I wanted to take a little time out of my day to share an amazing buying experience. I consider myself to be a fair and honest person, and that is what I expect when I am making a purchase, especially a large purchase. Unfortunately in today's world customer satisfaction is something for days gone by. Understandably many companies deal online and never have to interact with the customer, but that should not mean the people behind the profit are forgotten. At Chatsworth Ford the good ole days are still alive and they are thriving. Good old fashioned customer service is alive and wants and concerns of the customer are still a priority. I had the pleasure to do business with Randy Boswell and Jonathon Kidd. Randy was fair, honest, and upfront with absolutely every aspect of the transaction. Never once did Randy or anyone at Chatsworth Ford overpromise and underdeliver! There is a line between profit and people and that line is thin. Randy and his team walked that line with perfection and realistic expectations. I can not be more upfront with how well I was treated and how many times Randy went the extra mile on my behalf. I now consider the fine folks at Chatsworth Ford part of my Ford Family. I can not wait to make my next Ford purchase, and I will be recommending Chatsworth Ford to all of my friends and family.

I have used Chatsworth Ford for the last 8 + years and loved them. We would get everything there tires, batteries. However their service has dropped. I took my car to get my normal oil change and service yesterday they did not re set my oil light. They say the checked my tires and marked them in the green. My tires has 80K miles on them and 2 year ago 40k I had 2 tires in the yellow. I don't feel my car was even looked at. I will not be going back. I was looking at getting a new car however it will not come from Chatsworth Ford.

On 11-5-2015 my truck was missing while idling and would sputter when accelerating so i took it to Chatsworth ford who inspected and diagnosed the problem said it was my intake leaking water on to the #5plug. Amber in service asured me that i may or may not need the inake it may just have a blowed intake gasket. So she told me 1300 dollars was what i would be charged for there service and asured me it would fix the problem. Intake,intake gasket,new plugs,2 new coil packs,thermostat, thermostat gasket. I picked my truck up on 11-6-2015 and i had the same problem i did when i took it there.i called and told amber it was doing the same thing she said o you may have some more coil packs gone bad.so i took it to an auto parts store that i barley made it to because of the sputtering it was worse than it was when i took it. They hooked it up on a computer told me it was my #7 coil pack not firing i bought the coil pack put it on myself and the problem was solved took it back to reset the alarm. I was charged for a job that was supposed to fix my truck but it didn't i fixed.

I have been dealing with them for about 25 years or more and I have nothing bad to say about them. I am a vet.in the Army that does not make me any better than anyone else but they also give you a break on prices at certain times of the year. Not all dealers do that. Tim

Chatsworth Ford's detail shop damaged my truck and then joked about it.I was in their car wash tunnel in my Tundra earlier today, behind an unmanned vehicle that someone had dropped off to get cleaned up because they did not have time to wait. All is cool so far. At the end of the car wash (AT THE BLOW DRYERS), the unmanned truck had moved past the sensors and now their system continues to push my truck into the unmanned truck sitting at the end of the line that the employees had failed to move. So now, my truck is pushed into the truck in front of me and that truck has also been pushed into the truck in front of it. Wait, it gets better.Upon exiting my vehicle that is pinned between their system and 2 other trucks, I asked the lady attendant (older lady with longer blondish hair) what to do, and she had the nerve to yell at me. LOL! Instead of arguing, suggested that I will simply make a police report to avoid further conflict.Now, I am waiting on Murray County SO to show up so I leave my truck where the incident occurred inside the bay and proceeded on foot to the entrance of the facility to greet MCSO. Approx. 3-5 minutes later, the young kid (wearing camo rubber boots) who was checking people into the carwash entrance came and asked me to move my vehicle and I replied "As soon as Murray County gets here and we get this resolved". He walked of and proceeded to call me a "dick".Fast forward...... Jon Kidd (Manager/Owner at Chatsworth Ford) enters the picture (since Cworth Ford owns the car wash) and proceeds to ask me to move my truck because I am blocking his carwash from functioning. After a few identical words being exchanged to the tune of "After MCSO arrives", he also presumed to call me a "dick" and walk off.Now....MCSO finally arrives, I move the truck, get the report and ask Jon Kidd how he wishes to handle the damage to the front of my truck and he replies that "he will think about it and that this would have gone smoother had I handled this differently." Wow.I will NEVER do business with Fantastic Finish or Chatsworth Ford as long as I live and I will advise as many people as I can in the next year to avoid them at all cost. It appears after reading reviews of Jon Kidd as well as Chatsworth Ford and Fantastic Finish car wash that I am not the only one who has a bad taste.Beware.

By far the best customer service I've received at a car dealership. From the friendly sales staff to the business manager, Chatsworth Ford is a top notch dealer that I would recommend to friends and family. Deven Bradford did an excellent job explaining the vehicle features, and even followed up a few days after my purchase to ensure I was satisfied with my F150. A down to earth approach to customer service without the typical high pressure sales pitch. I highly recommend Chatsworth Ford.

Sales person Jimmy Wilbanks was most professional and made my wife and myself feel at ease and right at home. Roger Hobbs also made us feel comfortable with the financing. The folks at Chatsworth Ford seems to be one big happy family!

Nobody has ever worked on my focus except Chatsworth Ford. I have been well pleased with the way they treat me. Right after my warrenty went out, my alternator broke and they said they hated to see that happen to anyone and fixed it free of charge. They will always get my business!

I've purchased vehciles from Chatsworth Ford and I use their service department as well. Mitch and Perry are excellent to deal with. I called and set an appointment for the Works Package and within 45 minutes I was back on the road again. PLUS since I'm on a rewards package, my next service is free! Thats hard to beat!!!

I was unhappy after purchasing a new ford edge for my wife in early summer.. We weren't really given a good rate and paperwork was drawer up as if we would just sign to get a new car.. Upon informing the rude salesman, Chris Penley, and refusing to accept terms,we were then given a decent deal. Then insult to injury we went next door to have it detailed and met an even ruder lady manager there. Was an awful cleanup,streaked ,soap clinging to the car.. My wife complained and was brushed off. I did and was told to leave the property and not come back. I informed her I would go next door to the dealership,that she was rude,offensive,and just awful for no reason.. She then laughed and stated that her husband owned the ford place and the carwash. She was the manager and would run it as she saw fit.so I left,never been back. Posted on car dealer complaints site,was approved then posted. 2 days later my posting was removed lol. They can have chatsworth ford,the wash too. Dalton's not that far.

You need to review your staff further. Do you honestly think problem employees will readily admit to bad customer dealings? And your carwash next door is the biggest joke in chatsworth. And having a rude manager to boot?? She runs 90% of your customers off with her uncaring,and unprofessional attitude. And tells customers "if they don't like it, to never set foot on the property again", that's a great customer service policy to have.. My wife complained after we purchased our new edge and was told by her that her husband owned it anyways,and she was the manager.. And she ran it the way she wanted. Since, I took her advice and never stepped foot on either properties since early summer. Dalton's not that far, and I've not had problems since. But to ask problem people if there's a problem?? Thanks for the time.

Chatsworth Ford is far and above the best place I have found to buy a Ford in the Chattanooga TN to Rome GA area. They are honest and upfront about financing and have offered me a fair trade in each time I have returned to purchase a vehicle. I have shopped around each time and every time they were able to beat any other dealership's offer. The only complaint that I could have is that their inventory is not a big as some other dealerships and that their service dept is closed on Saturdays currently. (It would be alot more friendly for the customer if they were closed one or 1/2 day during the week and open on Sat. in my opinion.) The inventory size isnt really a huge deal as they have always been willing to work with other dealerships to locate anything I wanted down to the exact features. I have always felt like going there you are treated like a person and not like a $. If I see anyone I have dealt with in the past outside of the dealership they always speak to me and my family and always know our name. Service like that is hard to find nowadays.

On 3/5/14 I went to Chatsworth Ford for oil change which I've done for several years, had discount oil change coupon 25.99 and had air filter added for $20.00 and was charged to much total was $60 and change. Since management change the service isn't good. I talked with Jon Kidd about the poor service and he promised to do better. I'm sure techs are good but service was terrible. I have 2006 Ford Explorer after oil change computer wasn't reset and oil leaking down oil filter. After telling Jon Kidd all the problems his solution was that my business was no longer need and not to come back there. I felt discriminated against after being loyal costumer with them. Mr. Kidd has made no attempt to contact me, apologize or to refund me for the over charge. I thought you valued your customers. I travel to Chatsworth from Dalton because I did value the service. Now I feel like I spent our hard earn money with a company that doesn't value Ford owners and want to rip them off.thanks for your help with this matter. Mr. Tim Ward

Don't ever buy a vehicle from here. They will not stand by their products after you buy it. You wil be on your own. They lie and will not help. Jimmy Willbanks (sales associate) is the worst. He hops from one dealership to another. He tells you lies before you buy and then denies them after you purchase the vehicle.
