THE BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a car! I have purchased 8 cars in my life and this was the least stressed i have ever been going to a dealership. Nick Rios was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable and upfront in the process and was never pushy, or trying to sell me something I didn't want. Nick answered every questions quickly and professionally. I really appreciate the amount of effort and time he put in assisting me in finding a car. Nick was fantastic! He listened to what our goal was for the day - driving 4 different models - and was not pushy at all. Took his time, was extremely knowledgeable and honest when he wasn't. Asked thoughtful questions throughout the afternoon to help us get the right fit, and we did! Nick was also funny, but a great conversationalist and just made the day really great. Our first drive was actually the best one of the bunch, and we are glad Nick was the first to greet us and take care of us today. Would absolutely recommend!

Linda was such a blessing for my new Jeep! She made the purchasing of it harmless and not a bit scary at all. She’s been by far the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with hands down. She’s very energetic and cares about her customers, all while getting the job done. What else could a company ask for in a salesperson?! She has been in touch with me with updates about the vehicle being inspected and everything I have asked she provided. I would give 6 stars if possible.

I went in specifically to look at the ID4. Linda was very helpful and answered all of my questions or went out of her way to find someone who could answer my more specific questions. She was respectful, not pushy, and actually made the process enjoyable. I was not looking forward to the hassle that comes with looking at a car in a dealership, but there was none of that here. I will come back to Checkered Flag and hopefully Linda when I want to get my next vehicle.
