car was broken beforehand even after speaking with both shop manager and general manager Im told that my car was broken upon arrival and that if I wanted it fixed that would cost me out of my pocket (which I refused) I have had the wonderful suv for over 3 years now and Im a proud Lincoln owner but I find the actions taken towards me were reprehensible after given no other option I was forced for relinquish time and money not to mention the feeling of emabassrashment and helplessness brought on to me by champion ford

We brought our 2012 Ford Fusion in for repairs about a month ago to your service department. I think the guys name was Doreen. He was very polite. Explain about how long he thought it would take. What we had fixed was covered under warranty. The service department had our vehicle fixed and we where back on the road in no time at all. So when our 2008 Ford Edge needed some work we decided to go back to your service department even though we did not purchase either vehicle there. Lauren was very clear about what to expect and what our options were. The car was ready when she said it would be and she called to let us know when the car could be picked up. The mechanic that worked on the vehicle even came out and spoke to my husband before the repairs were done. I would us your service department again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I stopped in for an oil change. The staff was all very friendly. They did a good job in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. I was also impressed that the mechanic did actually inspect my vehicle and pointed out a couple small issues with it. I would come back here again.

I needed my newly purchased (thru E-Bay) service and the steering linkage replaced as it was not going into park when I put it in to park. They fixed it ! WONDERFUL ! !

The buying process was one of the easiest we have encountered to date in our experience. However, I don't know if it was because of the time being close to closing, but it just felt very rushed at the end. Charles in the Finanace Department is a wonderful asset to your company. Again though after the purchase was made and the ink dried on the paperwork, it seemed difficult to get help. There was an issue with the driver window and floor mats which resulted in three additional trips to dealership without issues being resolved to our satisfaction. Customer service should not end after sale is completed. This may have had a negative influence on us to be a repeat customer, but overall rate 3 of 5.

After purchasing my vehicle (sight unseen) from Champion ford I was told it had to be delivered from another lot (dealer trade).Bill Smith ford in Southern Pines.I was asked to pick the options with my truck. My truck was supposed to have satilite radio in it. I bought the truck again, sight unseen due to the dealership rules according to the finace manager James.The truck could not be delivered until all paper work was signed!As a business man myself I would usually be very cautious of this type of transaction.When the truck arrived at Champion ford I went throuh it with the salesman (name unknown) to set up my sync system. As we did so we noticed the satilite radio was not an option on this truck.If a contract was not yet signed this would have gone back for renegotiation or a deal breaker!After three weeks of no reply on how to remedy my situation I contacted Ford motor company which in turn contacted Champion ford.The end result I was asked to pay for half the radio with installation. ($380.25).This type of business would make one reconsider whether or not to do business with Champion ford in the future!RegardsRandy L. Shockley

The sales team is great. William is a super guy and strives to please the customer. I was not well pleased with the service department in cleaning up my new vehicle, felt it should have already been done before I bought the car and done more thoroughly.
