The buying experience was a breeze, and Lauren was phenomenal to work with. I purchased a vehicle with a cracked windshield, and Cherry Creek included the replacement in the purchase price... Even better, their vendor would come do the replacement at my house, at my convenience. However, I reached out to their vendor who does their glass work, and after he asked who was paying for the repairs, was told that he does not service my area and was given the option of meeting him either 20 or 25 miles away. It's totally understandable that their vendor doesn't service all areas, especially since he probably receives a fixed-price, per job, from Cherry Creek. However, when I reached out to Cherry Creek to explore other options, I was told that I could either come there and that vendor would replace it, or that they would reimburse me what the vendor's rate was. I explained that coming there would result in me incurring additional costs and more time than what we had agreed upon. It's a bummer that Cherry Creek's Management wouldn't acknowledge that either their vendor traveling to me or me traveling to them would result in time and costs in excess of what we had agreed upon, and offer up a solution to make both parties whole. Instead, Management stood their ground and will be mailing me a check for about 1/3 of what it costs for another vendor to come to my home, as agreed-upon, and use quality parts to replace the windshield. 0/5, would not recommend, but Lauren was a pleasure to work with!

What can't I say about Cole Brooks and Cherry Creek Automotive? I haven't bought a car in 15 years and was dreading the process. I was met with an extremely friendly, generous, and knowledgable salesman who went *way* above and beyond to make this experience as painless and transparent as possible. Without sharing all the boring details, I just wanted to offer an honest thank you to Cole and the Cherry Creek Auto team for doing things the right way. I love my new car and will look upon this experience fondly. I can't recommend them enough.

From the moment we walked into Cherry Creek Automotive our experience was horrible. After driving 2.5 hrs to attend a scheduled appt, prepared to make a deal with our trade-in & title in hand, we were told the car had “literally just sold”. This is where the owner, Justin stepped in and offered to do the right thing and let us test drive it. After agreeing to purchase, things got even worse. We were lied to by the senior salesman (Shad Smith) and told the car had been serviced (as do all vehicles upon arrival) and an oil change had been performed, brakes inspected and tires replaced. NOT TRUE! Financing was another joke! Errors made by their team resulted in failed approvals. In the end we were forced to pay cash and thought we were finally done with their team. After receiving the final bill of sale (contract #3) and sending EXACTLY what was requested, we get another call asking for the “tax”... Oops, guess they had forgotten to request it the first 3 contracts. The owner made a point to call us to apologize on how our entire deal was handled and assured us he'd be our sole contact from there on out, yet we continued to receive calls from other associates and even got a thank-you note, asking us to give you a nice review online. Ha! Worst car buying experience ever - BEWARE!!

I had the best car purchasing experience of my life today. Cole Brooks with Cherry Creek Automotive is a true professional. I was buying a second vehicle for a daily driver and I couldn’t be happier from start to finish. Cole responded promptly, on Memorial Day of all days. He’s light years ahead of his competition in car sales in Denver. I had to drive four hours to get the car and Cole had everything in order and went above and beyond. They had the car detailed, new tires put on, the oil changed, bottles of water for the road, and a full tank of gas! Seriously, this dealership gets it and I am very happy I came across their path.

I just bought a 2006 VW Beetle from Richard Franks-what a cool gentleman! Who knew buying a used car after the vehicle I loved died could be fun?! All the staff at Cherry Creek Auto are courteous, helpful, and pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new or used car. I also met Justin (the owner) on my way out. He introduced himself, gave me his card, and stated to let him know if I had any questions or concerns.Go see Richard Franks, and tell him Lee sent you. I had no knowledge of this dealer prior to my internet search for a used car.

I never write reviews but I really feel that I have to this time because Chad and the rest of the team made my used car buying experiance so easy. Cherry Creek Auto was recommended to me by a family member and I am so glad that I listened to their advice. My number one fear in buying a used car was that there would be mechanical problems that weren't disclosed or even looked for and I would be stuck with the car. Chad, the sales manager, completely put my mind as ease when he went over all of the diagnostics and repairs that had been recently done, along with the warrenties that they would provide. I love my new (to me) car and will reccomend Cherry Creek Auto to everyone I know.

Richard and Justin have been extremely helpful in the buying process. I recently bought an Infiniti G37 and couldn't be happier so far. They gave me a fair price on my trade in so that I was able to purchase the car. I wanted 2 new tires and they agreed to put them on for me. they put in research and even have declined some because they weren't good enough which shows me that they really care even after the sale has been completed. I live 150 miles outside of the Denver Metro Area. I had a very specific budget, and was looking for a very specific vehicle. I contacted Justin through cars.com, he called me quiickly and we emailed details about my trade. It wasn't like I could just drop in and show him. There was no pressure! Justin gave me all the details and when my wife and I showed up, there was no attempt to change the plan or "upsell" me in any way. I would make the drive to purchase from Cherry Creek automotive again.

Adrienne Pacheco sold me a 2010 Chevy Cobalt that we just love. We live in Sioux Falls SD so our deal was done online, and we couldn't be happier with her honesty and integrity. The car was everything she said it would be. Also, she gave us the best deal we could hope for. My experience with Adrienne at Cherry Creek Automotive was great. I dreaded the car buying experience based on past dealerships and was expecting much of the same. My first visit was specifically to test drive a car from their website that ended up not being a fit. Adrienne was patient as I test drove several other cars and in the end she showed me a Mazda that I LOVED! Her follow-up was fantastic and timely and everyone at the dealership was great, even my kids had a good time. Most importantly if she didn't have the answer to something she would say so, and find out. I felt that the entire transaction was handled with honesty and integrity which I have struggled with in past car purchases. I wold HIGHLY recommend Cherry Creek Automotive any day.

I traveled up and down Colfax looking for the right car. Adrianne happened to be the only helpful representative on the whole street! Not only was she knowledgeable, friendly, and made the process easy, she took time to help me the next day (her day off) with a few more things. My bank was being difficult at first but they were patient with me and helped me to the end. I will remember the great experience I had here at Cherry Creek Automotive.

This was the first time I've purchased a car and Adrienne was super helpful and patient. She answered all my questions and worked with me to get the best financing available. The engine light did come on a couple of times but Adrienne and Justin were both extremely patient and helpful in getting the issues fixed. I love my car and I would definitely send anyone to see Cherry Creek. Everyone there is super friendly and easy to talk to.
