Could not have had a better experience than I did with John Agnese. Took my car in to get serviced; expressed an interest on trading my current car for a different type at end of lease. Dropped my car off for a 7:30 am oil change appointment. Never heard a word from the service department all day to tell me the car was ready. After several attempts to reach them, I decided to get a friend to take me to get my car at 4:00 pm. When I arrived I was told that my car was ready, however it needed to be driven from the maintenance shop (over off of Rosemont Rd.) so I waited, and waited and waited. An HOUR later my car was finally delivered to me. This was the worst experience I had ever had and everyone I dealt with seemed to be unable to assist me. I will never use their services again.

My car was shipped from Germany and had multiple issues. After one thing was fixed, the car was test driven and another light would come on. I feel my car was not given to me until everything was completely fixed. The customer service is excellent. Every one I met along the way was friendly and professional looking. I really appreciated Mike's honesty and that he called and updated me almost every day. Thank you for the keychain.

I was in the market for a new car. Did alot of research on the type of car I wanted (sedan) and discovered that the Audi A6 was consumer reports best in class. Went in sleptical and came out a believer. Then came the process of negotiating for a new car and the purchase. I worked with Tommy Suggs. This guy is great. Not pushy and really concerned about getting you in the correct car. Took his time with both my wife and I. We ordered the car, it got delivered and the final process was great especially the time Tommy spent explaining what the cars features are and helping me set it up. Definately will work with this guy again. Well dine.

I had been researching Porsche for weeks, ready to get into my first one. When I found the car on the internet, I was nearly ready to buy a different car, but it was absolutely the Boxster I was looking for. The challenge was that I was in New Jersey, and they are in Virginia Beach. Despite having to handle the whole purchase by phone, Ron and Karla made it easy, and kept the car stored in the showroom until I was able to get an auto shipper there to bring me the car. They made everything incredibly easy, and I would definitely buy from them again, despite the distance!

My experience was good at the Audi dealership in Virginia Beach. They answered my questions and were very patient with me. I am not the easiest customer to work with just because I want to know everything about the purchase I am making. They are typical sales people though. Overall a good experience of this group. The finance manager was easy to talk with and explained all components of the deal.

Lucus Eggleston, my sales rep, is as cool as my new Audi S5! He epitomizing the Audi Brand: smart, sophisticated yet carefree and fun! I was treated with the upmost respect and every employee I encountered was a true professional - from the front showroom to the back service area, each person was fantastic. Lucus' passion for Audi is evident by his extensive knowledge for every detail on these amazing cars. He was patient, relaxed and very straightforward with answering all my questions and decisively helped me choose the exact car for me. Once my decision was made, all of the details of the deal were finalized with the help of Ed Klima (manager) who also exemplifies excellent customer relations and values each customer. Looking for a car that's FUN for retirement. Stopped by Audi (and several other dealers) and the A5 Cabriolet just stood out! I have purchased many cars and been to many dealers -- this was the best. I was shopping for a used A3 and had contacted the dealership to set up a time to stop by and look at a couple cars. The salesman couldn't have been less interested in helping me. His body language indicated he had no interest in helping me. He didn't ask me any questions to help me determine if the car was a good fit for my needs and he didn't volunteer ANY information on the features and benefits of the car. You wouldn't know the car industry was hurting for business by visiting this dealership.
