I both bought a car from this place in 2015 and have had it serviced here as well as the Chandler location. I did as much of the buying process as possible over the internet and they were easy to deal with. They didn't talk down to me or play games. The car's had no problems over that time and I've never had a problem with the service department either. It's easy to make an appointment online, show up, meet with the advisor, get into a loaner, and take off. They send a video when they do their inspections and speak to me like I'm an intelligent adult (regardless of the reality). I'm at the point of paying for service out of warranty now, which isn't much fun, but it's been worth it so far. They know what they're doing with the car and they've been straight with me about it. I appreciate that and look forward to (hopefully) several more years of use out of the car. If you're in the market for a car in the 30's to low 40's, then I'd still recommend checking this place out if you like any of the entry level cars. I was in that budget and went this route with an X1 because I liked the car (E84 rear wheel drive version) and because there's an overall better service experience then there would be with a volume dealer. That's something you have to live with too over the life of a car.

A 5 star experience with Nick Falcon! From the first call to 2 days later when I purchased the 2019 3 series BMW. Nick was honest, friendly, knowledgeable and completely transparent about the whole process. He made the buying experience fun with his great sense of humor. Jeremy in the finance was a pleasure to deal with too. Nick you made purchasing the BMW the easiest car buying experience ever! I love my BMW.🥰

I bought a 2022 x5 xdrive 45e from Chapman BMW on Camelback on 8/28. Ray Small, the salesman, is excellent and extremely knowledgeable. My experience from the initial buying process to finance was great. The team at Chapman BMW on Camelback clearly excel at customer satisfaction. I do not reside in Arizona but will definitely do business with them in the future.

Ali, my Service Adviser was awesome, He was very patient with me as I stumbled through trying to explain the problem I was having with my car. Steve Burgess was incredible to work with. He had the most of the deal complete over the phone and when we arrived at the dealership we were driving off the lot in our new car after only 1.5 hours. By far the best car buying experience we’ve had.
